The hotel location is perfect. Right next to a metro station and within walking distance of the Bell Tower, Drum Tower, Muslim Quarter and City Wall.
The room was clean and comfortable. The only negative point I have for this hotel would be if you are a light sleeper you may want to request a room away from the main road at the front of the hotel, as the windows are not particularly sound proof and there is a busy road with associated noise if you are facing it.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The location is excellent: within walking distance of the metro station and the ancient wall, the Bell Tower can be reached on foot too if you don’t mind a little stretch. The owner is super responsive via text. Price is honestly too cheap for this location. Room is clean, spacious and comfy. Multiple convenience stores just off the elevator on ground level.
The only downside is that the apartment is a little hard to find. We called the owner and he came down to take us to the room. I would recommend arriving during daytime hours for this reason. Owner is super helpful. Will definitely stay again next time I visit Xi’an.

My recent stay at the Yun He Ye Bo Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived to the moment I checked out, every detail was perfect. If you're looking for the ideal base to explore the magnificent city of Xi'an, look no further.
Perfect Location for Exploration: The hotel's location is its first winning feature. It's just a short and pleasant walk to both Metro Lines 2 and 4, making the entire city incredibly accessible. Even more impressively, the majestic Xi'an City Wall is right on your doorstep. Stepping out of the hotel, you're a stone's throw from the Yongningmen (永宁门) South Gate, which is not only one of the most iconic entrances but also the most popular starting point for walking or cycling the wall. Being able to start my wall journey there at sunrise was an unforgettable experience.
Impeccable Service from Start to Finish: The service here sets a new standard. The warmth began the second I walked in, with a seamless and efficient check-in procedure. The staff immediately took care of my baggage, which was a welcome relief after a long journey. This high level of attentive service was consistent throughout my stay.
A special mention must go to the incredibly friendly and professional staff. Feng and Ting at the front desk were phenomenal - always offering a warm smile, helpful local tips, and going above and beyond to assist. This warmth extended to the room service team, who were very thorough, and the personnel at the breakfast buffet, who were always cheerful and attentive.
Spotless and Comfortable Rooms: The rooms are modern, spacious, and, most importantly, impeccably clean. The housekeeping team does an outstanding job. The room service was very thorough, with every corner of the room maintained to a high standard of cleanliness, which provided great peace of mind.
Conclusion: This was, without a doubt, a non-negotiable 5/5 experience. The combination of the prime location, spotless facilities, and most of all, the genuinely kind and professional staff, made my trip to Xi'an truly special. I would not hesitate for a second to book here again on my next visit and will be recommending it to all my friends. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had an absolutely fantastic experience at the Sofitel People’s Legend in Xi’an. Our room was spacious, elegant, and incredibly comfortable – the perfect place to relax after exploring the city’s rich history. Dining at Dolce Vita was a delight, with exquisite cuisine and a warm atmosphere.
What truly made our stay unforgettable, however, was the exceptional service we received. A heartfelt thank you to Ruizi, Themis, Fancy, and Tommy, who went above and beyond to make our Mother’s Day celebration so special. Their warmth, attention to detail, and genuine care made us feel truly cherished.
If we could give more than five stars, this would be a solid 10. We will most certainly return!

Every staff member was genuinely friendly, helpful, and attentive, radiating beautiful warmth. 🌹They anticipated our needs and responded to requests with speed and care. This high standard of service was consistent, from our arrival to the efficient coordination we experienced via WeChat. The rooftop lookout is an unbeatable amenity. It offers a spectacular, crowd-free view of the iconic Bell Tower, allowing you to enjoy the vista in complete comfort. This spot, along with the chill vibe of the rooftop bar and its friendly bartender🍐, provides the perfect sanctuary to end your day.
Beyond the perfect staff, decor, and views, the hotel provides amazing value with its generous daily offerings: breakfast, tea break, and supper (all rotating between three menus to keep things fresh).

Before I went to stay at their hotel, the customer service staff should have called me to ask if I knew the specific location of the room and our hotel. Later, they sent me the specific location of the hotel, arranged the room for me in advance, and told me the room number. Moreover, their hotel is relatively easy to find, and it is also relatively close to the nearby subway entrance, which is very convenient to go to any tourist attractions. GGuest UserThe location is incredibly convenient! Right outside Exit B of Longshouyuan Station on Metro Line 2, you'll find the hotel. This was a lifesaver for someone like me who easily gets lost! It's quick and easy to get to the Bell Tower, Muslim Quarter, and the high-speed train station.
The hotel definitely has a classic, 'old-money' charm. Initially, I thought the facilities might be a bit dated, but they are actually very well-maintained. Overall, the service was truly commendable. As soon as you approach the hotel, staff are there to help with your luggage, and the front desk handled things very smoothly. What truly impressed me was the exceptional daily housekeeping. Whether we were in the room or not, they would consistently come to replace disposable amenities and towels, and tidy up.
Another highlight for me was the heated swimming pool. We brought our child on this trip, and they went there every single day! Even though it was a bit chilly these past few days, the heated pool meant it didn't affect our enjoyment at all.
Overall, it's definitely worth recommending. It might not be the best fit for young people seeking the latest tech gadgets or a super modern feel, but it's very suitable for family trips or business travel.

Breakfast is a modest variety but delicious, and well re-stocked.
The room was large, with excellent fittings and furnishings, with a nice local outlook from the windows. The window opens for some fresh air if required.
The laundry has 2 washers and 2 dryers. And free washing detergent.
All the staff from reception to cleaners to cooks are lovely, and do their jobs really well.

MM52806****The hotel service was excellent. They offered complimentary desserts every evening, and any issues we had were promptly addressed. The price was also very reasonable, offering great value for money. We originally booked a family room, but upon check-in, we were upgraded to a room with two king-size beds, which allowed us to sleep very comfortably. Most importantly, they provided a drying rack, which was incredibly convenient for doing laundry during our multi-day stay. We didn't book breakfast initially, but when we decided to add it later, they still gave us a discount. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.
The only minor drawback was its distance from the metro station, over 500 meters away, which took almost 10 minutes to walk, especially with young children. We also noticed that booking through Ctrip was slightly more expensive than elsewhere.

CChao ChaoMThe hotel is very conveniently located, and the two subway entrances are not far away, and can be reached in about 5 minutes on foot. The snack street in the alley opposite is also very good. There is also a Yonghui supermarket and a shopping mall next to it, which is convenient for shopping.
The only drawback is that I booked a double bed room, and then when I arrived at the hotel, the front desk said that the double bed room was not available because we arrived late, so I gave a twin bed room. I don’t understand why the booked room was not kept, but it doesn’t matter.
The breakfast is acceptable, the watermelon is delicious, and there are a few bread and desserts.

You are a very short walk from the metro and can walk to the central town attractions. Stay here! Loads of cheap eateries on the ground floor too it’s perfect!
