The hotel environment is good, the facilities are well-equipped, it has a sense of age, the price is high, the bedding is comfortable, the breakfast is complete, and the experience is good. Yaya at the front desk has enthusiastic service and introduces the surrounding tours in detail. It is convenient to travel. If you are traveling with children, you will come again next time .

I have stayed at quite a few Wanda hotels in the past and always had a pleasant experience but the past two days were anything but pleasant. I had a two night stay in Zhangzhou Wanda Realm from the 22nd of January to the 24th of January. I have listed my grievances below. 1. Air-conditioning does not work. My room was a constant temperature of 25 degrees Celsius and even after turning on the air conditioning did the temperature not go down. I had to ask the hotel to open a window to decrease the temperature and thus let polluted air into the room. 2. I booked an executive room knowing that I would receive some benefits. Not only was the executive lounge closed but as stated in the notice, they requested we use the hotel lobby bar which was also closed. I paid 850RMB per night for this room. If I am not going to have the benefits of an executive room at least refund me. 3. Swimming pool times have drastically decreased to limited times. I know that this is Chinese New year but isn't this the time when the hotel would receive most of its guests and thus have all the amenities ready and working to make a guest stay very pleasant. 4. Breakfast buffet was below standard of a 4 star hotel. Not only was the selection of foods extremely basic but the food was severely under stock. One would think that a four star hotel would be able to plan for a busy time like Chinese New year but no, there was limited food on basic items like eggs and bacon. Staff were not prepared for such large amounts of people. 5. It seems like this hotel is closing down as many water features and other amenities are either out of order or not working properly. It is an embarrassment to call this hotel a luxury hotel. It has the facade of a luxury hotel but cannot deliver on basic amenities. Please see my photos for evidence of my unpleasant stay. The staff were very friendly and tried to help where they can but it would be better to close down this hotel than call it a luxury 4 star hotel.

The room is clean and tidy. The bed is hard but not soft. It is very suitable for middle-aged and elderly people to sleep. It is very easy to sleep. If it is too soft, you will not be able to sleep. Because it was raining, I didn’t want to go to the ancient city for breakfast, so I paid an additional 40 yuan for breakfast at the hotel. I found that the breakfast in this hotel was too simple and not worth the price. The only thing I complained about was that it was not good. I went to live in Longyan Hotel, although The accommodation is not as good as Zhangzhou Hotel, but the breakfast is rich, and the food is better than that of Zhangzhou Hotel. Each has its own advantages and disadvantages. Are you intentional?

An old hotel, the hardware is not too new, but the hygiene is pretty good. It has its own restaurant where you can order food. It is opposite the district government. It is so close to Zhongshan Park and the ancient city and there is a parking lot. It is really friendly to drive. The lady at the front desk is very helpful. Skilled, both check-in and check-out people were clean and answered all questions. The breakfast is good, the shrimp and fish are fresh and the variety is good.
