I often go on business trips, so I have a mysophobia. I originally booked a famous hotel with very high reviews. After I checked out the hotel, I saw that the environment and quality differed greatly at the same price. The rooms in this hotel were clean, neat and well-equipped. After shopping in the evening, I went back tiredly to have a cup of black tea and snacks, which was very refreshing. The black tea provided in the room is good and worthy of thumbs up👍.

We had initially planned to stay two nights but due to missing our train, we cancelled the first booking. The hotel was great and processed the cancellation quickly. We then rebooked our stay for one night. The facilities were clean and neat. Spacious room and the most comfortable bed. Will definitely consider booking again on our next visit to Xi'An. Check in and check out was hassle free and the staff were friendly too.

I chose this hotel because it was convenient for travel. 1. It is very close to the subway station. We didn't find it correctly at first, but we contacted the hotel front desk lady and found it. She also recommended nearby lunch and tourist tips to us; 2. I specifically ordered a breakfast-inclusive package because I read reviews saying the hotel's breakfast was bad. But later I found it was not as bad as the reviews said. The breakfast at this hotel is simple and unpretentious, and it is really good for the price. (Because we have another comparison on this trip, I won’t go into details to avoid criticizing one and praising another); 3. The room is very big, with enough water and tea bags. The bathroom also has laundry detergent and face towels, which I didn't expect. 4. If there is a small flaw, the room smells like cigarettes. Booked elegant bed room, Ctrip has an upgrade, upgrade to a superior bed room when you check in. There is no difference between the two room types, and the location is different. After the check-in, the room smelled musty. It was good to communicate with the front desk for a while. It was still not good after two or three hours. After communicating with the front desk, I actively tried to solve it and changed to another room type. To be honest, the hotel is a bit old, but the service attitude is very good. After the problem, it is not avoided, and it is actively trying to solve it and fully taking care of the feelings of the guests. The breakfast ingredients are fresh and the variety is very good. There is an improved small opinion that the curtain size of the room should be changed to a larger one. The picture below is 7 am. The light transmission on both sides of the curtains is serious.

I was very impressed by this hotel on all fronts. We arrived very early, hoping just to leave our bags and return in a few hours to check in, and the front desk staff very kindly arranged for a room to be cleaned early in order to let us check in. I have to say the customer service we received was excellent at all stages of our three night stay. The room itself was very impressive and spacious with a huge bed, luxe bathroom and electronic WC. The breakfast offering was of a good standard and the lounge area with indoor/outdoor seating had a nice ambiance. Laundry facilities were very good with fast industrial washer dryers. The gym facilities looked quite limited with only two machines but this wasn’t a concern for us. Location was fine and a one minute walk to a metro station, DiDi drop offs were also very simple right outside the hotel. I would very happily stay in this hotel again and would recommend it to travellers to Xian.

This time I stayed at Home Inn Fengcheng 3rd Road Daming Palace Wanda Yujiazhai Subway Station. I was very satisfied with the free parking lot. It was too friendly to self-driving tourists! The location is also great, just a few minutes walk to Sihai Chinatown and Wanda, eating and shopping are super convenient. The room is clean and tidy, with complete facilities, especially like the hotel's 24-hour self-service laundry room (free laundry detergent), which is simply needed for long-distance travel or business trips!
