One word for this place, amazing!! Amazing place and amazing hosts I decided to stay Ia bit further from the city chaos and I haven't made mistake. Hostel is located 30 minutes walk or 7 minutes by car from the cable car, and 10 minutes by car from airport and train station as well in very quite part of the city. Hosts left the biggest impression on me . From the first memento hosts welcomed me very warm and with suggestions what I should visit during my stay. They were more then willing to help me with whatever I needed during my stay. Room itself was very good , neat and big with the view on Tianmanshan. You can also have a very nice breakfast for reasonable price. If I come back in Zhangjiajie I will definitely stay only here. Thank you very much for your hospitality and great time!

As a family, we would highly recommend Heaven’s Gate (Lexi Shanya) Homestay. We were warmly welcomed by owner Issac and his parents - and shown to clean, well-equipped and comfortable bedrooms. Issac provided us with extremely helpful information about visiting Tianmen Mountain (including a map and relevant ticket prices). He also offered to book us tickets for the local folk show - and even drove us to the Tianmen Mountain Cable Car in his own vehicle! Breakfast comprised of delicious local food, and we were served complimentary bowls of fresh fruit. Our children loved the swimming pool and played happily with other children staying at the Homestay.

Hotel itself looks not bad . Location seemed to be good , but every time you call didi - all the drivers drive you by weird roads which are always on construction . So 10 min trip May lasts hour or more ( mine was 1.5 hour) Any person in stuff don’t speak or understand English , so they were not helpful with necessities. And final . My flight was early morning and I noticed hotel stuff in advance about early check out . Morning , I realized that all gates are closed and I can’t get out . So I climbed over the wall to set myself free. I would not recommend this stay

When I booked the Room The Home-Owner Called me for further Confirmation and offered us to be picked up in the Hotel. The Room is Clean and Spacious. The Environment is very relaxing where you can watch in-front if you the Great Tianmen Mountain. We had tried the City’s Authentic Tea, We also give time to Dip in the pool. Tina also helped us and shared the Location of Tourist Spots. Actually we don’t have an Itinerary and we don’t have Chinese Speakers with us. But we did it. we make the most of our time Touring the Great Places. We had a free Breakfast which is very very accommodating since it did not says at the Booking that we have one. We love her Fried Egg Rice and Authentic Noodles. Our Flight got Cancelled on that night and we extended one more room from her she gave us a reasonable price and also Sends us Back to the Airport? She’s a Big Sister to us 💛🤍🥰♥️ Thank you for your Hospitality.

Outstanding service and value! Romantic, classy immaculate room with a balcony facing Tienman Mountain. Top quality toiletries. The hotel is a tranquil oasis, yet have easy access to the main attraction. Concierge patiently explained how to get to and around the Mountain, and arranged for free ride to the airport. Wide variety of food for breakfast buffet. I have been recommending this hotel to others already.

I came here with my boyfriend to visit Tianmen Mountain in Zhangjiajie. Ctrip looked at many B&Bs and finally chose this one, Huayu Fuyi B&B. As soon as we booked the room, the landlady called us very considerately and asked if we were going to fly or something. , can come and pick us up. We came here by car so we arrived late. The boss lady was very kind and kept waiting for us. She also very thoughtfully reminded us that we can only drive 100 yards to the hot spot. The beds in many B&Bs outside are either too hard. , or too soft. I can see that the quality of this one is very good. It is neither hard nor soft. The hygiene is impeccable. I am a mysophobic person and I feel it is really clean. Sisters, this B&B is really clean. sky The ceilings and quilts are also very comfortable. It is very important to have a comfortable stay while traveling. I wish this to my sisters. Before I left, the landlady gave me a souvenir. I really loved it.
