Hotel room with balcony was exactly like photo shown, nice view, overall a lovely hotel. Staff was helpful. A bit difficult to find hotel as the front signboard looks different from picture online.

The manager, Peter, was very professional. There was a problem with the cleaner not cleaning my room but he handled it very professionally and it didn't happen again. It's very close to west street (10 minute walk.max) and near peach cafe which has the best breakfast in town.

Quiet and warm. I will come here again next time and will also recommend friends to come here. It is not far from the pedestrian street and is very convenient. The beautiful woman at the front desk helps recommend attractions and tells how to take the bus.
