I had a trouble with Internet connection. The WiFi they provided me didn’t work. Probably China has different WiFi system. Hotel WiFi was super slow and didn’t work any apps. Someone was talking all night since it’s facing the busiest street. But overall it was a great stay. They had a good breakfast! staff were friendly and helpful. However they don’t speak English. They have to use translator app.

We stayed four nights at the end of April, the bed was very comfortable and we slept well. The room was immaculately clean and the shower excellent. Breakfast choices varied every day, mostly Chinese but some toast & pastries. Staff very friendly and helpful. Our only complaints are lack of a proper window which meant using A/C to ventilate the room, and no remote control for the smart toilet.

This is my extended stay at this hotel. Comfortable, clean, modern and high tech, near to everything, free washer & dryer is definitely a plus to my stay. Breakfast included is good. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Good value for money. It's a sure 5 stars place to in Xian City Center

Lucky to have booked this hotel for my short stay in Xian and the start of my journey around northern China. Besides it's perfect location, near Xian old city walls etc, Staff is so helpful, particularly Ms Zhong who helped me get to the right place to apply for my China Sim card and gave me all the necessary info to get around Xian. I extended my stay for 2 nights. Room is super clean, free laundry machines, and pretty hitech!

Comfy and value for money. Very convenient location with 24/7 access to purchase drinks/snacks if required. Will stay here again if i’m visiting Xi’An again!
