Compared to Toyoko or even Livemax around the same station, this place is far far worse. Looks like some cheap-o-conversion. Feels very aged and used.

I was very surprised by the hotel: everything seemed to be fine, a fairly large room, the floor was spotless, the bathroom was nice, everything seemed to be there, towels were changed and the cleaning was done every day. A balcony in the room. Yes, it is obvious that it has not been renovated for a long time and the equipment is old. However, you can feel the absence of the owner. There are some things that are simply killing: a dirty ventilation grill with a huge layer of dust, a chandelier and lamps in centuries-old dust, yellowed and stained signs. If you remove these little things, and it is not difficult, the hotel could pass for 3 *, and if you make an effort, then 4 * and 5 *. The location is gorgeous, the breakfasts, although not very varied, but the food is good, fresh. I got the impression that this hotel does not have an owner or he does not care how much money the hotel brings in. Very strange. The audibility behind the wall, as next to and the sound from the railway somehow did not bother me very much.

The people at the front desk and who prepared breakfast had kind smiles and were very pleasant. Both men and women felt safe staying here. The building is old, so it may not be enough for those staying overnight, but since I only stayed there to sleep, I had no complaints. My laundry had a set time and I couldn't dry it, but I was able to dry it inside the room. The breakfast was small, but sufficient. It was close to the station, so it was easy to use.

The facility is old, but the service is good and I would like to use it again. It is close to the station and there is a convenience store next door.

The bath was very comfortable. I stayed for one night, but the mattress was hard and there was only a large bath towel instead of a blanket, which was a bit disappointing.

It is in a good location, within walking distance of Tsurumi Station, and there are many restaurants nearby. There is also a convenience store next door. The walls between the rooms and the neighbors seem to be thin, and you can hear sounds such as sneezing, but if that doesn't bother you, it's a good value hotel to stay in. I also appreciated the breakfast, which included bread and soup.
