The room decor was really unique and charming. The service was thoughtful and impeccable. When we arrived, they even sent a dedicated driver to pick us up, and he was super nice and friendly. He was very careful when helping us with our luggage. The owners, a couple, were lovely and enthusiastic, giving us great tips on scenic routes and good places to eat. We really appreciate it! The best part is that you step right out into the beautiful Moon Pond, which is unforgettable. All in all, this trip was definitely worth it and highly recommended.

The hotel's location is excellent, less than a 10-minute walk to the main attractions. The hotel itself has a serene atmosphere, with a beautiful Jiangnan garden-style setting. You could easily spend a comfortable and peaceful day just relaxing in the courtyard with a cup of tea, without even needing to visit the sights. The cleanliness standards are on par with a five-star hotel, and they thoughtfully provide two types of slippers. The service is very attentive; they offer shuttle service to and from the parking lot, and are both welcoming and discreet. The front desk lady was especially kind, giving detailed directions.

Before coming to Hongcun, I didn't have high expectations, thinking it would just be another old village to visit and leave. However, my stay at 'Hongcun Yike Homestay' made me feel that every detail of this trip radiated warmth. Upon arriving at Hongcun bus station, I was unfamiliar with the area and was stressing about how to drag my luggage across the stone-paved paths to the homestay while looking at a map. The moment I called, the owner's enthusiastic voice immediately put me at ease: 'Wait there, I'll be right over to pick you up!' In less than ten minutes, the owner appeared on an electric scooter, swiftly tied my luggage to the vehicle, and cheerfully motioned for me to hop on. We weaved through Hongcun's winding alleys and past bustling crowds of tourists. The homestay was tucked away in a quiet lane near Moon Pond, an excellent location. You could see Moon Pond just around the corner, yet it was peaceful and quiet – truly an oasis of calm amidst the hustle and bustle. Stepping into the courtyard, I was captivated by this homestay, a renovated Huizhou-style building. The exquisitely carved porch, wooden corridors, and rustic private courtyard exuded the unique elegance and serenity characteristic of Huizhou homes. Inside the room, it was bright and clean. The antique-style wooden bed paired with a soft mattress offered both classic charm and comfort. The night was exceptionally quiet, and I slept soundly. Early the next morning, I opened the window to a beautiful view of the Huizhou-style horse-head walls in the morning light, distant mountains draped in lush greenery, and the nearby sounds of birdsong and fragrant flowers. It truly felt like living inside a traditional Chinese ink wash painting. On the day of my departure, the owner drove me to the bus station as usual, reminding me of other places I hadn't visited in Hongcun along the way. Before saying goodbye, the owner pulled out a packet of chrysanthemum tea from the trunk, handed it to me, and smiled, saying, 'This is our local chrysanthemum tea, take it home and try it.' Holding that packet of tea, my heart felt warm. Staying here truly felt like returning to an old friend's home in Huizhou, thoughtful and considerate in every way. 'Yike Homestay' truly lives up to its name – making one feel 'at ease' (逸) and so content that guests (客) forget to leave. Next time I'm in Hongcun, I'll definitely stay here again.

This guesthouse is located right inside the Hongcun scenic area, so you don't have to constantly go through the ticket gate. You can easily walk to famous attractions like Nanhu Lake and Yuezao Pond. Its overall location is a significant advantage compared to other guesthouses in the area.

This guesthouse is a must-stay when visiting Hongcun to see the Huizhou-style architecture. Its location is absolutely superb, within walking distance of all the popular photo spots, making it super easy to plan your sightseeing. The courtyard is elegant and spotless, and the guest rooms are even cleaner and tidier. The attention to detail in cleanliness is truly impressive; there's no clutter or stains anywhere. It's an old house conversion that beautifully preserves its ancient charm while maintaining excellent living standards. My stay here was a perfect experience!

