智能酒店，比較新，設施還不錯還算乾淨衞生。周圍環境一般，在客運站對面。有個小停車場。不足的是衞生間乾濕沒有分離，隔音也不好，隔壁説話能聽的清清楚楚。

該酒店設施齊全，交通便利，客房寬敞明亮、舒適，衞生狀況非常好，乾淨整潔，空氣清新，一塵不染，更值得一提的是，前台服務員的素質真的很好，服務規範，熱情周到，星級的服務，良好的職業素養，贊一下，下一次還會來住他家的店。

酒店就在宣威汽車南站的馬路對面，前後都是馬路，賓館設施比較新，説是智能的，實際上卻不然，大白天窗簾明明關着的，小度卻硬説已經打開，而當你説關上窗簾時，它倒把窗簾拉開了。房間裏的電話是個空擺設，有事的話無法用內線電話聯繫前台。前台服務員冷冰冰的沒有一絲笑容，攜程訂單裏明明標明有兩份早餐，酒店服務員卻拒絕接受，説那是攜程自己搞的，與她們無關，真不知攜程與酒店方是怎麼協商的，既然沒有協調好，就不要在訂單上標出，少整這些虛頭巴腦的東西，讓人感覺很不舒服。

設施：毛巾、枕頭、床都很柔軟舒服，躺着很舒服
衞生：乾淨整潔，尤其是拖鞋，全是消殺封裝好的，用的放心。
環境：樓層高，視野開拓，採光也好，交通便利；
服務：前台小姐姐也很熱情。
性價比超高，下次過來，還會選擇這裏。

賓館靠近職業學校，停車場很方便。周邊水果店、購物小超市很多、餐飲非常方便。房間寬敞採光好，網絡信號很強。
