"I stayed in this hotel on a business trip and was pleasantly surprised by the service. As soon as I walked in with my suitcase, I was shocked by the grand lobby. When I checked in, they poured me some warm black tea. I felt embarrassed. There were some small refreshments opposite the bar for guests to try. They asked me if I had any room needs. They upgraded me. The floor I was assigned was also very high. From the room, I could see most of the city of Yongkang! They also gave me some fruits and snacks! The service staff were very enthusiastic and greeted me proactively along the way. It made me feel like I had many friends in a strange city. The breakfast was also very good and rich! I stayed for several days in a row, and the aunt even took the initiative to wash the smelly socks I changed! I was a little flattered. I don’t know how to express it, so I wish everyone in your hotel happiness in this comment section! I wish your hotel a long-lasting prosperity! Thank you"

"The room was clean and sanitary. There were some minor issues with the hotel breakfast. There might be a large number of guests during the May Day holiday. Many of the foods in our first breakfast were gone before 9 o'clock... It was rectified the next day and we also had their special handmade yogurt. It was still okay after timely adjustments. The hotel has convenient transportation and is close to the business district, so it is convenient to eat!"

GGuest UserThe transportation is very convenient. It takes about ten minutes to get to the hotel by bus from the station. The hotel is decorated in an elegant and upscale style. The rooms are also very comfortable. I like the room type with a bathtub. It is really relaxing to take a bath in the room after a business trip. The big TV in the room can also satisfy those who chase dramas, and you can cast the screen online. The ladies at the front desk are very enthusiastic, especially No. 088 [Happy] Breakfast is from 7:00 to 9:30. The breakfast is nutritious and includes milk, coffee, rice porridge, bread, noodles, fruits, wontons, etc. I have become accustomed to staying here. Every time I choose a hotel, I will subconsciously choose Hongye Friendship Hotel. I will come here again on my next business trip [Rose]

They helped me to pick up & drop off from the train station, free laundry service, free noodles at night delivered to the room. They remembered I was going to Shenxianju and offered help to order taxi. Even when I was sick, they accompanied me to go to the clinic and bought medicine!

MManeGaneshRecently We visited Yongkang, and found the Perfect place. Great Hospitality, Perfect location and perfect Staff. Especially Miss Zhang. And her team. (Owner lady too.) We being at new place new country with lot of language barrier but still they were ready to help, even though they don't know English but they never got angry but always communicated using translator. Especially front desk Girl Miss Zhang. She is doing great job. Only problem here was Food, since they have only breakfast which was. Pretty good, but no other meal. And we being pure vegetarian had to suffer as all hotels nearby by offer only non veg. But it has nothing to do with Hotel services, I hope I do come back here in future and experience the same.
