This place is pure luxury. The moment you walk in you are greeted by a team of people. The rooms are large and comfortable with amenities in case you forgot something. There are separate rooms for the toilet and shower, including a full sized bath tub. You will find cold drinks in the refrigerator and snacks on the table. The food in the restaurant is incredible, with many selections for the breakfast buffet, and the staff make sure you are pampered in every way. They remember your name and the beverage you prefer. The location is in easy to access and just a few minutes from the subway. There are also a few street vendors near by but not in front of the hotel. They also have a great car and driver. He was aggressive but safe. He gave me the impression that he wanted to make sure I got to the right place and on time. Special thanks to Rongrong. She helped me on many occasions with translating, communicating and making sure I was well taking care of. She went above and beyond my expectations of good service. She made my stay extra special. The place and staff are top notch and made my trip to Xi’an most memorable and happy. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to family and friends. 5-stars experience at an affordable price. Room is spacious and comfortable. Food is authentic and delicious. Free China snacks to taste. Driver is friendly and punctual, staff is nice. A special shoutout to the lovely lady at the front desk—her cheerful energy and warm hospitality really stood out. They even provide free laundry (manual washing) service, which was a thoughtful bonus. Every aspect is just nice. They offer free transportation from the train station to the hotel, so I didn’t have to worry about finding the place or navigating the area. A must stay hotel in my next visit!

I often go on business trips, so I have a mysophobia. I originally booked a famous hotel with very high reviews. After I checked out the hotel, I saw that the environment and quality differed greatly at the same price. The rooms in this hotel were clean, neat and well-equipped. After shopping in the evening, I went back tiredly to have a cup of black tea and snacks, which was very refreshing. The black tea provided in the room is good and worthy of thumbs up👍.

Hotel is very clean. However, laundry machines are broken. Very far to walk to subway station. A small market and couple of food stalls less than 5 min walk. Plenty of didi and taxi to call on. Hotel shuttle does not stop inside the xian north train station. Quite far of a walk and difficult to find the meeting point. Better select your own ride. Only five to ten yuan with taxi or didi to/from the station. We paid reasonable price for small buffet breakfast. Not A huge selection

Hotel near to Xi'an North railway station & we got free station transfer service from hotel to the railway station. Hotel very comfy & clean. The front desk staff also very helpful even though he & she can't speak in English.

This hotel provides airport pick-up and drop-off service, which is really friendly. After all, it takes nearly an hour to take a taxi from Xianyang Airport to Xi'an. I was the only passenger at the airport and enjoyed the private car service😊. I would like to give special praise to the driver, Mr. Liu, who is very responsible and helped me carry the heavy suitcases up and down. Great!

The hotel has everything you need for comfort: a comfortable mattress and pillows, high-quality shampoo/conditioner, etc., hot water with good pressure. Birds can be heard singing in the morning. There was always enough water, tea, and small treats in the room. Cleaning by appointment, always a kind attitude. We were advised the right places upon request. Bonus: cat therapy.
