Very clean and spacious room. Near Bell Tower, Drum tower , and City wall. The sound insulation is very good. There are a lot of restaurants, shopping malls, and minimarts nearby.

The hotel has a great location, close to the Bell Tower and the city wall. The room was spacious, clean. Hot water, heating and wifi worked without problems. Breakfast had a sufficient selection.
However, it was disappointing for us that the hotel refused us a transfer from the airport to the hotel, even though it was included in the room price. They said that we don't speak Chinese! We travel a lot in China and this happened to us for the first time. We communicate with other hotels via Wechat and a translator and there has never been a problem. We just had to write where we would wait for the car, or the driver could have waited for us in the arrivals hall with our name. There are many options, but the hotel refused everything. Our son-in-law, who is Chinese (he was not on the trip with us), communicated with the hotel staff in Chinese, he told them the day before our flight number and the time of our arrival, but despite this, the hotel refused to provide a transfer from the airport! They argued that we had to be able to communicate with the driver in Chinese. So we took a taxi to the hotel, even though the transfer was included in the room price. No one apologized to us after our arrival. We expected the hotel to provide us with a free transfer to the airport instead. They took us to the airport, but we had to pay for the transfer.

Location is good, service is good. However, the first room we were in had a terrible smell of cigarette's. The hotel was kind enough to move us to another room. Once we went to the other room, there were 2 men smoking outside by the elevators, not a good sign. Additionally, as good as the location may be to get around, it is quite noisy until late in the night. Overall, not the best experience, but fair for what we paid.

The hotel room was clean, modern, and comfortable. The bed was cozy, the Wi-Fi fast, and the amenities well thought out. Quiet at night and ideal for a relaxing stay—highly recommended.

Very good location near City Wall and 钟楼.
Lots of food choices around this area
Reception are very friendly and help us pack breakfast for our early morning tour

Super easy to get around to attractions like the Muslim Street, City Wall, Defu Lane and more. Didi was easy to book too.
Room was really spacious, and breakfast buffet selection was good. We really enjoyed our stay there.

The location is quite convenient!!! Almost literally right next to one of the gate walls! It’s also not in bad position for restaurants, activities or landmarks; I would recommend walking, but if not just calling a didi on the APP works! The hotel itself had a good variety of food selections and staff was quite accommodating for any issues that you may have (I arrived 2 weeks after finishing my cancer treatments -don’t do this, rest lol- so my diet was a bit stricter than what other people have. My favourite was the little robot that would bring water or any amenities my mom or I needed. The room I booked was a two-bed, that had a nice view of some older buildings and the sunrise (I personally enjoy sunrises), with no smoke smell and a VERY comfortable bed to sleep in. All-in-all, I would recommend this 8/10

Very comfortable stay at Manxin. The room has everything we need and location is superb. I will definitely stay here again if I were to visit Xi’an.
