Creative decor and lighting throughout are sure to impress, making for a photo opportunity. The atmosphere is youthful and vibrant, a stark departure from traditional business hotels. 2. Excellent Location: Located in the heart of the High-Tech Zone, it's incredibly convenient for business travelers. Surrounded by major tech companies and close to the subway station, it offers convenient transportation for both business trips and weekend shopping. 3. Comfortable and Smart Room: We stayed in a Deluxe Twin Room. The room was a good size and well-designed. I loved the floor-to-ceiling windows with their expansive views. The bedding, as always, was Hyatt quality, and I slept incredibly well. The bathroom features separate wet and dry areas and is equipped with premium brand toiletries, which was a fantastic experience. The in-room smart control system is easy to use and very convenient. 4. Excellent Dining Experience: The breakfast must be highly praised! The breakfast offers a wide variety, combining both Chinese and Western cuisine, including local specialties like roujiamo (Chinese roujiamo) and oil tea, as well as exquisite Western pastries and freshly made egg rolls. The restaurant is bright, and the service staff collects plates promptly. 5. Online Service: From the concierge who proactively opened the door and took my luggage upon arrival, to the efficient and professional check-in process at the front desk, Alice's butler-style service was responsive and welcoming, and the entire process was filled with warmth and professionalism. This was a very satisfying stay, perfectly in line with the trendy and vibrant brand positioning of the "Shangcui" hotel. I highly recommend this hotel to young people and business travelers visiting Xi'an for business or leisure. It's a true treasured hotel in the High-Tech Zone! I stayed here last year and loved it! Every time I pass by Xi'an after that, I will book directly! It feels a bit like going home, comfortable and high-quality! However, I was very dissatisfied with the front desk service this time! I called on the highway to ask if I had any needs. I told them, but there was no mention of any notes when I checked in! So why did you call? I answered the phone on the highway for a long time without any results. Are you asking me to risk my life to cooperate with you? When checking in, the female waiter had a cold face the whole time. The male waiter told her that she would upgrade my room. She treated me like her boss! Do I need to give me special approval? It wasn't my request! The male waiter had a hard time understanding what I said from check-in to check-out! I said it three times but he still didn't understand... He just did what he understood! What a waste of time, so embarrassing! If it continues like this in the future, I don't want to come again...
