The experience of staying at the Hampton by Hilton Hotel on Zhangba North Road, Xi'an High-tech Zone was very good. Because I arrived late on the same day, I contacted the front desk in advance to let the room be reserved. The front desk leaf added my WeChat and sent a road map. I learned that I had a birthday that day. I also helped to apply for fruit and cakes. Xiaohan also prepared greeting cards. Lele helped to send it to the room. The restaurant also sent longevity noodles the next day, which was really surprising. The service of Leye Xiaohan Lele gave me a different birthday experience, thank you very much! ! This time I stayed at Huanpeng, it was the best service attitude and the best one I stayed in so many! ! !

I booked a stay using a promotional voucher, which covered the room and included added benefits like midnight snacks, free coffee, and bar snacks. While the voucher made the stay affordable, I was surprised that some of these perks weren’t clearly communicated or easy to access. For instance, the midnight snacks and bar offerings weren’t highlighted during check-in, and I ended up not utilizing them fully—a missed opportunity to enjoy the package’s full value. I only used the airport transfer voucher. It was quite easy to pre-book the airport pickup.
The hotel itself meets standard expectations: functional rooms, a decent breakfast, and a laundry service. However, the service felt a bit detached. Staff were polite but somewhat aloof (“very cool” in demeanor), offering minimal proactive assistance. A warmer approach or a quick rundown of included amenities during arrival would’ve made a difference.
The lingering smoke smelt was a bit disappointing. The hotel was further from the metro station.
Overall this hotel was a practical choice, there were a variety of food options for morning breakfast, we have a good stay here.

GGuest UserWe absolutely loved the hotel. We stayed 4 nights and were impressed with the decor of the hall once we entered the hotel. The room was spacious and the staff were attentive. The stay came with free breakfast which we felt was too oily for our taste.
Other than that, they served different desserts daily from 6-9pm as well. Free laundry services were provided which was very much appreciated!
All in all, this hotel is definitely value for money, and we can see why it is so highly rated with over 10k reviews.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience at the Sofitel People’s Legend in Xi’an. Our room was spacious, elegant, and incredibly comfortable – the perfect place to relax after exploring the city’s rich history. Dining at Dolce Vita was a delight, with exquisite cuisine and a warm atmosphere.
What truly made our stay unforgettable, however, was the exceptional service we received. A heartfelt thank you to Ruizi, Themis, Fancy, and Tommy, who went above and beyond to make our Mother’s Day celebration so special. Their warmth, attention to detail, and genuine care made us feel truly cherished.
If we could give more than five stars, this would be a solid 10. We will most certainly return!

Before I went to stay at their hotel, the customer service staff should have called me to ask if I knew the specific location of the room and our hotel. Later, they sent me the specific location of the hotel, arranged the room for me in advance, and told me the room number. The room layout is also very large, the space is also very good, and the dry and wet areas are separated. Moreover, their hotel is relatively easy to find, and it is also relatively close to the nearby subway entrance, which is very convenient to go to any tourist attractions. The customer service girl has a very good service attitude and sent me fruit. The room air conditioning is also very warm, and the staff are very enthusiastic. There is also afternoon tea in the lobby on the first floor, as well as free midnight snack service. It is really enthusiastic. The facilities and equipment of a hotel with a very high cost performance are quite good.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel facilities are very new, and the rooms are quite spacious. Its location near Datang Everbright City and Joy City is a definite plus. However, being right at the entrance of a major scenic area and on a one-way street makes getting around a bit inconvenient, especially in the evenings. This is something for other travelers to keep in mind.
Despite the bustling location, the hotel itself was quiet, and I had a good rest. The only real downside was the breakfast, which had a very limited selection.
What's more, for some reason, even the restaurant staff during breakfast were asking us for positive reviews. If this is for staff evaluation, the hotel should really consider guest privacy and approach guests at appropriate times without being intrusive. Plus, the breakfast staff generally don't have direct interactions with guests beyond serving food, so it felt quite abrupt and out of place.
On a positive note, both the front desk and housekeeping services were excellent.

BBen_88Absolutely amazing experience staying at Novotel Xian hotel! From arriving at the hotel we were met at the entrance and our bags were taken to the reception. The women working behind reception were very welcoming, friendly and spoke great English. The hotel smelled very fresh, the room was very large, clean, modern and had lots of amenities. This hotel is excellent even to western standards, and I would expect to pay around £300 a night for this room back in London but here in Xian it was really cheap! Location is also excellent, few minutes walk from the main centre. Honestly I could not recommend this hotel enough!

Location - awesome. Quick metro ride from the train station. Hotel door is literally 5 feet from subway exit. Hotel is directly across from the bell tower.
Staff - amazing. They will literally bend over backwards to accommodate you. They arranged the shuttle to the terracota warriors and back from the
huaqing palace where the show was. In constant contact via we chat. Pretty impressive for $12 cad dollars return.
Breakfast - this is the first hotel we paid for breakfast with becuase it was affordable. Finding a western style Breakfast in china seems to be challenging. The Breakfast is basic but you can get coffee, some fruit, toast, fried or hard boiled eggs and lots of chinese options, rice, noodles, sea food, black rice congi.
Rooms - nice, a bit small, super clean and renovated but in a more classic stlye. The negative is the first room we had, either had mold or something but it made my wife and i very ill. They were very accommodating and moved us, the second room the ac wasnt working and room got up to 28c , the third room, third night is awesome. The first two rooms were in the south end of the hotel and both had a smell, maybe an older section. The third room is in the north end and has no smell and although it looks identical, feels much better.
Price - we are paying about $55/cad a night with breakfast included.
If i were to book here again, i would request the north end of hotel and if i noticed any sort of smell, i would immediately ask for a different room. The primary reason to book again would be #1 the staff and #2 the location.

CChao ChaoMThe hotel is very conveniently located, and the two subway entrances are not far away, and can be reached in about 5 minutes on foot. The snack street in the alley opposite is also very good. There is also a Yonghui supermarket and a shopping mall next to it, which is convenient for shopping.
The only drawback is that I booked a double bed room, and then when I arrived at the hotel, the front desk said that the double bed room was not available because we arrived late, so I gave a twin bed room. I don’t understand why the booked room was not kept, but it doesn’t matter.
The breakfast is acceptable, the watermelon is delicious, and there are a few bread and desserts.

SSydSydneyGreat hotel, excellent location. Metro staion Guangjijie line 6 out front alongside a convenience store, KFC and half a dozen nice Chinese food outlets. Drum tower 250m down the road, and Bell Tower and the main boulevard a bit further. All near the south gate.
Breakfast is a modest variety but delicious, and well re-stocked.
The room was large, with excellent fittings and furnishings, with a nice local outlook from the windows. The window opens for some fresh air if required.
The laundry has 2 washers and 2 dryers. And free washing detergent.
All the staff from reception to cleaners to cooks are lovely, and do their jobs really well.
