This Ibis Styles Hotel situated between the drum tower and the bell tower that is very convenient to get around on foot or by metro. The bonus is the sky garden on the 5th floor that you can relax after travelling all day.

It is the best place you can find in the centre of Xi'an for that price! The room is so good, beds are very soft. The guys at the reception are very polite and responsive. They helped us a lot with everything - gave additional blanket, breakfast to-go, helped with taxi. We would like to spend in this hotel more days! The vies from the rooftop is incredible!

The Location is great very near subways and city attractions, Bell Tower & Drum Tower, but it is not easy to find the hotel.

Hotel entrance is a square, no driveway.
If arriving by car, have to enter via the carpark located at Lian Hu Qu, She Hui Lu, no. 8 (导航莲湖区社会路8号). This is also the pickup point for didi.
If order delivery to hotel, the address is 西大街45号钟鼓楼广场宜必思尚品钟鼓楼回民街酒店（房间号）.
Learnt from the hotel that due to the local regulation, there was a change in the numbering of the address. Hence the confusion of hotel location.
Small and functional hotel. Staff took great care to customer request and needs. Patient, friendly and helpful regardless Chinese or non-Chinese.
Do note that hotel aircon is centralized controlled. Room with window is a must for ventilation and cool air esp during end winter period where the temp fluctuates greatly.
Bfast is acceptable but can improve with better coffee (black coffee please without sugar and milk/creamer), more drink options, toaster to heat up the hard dry bread, rotation of food and probably a menu of the noodles stations on the various noodles and dumpling available.

Good location, very near to attractions like drum tower, street of foods etc. Access to hotel from the nearby metro station will need to go through a fly of staircase behind Starbucks. Very attentive and helpful staffs. Clean, well maintained and free laundry facilities with detergent provided.

Location is great. So near to many attractions. Subway is round the corner. Clean hotel, housekeeper did a good job. Front desk staff friendly and accomodating. Provided options. Gave clear instructions. Breakfast can be better. Has laundry facilities with gym as well. 2 washers and 2 dryers. 2 treadmill and 1 bicycle. Had comfortable stay.

Superb location which is very close to the Muslim quarter street (Huimin Street), bell and drum tower and citadel wall. Staff are helpful, room is clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.

A huge hotel room where it could even fit a long sofa that can comfortably sleep an adult. The toilet and shower is separated by the vanity wash top area. However, this may be a problem for guests who may be inconvenienced by the separate changing area after bath. It was difficult to change in the shower area as there weren’t any hooks or bath rods. Unsure if it was due to the huge room size but we felt quite cold even after we tried switching off the AC.
The location is superb as it is right smack at the Zhonglou subway which connects 2 lines. Bell and Drum Tower are just s stone throw away and the Muslim Quarter which has lots of food n tourist shopping is right next to it.