Tachuan's autumn was made even more beautiful by this guesthouse. I searched on Ctrip for a long time, worried about hygiene issues, but this guesthouse really paid attention to details and was very clean. The moment I opened the door, the automatic welcoming ceremony from 'Xiao Ai' (smart speaker) was very touching. It's right at the entrance of Hongcun and the price is excellent value for money. The proprietress is very kind, and the young man who checked me in, Manager Xiao Wang, was extremely helpful with excellent service. From picking me up at the station to helping me find a car for my travels, he saved me the anxiety and exhaustion of not having a car in Hongcun. The prices were also reasonable. Anyone worried about drivers getting upset in Hongcun can completely entrust their needs to him. At the village entrance, he even used a small electric cart to help with my luggage. There are Hello e-bikes nearby, so you can go to Lucun early in the morning to watch the sunrise. Thank you for providing such a 'utopia' after my busy work. The hygiene was indeed top-notch!

No need to rush; you can leisurely wander through the ancient village and enjoy the scenery of Nanhu Lake, feeling utterly relaxed and at ease. What truly captivated me was the guesthouse's Huizhou-style courtyard. The white walls and black tiles, complemented by the lush greenery in the courtyard, exude a profound sense of antiquity. Sitting idly in the courtyard, listening to the surrounding bird songs, was incredibly therapeutic. The owner was exceptionally honest, informing me that parking in their exclusive lot is free during the off-season (excluding holidays), so self-driving guests don't have to worry about parking at all. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was fresh, and while the facilities weren't luxurious, they were perfectly adequate, making it incredible value for money. The owner even thoughtfully shared some less-traveled routes for exploring Hongcun, allowing us to avoid crowds while capturing stunning scenery. Overall, the stay was comfortable, travel was convenient, and the service was attentive—perfect for visitors who want to slowly explore Hongcun. Located right in the heart of the scenic area, it offers exceptional value for money. The quiet and comfortable living environment, attentive service, and convenient parking facilities are all impeccable. It's perfectly suited for both solo travelers seeking peace of mind and those traveling with companions. Next time I visit Hongcun, I will definitely choose this guesthouse again. I wholeheartedly recommend it to all travelers!

The host is incredibly warm and helpful! Picked us up from the entrance and helped us carried the heavy luggages into the hotel! Both the host and his mom are very warm and treated us like family! The hotel is quiet yet near to all the major attractions! Making it a good escape from all the tourist crowd and a place to relax after hiking in huangshan! My whole family thoroughly enjoyed our time at Buji and would recommend anyone visiting hongcun to stay here!

This guesthouse is absolutely, incredibly, amazingly wonderful!!!! First, I have to praise the owner. He's such a great guy. He called us beforehand to ask when we'd arrive, then picked us up in his 'sanbengzi' (a three-wheeled vehicle – extra experience points!). He helped us with our luggage. The next day, I wasn't feeling well and just wanted to extend for two hours to rest, but the owner immediately told us not to worry and just to stay as long as we needed. When we left, his aunt helped with our bags, and he arranged a car for us. We were in such a rush that I dropped something, and he even mailed it back to me… In short, the service was exceptional!! ❤️ Next time, I hope to bring my family and stay for a few more days. The environment is also incredibly good! The courtyard is uniquely designed, like a mini classical garden, full of ancient charm. The room was very clean, and there's even a meditation area. I tried to imitate Liu Yifei's meditation pose, and I felt refreshed afterward, haha~ Hongcun is truly beautiful, and the people here are so warm and friendly. It's a shame we were short on time, but I look forward to coming back again!

You don't have to go in and out of the ticket every day, saving a lot of trouble. The homestay is located in the depths of the streets and alleys, quiet in the middle of noisy, and you can walk to the two core attractions of Nanhu and Moon Marsh in a few minutes. I like it most in the morning and evening. A large number of tourists have not entered the park or have left. The blue stone road is quiet and the mist is covered with white walls and tiles. It is a blockbuster of ink. The house is dry and odorless, the bedding is soft, and hot water is always available. The owner is very warm-hearted, sends detailed routes into the village in advance, helps with luggage, and also recommends restaurants that locals often go to to avoid the consumption trap of the scenic spot. Sitting in the small courtyard and drinking tea and blowing hair, immersive feeling the gentleness of the countryside in the painting, next time you come to Hongcun, you will still choose to live in the scenic spot!
