送的小吃都是一股齁味，這點很不好，端午節人手不夠，服務人員都接待不過來，房車很潮濕，有不少蜘蛛，真的是不知道説什麼了，停車很便利，可以停在房車旁邊

整體從入住到退房其實都算是滿意的。孩子們很喜歡房車，有兩個獨立房間可以到處跑。我們訂的豪華星空頂還可以躺在床上看星星，營地裏有個沙坑可以玩很久。因為是五一期間入住時營地送了九宮格零食，還送了早餐。營地周圍交通吃飯閑逛都算方便。房間裏設施很全，有電視有音響，小院子裏有秋千，還可以在院子裏燒烤吃火鍋。房車衞生不能比大酒店，但在民宿裏也算OK。
本來我們都説這趟路程可以打五星，直到我們退房離開。
因為我們入住當天下雨，兩個孩子從外面玩回來腳上有泥，我們就用房車裡備的毛巾給孩子們擦了腳，然後晚上兩個孩子在床上畫畫，不小心在被罩上畫上了幾筆。當我們退房離開後，接到服務人員電話，説毛巾和被罩無法清洗，需要賠付，在我們同意賠付並詢問價錢後，電話背景裏有人先説500，之後服務人員又説被罩280毛巾38，但在我們將網絡售價截屏發給客服，並索要商品的物價局備案後，客服最後改口，發來商品採購清單，並同意了我們按照採購價總共120元賠付。
事情最後解決了，但如果不是我們最後堅持要看到採購單價，營地肯定會堅持讓我們高價賠付。請問這是正常酒店賠付流程還是此營地藉機敲顧客一筆？

房間算是房車營地裏最好的了，可以住下一家四口。但我們這間門鎖是壞的，晚上休息鎖上門後早上一直打不開。工作人員破窗而入修好了門鎖。夏天蚊蟲較多，設施衹能説該有的都有，但趕上假期房間翻倍，體驗感沒有平日好。不好停車，一間房衹能停一輛。給取的盆友們一些參考。但如果是想帶孩子體驗的可以嘗試一下，周圍環境成熟，很多就近玩的本地人。

忘記評價了，周內去的，人很少，房車裡麪挺乾淨，但是有一些小飛蟲，還送了早餐和下午茶，房間裏面空調很暖和，景色也很好看，如果人多的話肯定更熱鬧下一次有機會的話還會去住
