酒店位置不錯周邊吃的很多。前台服務很好，給升級了房間！給接了檸檬水，退房還送了禮物和瓶裝水很貼心！房間很乾凈整潔，隔音很好！枕頭和床墊很舒服。服務人員不管是在電梯裏還是過道里都會主動打招呼！早餐也很好吃！很滿意！

連住了四天，西安天天下雨，在酒店躺的時間更多，整體體驗很好！
特別是洗衣機和烘乾機，使用非常方便！
早餐整體豐盛（麪包品類差一些，都是長保並且特別甜的）有改進的空間！
恬橙服務很好，給我們安排了相鄰的房間，房間設施很好，柏豪退房送了水，翟欣把房間打掃的很乾凈整潔，洗衣房的李春娥熱心幫忙洗衣服並及時送回房間，入住酒店工作人員都會問好
除了離地鐵有點遠，整體很好哦～

該酒店交通便利，旁邊有個很大商場，地鐵也附近。前台服務人員熱情貼心細緻，辦理入住手續迅速。還給升級房間，謝謝！房間衞生很乾凈，乾濕分離。早歺品種精緻，有特色好吃。

比較晚訂的房間 房間給我們做了免費升級 前台恬橙和徐然小姐姐服務特別貼心 入住奉了蜂蜜水 還幫我們延時到了3點 讓晚來的我們安心熟睡！房間隔音很好 一晚上睡眠質量嘎嘎好！房間是智能設施 配有小冰箱、飲料、浴袍、智能窗簾等 空調效果很好 體驗感非常好啦☺️

原本衹是深夜到達，就近原則隨手定了個酒店，沒想到房間的枕頭讓人感覺很舒適，打電話到前台諮詢一下，更讓人意外的是前台小夥子的服務態度，他非常認真的搬來了三個枕頭，從第一代介紹到第三代，專業且耐心的介紹了亞朵的各項床品和功能，真誠且沒有勸説購買，衹是介紹完就很禮貌的走了，雖然我的行李很多，但是，因為這個枕頭還是很舒適於是就買了一個枕頭，一路繼續奔波的帶着這個枕頭前行，枕頭是好，但是這個工作人員的職業素養才是讓人尊重的，所以還專門問了其它的人員小夥子的名字叫際海枝，我衹是住客，如果我是他的領導，我覺得有這樣的員工很是驕傲和開心的
