酒店帶早餐，雖然簡單也填填肚子。不用到處找吃的。酒店有迎客水果，不錯。房間好大。有停車位。二次到新鄭都住這酒店。。

前台服務很好，贈送了早餐和果盤。可惜空調是壞的，換了一間房倒還行。但是淋浴的水太涼了，最熱也涼的洗不了澡。建議更新設施。另外衞生間的檻太高了，容易磕傷人。

交通便利，裝潢華麗，停車還算方便。特講衞生，早餐進餐廳還要換他們的拖鞋，要是遇到臭腳，那吃飯就多了一種特別的味道了！

住宿體驗很差，整個河南省都認可電子身份證，唯獨它家不認，必須掃描他們的二維碼進行認證，收費兩元，美約其名説是派出所直接收取，建議外地本地朋友勿訂，避免入坑

以後再也不住這家了酒店了
設施：太差勁，淋浴水壓不行，有的還壞了，設施很差勁
衞生：衞生很臟，淋浴間清晰可見的黑污垢，洗臉盆也很臟，真是太差勁了，早餐還有頭髮，可憐的就那幾個菜
服務：前台服務跟一副欠他錢的樣子，沒有一點微笑，和入住體驗感，大早上拖地連個提示牌都不放，差點摔倒！
環境：環境更不用説了，簡直對不起香格里拉這個名字，外觀看着挺好，裏面啥也不是，
