"Tv did not work in my room, was moved to another one for a night while they fixed it. However tv didn’t work there either. Wifi is poor as well. The service was great tho. I was gifted tea for the inconveniences and the room was cleaned with fresh water and towels daily. In my experience, I thought the hot water was broken, turns out it just needs 10 minutes before it gets warm, same with the sink. View from the hotell is superb. And the breakfast you get, noodles with coffee, tea, fruits and bread was an excellent start to any day. I would recommend the place, but not for extended periods of time, you should also lower your expectations a bit from what is showed on the site."

"For me the place was perfect: very close to the drop off point from taxis, so you don't have to walk for too long with the luggage, and walking distance from everywhere - the town is really small. Lili and the staff were super kind and helpful with everything. They also arranged a car to drive me back to the station. Maybe the only improbable thing is that they could share arrival information once they accept the booking: to access the ancient town you need to pay 108 yuan and many people arriving didn't know. This is not to sleep in the hotel, it's just to access the town, so everyone has to do it. But for me it's been great!"

"We really enjoyed our stay here! The service is very good! The hotel boss help us to order food delivery (*******) using the hotel account and she help us pay too. Ofcus we return back the money to her. She also help in the transport. She made everything so much easier for us. She is very kind and helpful! Make sure we are well hydrated too by giving us free water bottle. Thank you so much! My room outside is the million vieww!! The view is fantastic and so worth it!"

"Absolutely stunning location. We are English travellers and can only say hello in Chinese. We had no problem at all. They arranged train station pick up and drop off free of charge. The view was incredible and had top quality amenities within. It felt safe and the beds were very spacious. Everything is within walking distance (approx 15 minutes walk from the main entrance). The staff also made some solid recommendations and we were able to stay in touch via alipay chat."

"It was from far the best place I’ve stayed in my whole trip to China. It’s exactly inside the scenic area (so please note that you need to buy the ticket to enter in this area to be able to get in the hotel, and the area is full of stairs and only walking, so you’ll need to carry all your luggage). The room is big and comfortable, great shower, all the amenities, staff is amazing and helpful, even providing tips about which performances are better to see. The view is stunning: you see the waterfalls from your balcony. I loved the place, feel grateful for find it. "This is an unbeatable accomodation in Furong ancient town. Situated right on the waterfall next to the bridge, it’s such a beautifully central stay. It’s right next to the main bridge that overlooks the scenic area, and a 5min walk to the waterfall view points. The rooms are a gorgeous wooden design, complete with a modern bathroom, and amenities. The owner was kind enough to contact me and arrange free transport from the train station, and a discounted entry ticket into the town (90 RMB, payable upon hotel arrival). I had booked a large single room but was given a different one with two beds, odd but alright. Be aware the town is vibrant at night and music/karaoke only stops at 10:30pm."

"We had a excellent stay with a wonderful service from the Hotel staff. They picked us up from the Train Station and even bring us back there the day we leave. The Hotel is located perfectly at the Waterfall and Ancient Town. You have a beautiful view on the Waterfall from the balcony and also from the breakfast area. Everything is easy to reach nearby in the Ancient Town. The driver even help us buying the Ticket for the Ancient Town. We had a pleasant stay and highly recommend to stay at least one night in this beautiful Town to fully feel and enjoy the atmosphere at day and night. We also recommend to stay in this Hotel for a wonderful stay. Use Wechat to communicate easily with the Hotel staff, it worked very well for us."

"Great location as it’s right at the beginning of the ancient town. Very beautiful wooden building. Close to restaurants and sightseeing. Free upgrade on the room and free railway station transfers which is essential as my friend was significantly overcharged on a taxi from the train station as her guesthouse didn’t offer transfers. They even collected me from the train station when I went on a day trip. Can be a little noisy at night due to being located next to a bbq restaurant but I imagine most hotels in the area are similar due to the nature of older buildings."

"We opted to stay overnight during our visit to Furong Ancient Town, and it really added to the whole experience. The location of our accommodation was excellent—just a short and scenic walk to the waterfalls, which made exploring the area easy and enjoyable. It was also very close to the performance area, so we didn’t have to go far to catch the cultural shows and activities. From our room, we had a beautiful view of the ancient houses lining the river. The traditional architecture, especially when lit up at night, gave us a deeper appreciation for the charm and history of the town. Even though we were near the main attractions, the area still felt calm and relaxing. Staying overnight allowed us to experience a quieter, more atmospheric side of Furong. After the day-trippers left, the streets took on a slower, more peaceful rhythm, and we enjoyed wandering through the lantern-lit alleys and hearing the sound of the river nearby. It was a lovely part of our trip and gave us a more intimate glimpse into the timeless beauty of the town."
