沒有熱水沒有熱水沒有熱水，衞生也不行，環境也不行，突然漲價也不知道是咋回事，訂了沒法退，被坑了

房間衞生很差，晚上前台的服務態度也非常差、還非常的不耐煩，隔音效果也不好，衞生間的淋浴噴頭噴水也非常的小。

有史以來住過最差的一次酒店這裝修風格還有基礎設施都不如幾十塊賓館吧雖然裝修時間長了但總要對得起，這一百二三的價格吧衞生間設施陳舊，到處損壞瓶裝裏衹有洗頭膏，沒有沐浴露浴霸有問題，出水就幾個孔，牙刷質量特別差，刷個牙掉毛掉的用不成，晚上入住的，一般酒店都會推遲退房，就算不推遲，基本都兩點退房的，客人沒走，他們一直敲門催促，床上睡着不舒服，癢得很都沒睡好，第二天衞生間那味，臭的人想吐，特別讓人不舒服，真的沒想到2024還有這麼差酒店。

位置比較好，離地鐵站不遠，門口不遠有公交站，內部環境比較一般，有陳舊感，進房間有煙味，地板不太乾淨，電視不能看，窗户單薄密封不好。

國慶期間旅遊西安入住的，體驗還是不錯的，雖然離地鐵站略遠了點，但也還好，門口不遠也有公交車站。老闆挺熱心，設施也還行。

冬天不建議入住。沒有布拖鞋，空調太垃圾了，沒辦法把房間打熱，29度大風都不行👎房間還沒有礦泉水，要付費自購👎房間除了衞生紙沒有提供其他的。
建議冬天不要入住
