I appreciate the very helpful lady reception who patiently helped me secure a room when the hotel next door rejected my booking when I had already arrived and tried to check in as a foreigner, even though I booked on trip.com and communicated with them in English. If they cannot accept foreigner, why did they advertise on trip.com which non Chinese use? Trip.com should remove their listing. Anyway thanks to her, I managed to secure a roof over my head in the late evening, so many thanks to her. The hotel should be grateful to have her as their staff. Apart from that, level 14 is acceptable as 3rd floor smells too strongly of cigarettes smoke, making it unbearable for non smokers. Pay a little extra to at least have a better room. I forgot to ask her name, but she wore glasses and checked me into room 1415.

The room was upgraded for free. The overall cleanliness is okay, but the hotel is an old hotel that has been renovated and is not very new. The soundproofing of the room is average. Without earplugs, it is basically equivalent to no soundproofing. It is different from other James Coffetel hotels. It's too similar, maybe because this is a franchise store. If you want water, you have to give your room number and confirm your name. You also need a deposit to get the electricity card. It's relatively close to Ningyuan Gate. If you want to go to Sajin Street or Huimin Street, you can ride a car. , but if you go to other attractions, just take the subway. Overall, it is quite satisfactory.
