It's good. As soon as you enter the lobby, you will feel the magnificence. When you come in, the girl at the front desk enthusiastically hands you scented tea. The service is good. This is my second time staying in Vienna. There is a small business district around, with shopping and eating. Good review!

The TV in the room didn't work, so I notified the front desk and a waitress came. After checking, it still didn't work. I asked her to check the next room and told her that if the TV in other rooms was working, she would change me to a room of the same type. As a result, the waitress told me that I had to pay for the cleaning of the room because I took a shower in the room. This is the first time I have encountered such a situation in so many hotels. It was not my fault that the room was changed, so why should I pay? In the end, the TV still didn't work and they didn't tell me the reason and just ignored it. This is the first time I give a bad review to a hotel. I hope the hotel can improve the quality of its employees.
