"I have a complaint. Yesterday, I came to breakfast according to my reservation at the hotel. I did not find a table and I did not find anyone to receive me. So I went to a table where there was no one. I sat down to eat breakfast. I was surprised that the waiter asked me to leave the table in front of everyone, which embarrassed me in front of everyone present and put me at a far table. About the people, and I had to talk to the manager Marco to solve my problem. First, he refused to shake my hand. He showed me the guest list and that I was at the bottom of the list and did not deserve to be in view. He told me that he would reserve a table for me for tomorrow, but when I arrived today, I did not find my room number on any table nor anyone to guide me. Where is the professionalism in this dealing? And the manager tells me that I am at the bottom of the list and I do not deserve your good place!!!

"Good location and beautiful hotel. We are a family of two adults and three kids( age between 9 to 13). Hotel charged us for three adults and two kids. Three nights we ended up paying 3000euro plus. Cost is pretty high and the most hurting point is that we only got to know this upon check out…"

"Fantastic hotel located on the shores of Zell Am See - every bedroom overlooks the beautiful lake - our ground floor room with its large picture window with outside decking was perfect for absorbing the beautiful scenery. The staff are all super friendly and helpful. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from Zell am See centre and a 10 minute walk to any of the buses that take you to the cable cars for exploring the mountains - perfect!"

玩玩转星球-KevinIn addition to the poor location, everything else is impeccable.
The hotel stay is at 3 pm, luggage can be stored after arriving early, or you can go to the gym. Less than 100 meters to the right of the hotel is a free public parking lot. The color of the room is also surprising, just like a wedding room.
The breakfast and dinner included in the hotel are also very good and are all natural and healthy food.
Compared to the hotel and facilities, my early room is definitely value-for-money, and the price of another room booked on the official website on May 12 is already much more expensive than my one.

AAlvin ChooiGood location. Rooms is ok only and sadly without air conditioning. We have to open the balcony door to cool down the room. We are unlucky because our room located at the hotel entrance and the car stop in front and all the car exhaust came in our room and noisy.

SSAMEH ABDEL MALEK The hotel is relatively far from the train station. The hotel had changed the confirmation number before arrival, so we waited about half an hour before entering after we had call them by phone because it was slef check in. We found pure bath soap and there was no one in the hotel to ask.
