My wife and I am from Changzhou and needed a break at the seaside so we decided to book this hotel from 27 July-31 July.We booked a room with a seaview. What we absolutely LOVE: The service and friendly staff, not only the reception staff but even those working at the entrance ,in the lobby. I have to single out one gentleman , I forgot his name , ( see photo 1) wh was extremely helpful and patient. Coming from Changzhou we had to upload the Shandong province health code and we had difficulty getting the health code. This gentleman patiently helped me and my wife to fill in the required info and access our healthcodes for Shandong. He can speak good english and is a real asset for the hotel. 2. Our Room with a view over the beach and the ocean. We had a spacious seaview room , with a bathtub which we LOVED. 3 . The location was perfect, and in close proximity to attractions like the Wine museum. 4. The food was delicious and the meals well prepared. We really liked the beefburgers, which was delicious as well as the dinner buffet outside on our first evening. The breakfast buffet was excellent too. Recommendations for improvement: Ordering room service : When I ordered room service , the lady taking my order could not understand some of the dishes /drinks I ordered( like ginger beer) and poached eggs.However, she send the manager on duty to our room to take our order personally. Thanks! A second time when I ordered room service again , it was also not understood well. When I ordered fresh coffee, the coffee was cold. Maybe next time the coffee could be poured last, just before it gets taken up to the room. Overall, we had a LOVELY stay. Thank you very much.

A very nice hotel, lovely room, decent breakfast, comfortable lounge and friendly staff. However, the beach is a sad sight, dirty, covered with debris, no shops, restaurants, bars, no atmosphere whatsoever. boring and dull. city side is a huge factory. not the kind of place to enjoy the seaside. definitely not a ”golden” beach.

We had a pleasant stay at the Sheraton. Breakfast was good and dinner alright. It’s right by the beach and if you walk towards the pier you will find a place to rent sup boards, kayaks and more. It’s not that close to the popular attractions, DiDi rides are usually an hour or just over an hour to get to the places. We had no problems with anything.

Very satisfied, must be five-star praise. The hotel facilities are very new, the decoration is refreshing and the cleaning is clean. The breakfast is rich in variety, the ingredients are fresh, and the day is a good one. The front desk service was warm and friendly, the child was very curious about the delivery robot, patiently answered, and the child followed it once and was very happy. Because of a hotel, I started to like a city, like it!

Sea view twin room, the room is very large, the sea view is really comfortable! We came together with the elderly and children and liked the spacious place. You can watch the sunrise in the morning, although the sunrise is on the side of the picture frame, a bit oblique. The sea view is good. Very close to the coast, there is a large parking lot for free parking, I think it is acceptable to take two steps, after all, the price is half cheaper than the next door. Due to the off-season, I didn't feel the sound insulation problem. But the shower has a saying, the location is small, the hot water is gone, and it is not enough to wash the child. B&B hygiene is OK. Don't expect too much. The carpet tents don't look very clean and the bedding is OK. It's cold. It's more intimate to have electric blankets and thick quilts. There are toys for children to play with. We also left the toys for sand digging when we left. It is also more troublesome to take the plane away. We are the city farthest from the sea. This time, we felt the fun of catching the sea at close range in the hotel. There is also a pot inside, you can simply cook. Overall very pleasant!

Very nice, big room and sanitary. The environment is good, downstairs is the seaside, there is a balcony where you can enjoy the sea view, it is good to bring your family. There is a large shopping mall nearby which is convenient for shopping and eating. There is a certain distance from the railway station, and it takes more than half an hour to take a taxi. Plan ahead. The receptionist is serious and responsible. The hotel called in advance to inform the bad weather to bring more clothes, very good service. recommend.
