Candy Tang, one of the Front Desk staff, she was so professional, sleek and very customer friendly, especially that I am a foreigner and my Chinese Language is limited. very quiet room, floor and surroundings. My special requests were granted since it is not peak season. The rooms and bathrooms are spot on and amenities inside the room works and their Wi-Fi connection speed is great! Overall, five star rating to this Hotel! Strongly recommended.

The hotel is very upscale and has a great location. Dongdong at the front desk received us very warmly, provided thoughtful service and was considerate. The room is very hygienic, with complete facilities, beautiful scenery outside the window, and free mineral water and fruit snacks. All in all, this stay was a great experience. Facilities: The water pressure in the bath is the most comfortable I have ever stayed in a hotel, bar none. The room is very spacious. The surrounding transportation is very convenient, and it is only half an hour to 40 minutes away from the main attractions. It's also very close to the subway station. The only two flaws are: 1. There is a partition between the elevator entrance and the lobby. For dragging suitcases, you have to walk a few steps up the escalator instead of the elevator. However, there are relatively many elevators, they are fast and the waiting time will not be long. 2. The central air conditioner is very noisy. It is only recommended to turn on the minimum fan speed when sleeping at night (especially turning on the heating in winter)

This is the second time I have stayed here and once again it was a fabulous place to stay, here is why... Great location to park with running track, local shops and noodle places. Very friendly staff, although they don't speak English (and I too don't speak Mandarin), they always find a way to support and be extremely helpful. The rooms are comfortable, not great for office or laptop work in the basic rooms but everything works well and is comfortable. Big value for money as well!
