Even more impressively, the majestic Xi'an City Wall is right on your doorstep. Stepping out of the hotel, you're a stone's throw from the Yongningmen (永宁门) South Gate, which is not only one of the most iconic entrances but also the most popular starting point for walking or cycling the wall. Being able to start my wall journey there at sunrise was an unforgettable experience. Impeccable Service from Start to Finish: The service here sets a new standard. The warmth began the second I walked in, with a seamless and efficient check-in procedure. The staff immediately took care of my baggage, which was a welcome relief after a long journey. This high level of attentive service was consistent throughout my stay. A special mention must go to the incredibly friendly and professional staff. Feng and Ting at the front desk were phenomenal - always offering a warm smile, helpful local tips, and going above and beyond to assist. This warmth extended to the room service team, who were very thorough, and the personnel at the breakfast buffet, who were always cheerful and attentive. Spotless and Comfortable Rooms: The rooms are modern, spacious, and, most importantly, impeccably clean. The housekeeping team does an outstanding job. The room service was very thorough, with every corner of the room maintained to a high standard of cleanliness, which provided great peace of mind. Hotel was conveniently located near Zhong Lou and a lot of other nearby attractions at a walkable distance. front desk staff 雷蓉 were very friendly and knowledgeable. Room was clean and seems pretty new
