"This is a very quiet, neat and clean hotel with all service boxes covered. You get a lot for the little money you spend.
On check in you receive a coffee voucher which I immediately spend in the Hotel coffee shop.
When I checked out, and needed to wait for my transport to show up, I was offered another coffee from the hotel coffee shop.
The coffee shop, which serves excellent coffee, also serves as breakfast restaurant.
Good choice of food and again a clean and modern layout. (has an interesting space saving set-up of the tables.)
The only thing, probably only noticeable by foreigners, is the height of the benches and couches in the hotel.
It feels like sitting on the floor. (A bit too low for my taste)"

"I stayed in this hotel on a business trip and was pleasantly surprised by the service. As soon as I walked in with my suitcase, I was shocked by the grand lobby. When I checked in, they poured me some warm black tea. I felt embarrassed. There were some small refreshments opposite the bar for guests to try. They asked me if I had any room needs. They upgraded me. The floor I was assigned was also very high. From the room, I could see most of the city of Yongkang! They also gave me some fruits and snacks! The service staff were very enthusiastic and greeted me proactively along the way. It made me feel like I had many friends in a strange city. The breakfast was also very good and rich! I stayed for several days in a row, and the aunt even took the initiative to wash the smelly socks I changed! I was a little flattered. "The room was clean and sanitary. There were some minor issues with the hotel breakfast. There might be a large number of guests during the May Day holiday. Many of the foods in our first breakfast were gone before 9 o'clock... It was rectified the next day and we also had their special handmade yogurt. It was still okay after timely adjustments. The rooms are also very comfortable. I like the room type with a bathtub. It is really relaxing to take a bath in the room after a business trip. The big TV in the room can also satisfy those who chase dramas, and you can cast the screen online. The ladies at the front desk are very enthusiastic, especially No. 088 [Happy] Breakfast is from 7:00 to 9:30. The breakfast is nutritious and includes milk, coffee, rice porridge, bread, noodles, fruits, wontons, etc. I have become accustomed to staying here. MManeGaneshRecently We visited Yongkang, and found the Perfect place. Great Hospitality, Perfect location and perfect Staff. Especially Miss Zhang. And her team. (Owner lady too.) We being at new place new country with lot of language barrier but still they were ready to help, even though they don't know English but they never got angry but always communicated using translator. Especially front desk Girl Miss Zhang. She is doing great job. Only problem here was Food, since they have only breakfast which was. Pretty good, but no other meal. And we being pure vegetarian had to suffer as all hotels nearby by offer only non veg. But it has nothing to do with Hotel services, I hope I do come back here in future and experience the same.
