However, no one addressed the issue after I checked out. I think the hotel needs to prioritize basic accommodation and food hygiene. The next afternoon, I returned to the hotel to find two extra tickets to a nearby amusement park and a plate of fruit. No one explained what this meant. I suspect this was just a way of addressing the food hygiene issue that night. PS: I didn't go and didn't eat the fruit. Suggestion: Overall service quality needs improvement. The service attitude is currently too passive, and they don't address guests' concerns or acknowledge their own service issues. PS: Perhaps they're the only one nearby, with no competition, so they're quite impressive. However, their service doesn't match their price point. Ten hours after I checked out, I received a call from hotel customer service, promising a discount for my next booking. But I'm afraid the same situation will persist. I'd rather go to the Angsana private spa."
