This is a difficult one because while the service was really nice etc … the thing is to me this hotel can’t be considered really 4 stars. Having huge rooms is not enough, the rooms must be taken care of, renovation, some spots are not clean or very old. Curtains must be regularly washed. The view is great , but overall a 4 start should be impeccable and this hotel isn’t . It has just very big rooms. Please maintain the rooms , it should be spotless. Also the elevator was very slow.

Overall Service is very good. I reached in tge mid night and the front desk upgrage me to a suit room.
They provided yogurt at the front. Due to the hot weather, the room air con is switch on 24hrs which is very thoughtful.
The breakfast has a wide spread of choices from breads, cereals to local dishes. And all their staffs are friendly.

Excellent hotel. A bit of a surprise really. It makes me laugh 😃 the signs say no smoking, but that means nothing. The first room we had the smell of smoke in the room and corridors was overwhelming.
But the worse thing was the phone reception was almost nothing. And the poor internet wifi signal. We complained and they moved us to a far better room. We ended up staying 19 nights. The bed was only moderately comfortable for me.
The breakfasts were good. Close to line 2 subway we preferred the 603 or 616 bus into the city. The neighbourhood was very good also

The location is super convenient—just a 10-minute walk to Dashita Metro Station, which is a nice stroll, especially in winter. There are also a few shops nearby where you can grab a quick dinner. However, if you’re a light sleeper who gets easily disturbed by car honks, this hotel might not be the best choice for you.
As for the price, it’s quite affordable in my opinion. You can also leave your luggage at the hotel if you plan to explore the city before heading to the airport. The staff are very friendly, despite the language barrier. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here!
One thing to note—the bathroom is made of glass, so it might feel a bit awkward if you’re staying with friends (haha). You know what i mean here. I also had a breakfast coupon but never got around to using it because I was too lazy to go downstairs.

We really loved this hotel!
We got a room upgrade when we arrived and stayed in the suite. The view out the window is amazing!!
The staff is really friendly and the hotel is located well, you can get to lots of sights with the metro line 2!
The breakfast is perfect for the price!
We were very happy and will definetly come here again, when we are in Xi'an again.
