It was a great experience 👍 The location is good, the landmark 大唐不夜城， and 2 subway stations are within walking distance, many eateries, convenience stores are just round the corner. An in-house self service laundry which is free!!! The room was spacious and seemed newly renovated. The staff was extremely friendly and courteous 👍👍. I would like to mention, in particular, the Mr Chao (曹先生) in the Front Desk who has been very helpful and accommodating 👍👍👍

Hotel is good, very good located. People in The reception desk are lovely but they could not speak English. Not understandable for a international hotel chain!

The staff was friendly, but not able to speak English. The breakfast was mainly Chinese food, there was coffee though and also oats and fruit. The hotel is nicely located and clean.

The location is perfect to visit the Shaanxi Museum and also to get to Wild Goose Pagoda or even take a Taxi or a Bike to the Xi‘an Wall! Really recommend it.

When I learned that I was traveling with my parents, the girl at the front desk patiently introduced me to the surrounding snacks and Xi'an specialty snacks, and recommended the best route to the scenic spots, which saved me a lot of time and avoided pitfalls. As soon as I entered the hotel, the fragrance in the lobby smelled very good and attracted me. I wanted to buy it and learned that it was the hotel's **, hahaha, it was a pity. The front desk staff provided very good service and enthusiasm. They quickly helped me check in and took the initiative to help me move my luggage to the room. It was really considerate. The design of the room was exactly the same as the pictures on the Internet, and it was a floor-to-ceiling window. I liked it very much. The bathroom was separated into dry and wet areas. This design was very good. The hotel provides a free gym and laundry room on the 2nd floor. The laundry room is fully equipped with disinfectant and laundry detergent. You can also dry clothes directly, which is very convenient. The hotel's breakfast is a combination of Chinese and Western food. You can eat whatever you want. There are also some Shaanxi special snacks, Roujiamo Hu La Tang, and sour plum soup. It's simply too good! As soon as you leave the hotel, you can walk to the city that never sleeps in about ten minutes. The night view at night is really beautiful. There are also subway lines 2, 4, and 3 around. The stop on Line 2 is Xi'an SEG Shopping Center, where you can go to see ducks. Hahaha, the location is very convenient. If you are traveling to Xi'an, I recommend their home. The first time I stayed at the Mercure Xi'an Big Wild Goose Pagoda Tang Dynasty Everbright City Hotel, I was attracted by the unique style and aromatherapy of the lobby as soon as I entered the lobby.
