Friendly staff when checking in, rooms are classy and tidy, the breakfast was amazing with various options of cuisine. Overall nice stay in an awesome city.

What a pleasure to stay at Shrangcla. Superb assistance. Room was spacious, well equipped. It is close to metro.. It has lovely reataurants, but also enjoyed walking in atea. Closeby is Coffee street with many restaurants, coffee shops and enteryainment. I can highly recommend the hotel. Thank you to management and staff for all your help and support.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, nor would I ever stay there again myself. At the end of my stay, I was asked by one of the staff to share my WeChat information should I need them to help me arrange a future trip to Xi’an. Next day, I received a WeChat message imploring me to leave a five star review and a list of names I needed to mention (most of whom I did not recognize). This ruined the whole trip for me. I realized that the whole “nice” demeanor was wanting a good review and had nothing to do with the actual well being of the customer. I’m so sorry I shared my private WeChat with such an unscrupulous person. I have been loyal to the Shangri-La brand, but avoid this hotel. There is a clearly a pressure/work environment at this hotel no one needs or wants.

We had a fabulous time at the Shangri-La Hotel! The hotel is beautiful and very clean. We had access to the executive lounge, and that was such a treat. The food and drinks were very good. We would recommend this hotel.
