Third, when checking out, the floor towel was found to be stained, and the deposit was deducted without asking the reason clearly. It turned out that the floor of the hotel bathroom was not cleaned before, and I don’t know what it was, and it was stained on the floor towel when it encountered water. The customer service staff is too unprofessional and there is no way to solve the problem. If there is a problem, it is the guest’s responsibility. They will only deduct the deposit and not find the reason from themselves. It is really not worthy of the star rating.
