"端午過後想錯峯帶小朋友和🐶🐶進山度幾天假，不想去幾個峪口人太多太雜，無意間搜到花築·牛背樑度假山莊，發現開業不久，又是寵物友好，毫不猶豫預訂了親子套房。果然和圖片上一樣美好，所見即所得，房間很新，床品很新很舒服，雖然新開的但是傢俱品質非常好👍實木厚重且無異味。山莊整體環境實在太好了（私心覺得在這裏辦個户外婚禮不要太美好啊）。由於是周內，所以幾乎就我們一家入住，小朋友和🐶🐶玩的太開心了。山莊內不管是前台還是餐廳或者是咖啡廳酒吧的服務生幾乎都對🐶🐶很友好，我家🐶比較社牛，也特別喜歡和人玩所以大家都玩的很happy。中餐廳如果有客人的話🐶🐶是需要栓在門口不能帶進餐廳的，我們當時因為沒有其他客人所以服務生讓我們帶進餐廳，我們也很自覺的坐在角落。接待處一樓的西餐咖啡廳寵物友好可以帶進去，裏面的服務生小姐姐很喜歡🐶🐶。中餐廳的廚師做飯很好吃，菜品味道真心不錯，麪食也很好吃導致我們連着三天都特意又點了哨子麪和油潑麪吃。山莊停車場旁邊還有一個私人開的大型的露營場地，可以租天幕也可以吃烤肉，店主有一衹小黑狗叫果凍，很可愛很親人，和我家狗🐶玩的不亦樂乎！國道旁有一條淺淺的小河，雖淺但水很清澈，適合小朋友戲水。反正山莊整體就是一個大寫的“好”字，希望以後去的客人多了大家都能自覺愛護好這麼好的環境，帶狗狗去的客人也要做到認真收拾寵物糞便，愛護房間設施，也願以後這種美好的寵物友好酒店越來越多❤️對了，臨行還收到了酒店贈送的兩瓶拌飯醬，很好吃哦😋具體的看圖片吧"

"不得不説資本的品味還是非常不錯的，從一棟棟漂亮的兩層小別院到房間內講究的擺設、配色以及硬件，再到每一户門口的花草和小橋流水，一看都是專業團隊精心打造的，甚至於裝修的細節，都不次於五星級酒店，像是一個愜意的小小鎮，看看流水裡的小蝌蚪，欣賞一下花草建築的美，很是輕鬆、美好。第一次泡私湯，尤其是在這唯美的小院子裏，體驗感不錯，考慮到私密性，湯池還裝了簾子，恰好是過生日，酒店還貼心的準備了生日蛋糕、果盤。 每年出去都是帶家人住五星級酒店，這次不帶孩子，想體驗不同的感覺，要不是軟件上的不足，這個小假期就算是完美了。首先，提前一天打電話到酒店，前台小哥的一句：“喂~~~~”！讓我有點印象不太好；再到一進房間就看到了床頭地上的垃圾，保潔阿姨都是一些上了年紀的大媽，難免眼花，從溝通和禮貌用語都感覺到了不專業和不熟練；沒來之前就看到評論説早餐非常差，於是我做足了心理準備，可能是改良了一丟丟，雖然和五星酒店還是有差距，但是還好，不至於是幾十塊的水平，依然是軟件細節的問題，牛奶、豆漿、茶等應該都有明確標註，不用讓人每個都要問一下；依然是由於保潔阿姨的疏忽，導致晚上的甜湯沒有送，第二天才知道；酒店和終南山寨在一個區域，週末晚上有篝火晚會，真是太吵了！本來泡完温泉可以悠閑的坐在二樓陽台聊天看星星，但是各種嘈雜的聲音簡直太掃興了，好在房間內的門窗質量非常好，關上基本就沒聲音了。 硬件太豐滿了，顯得軟件有些骨感。軟件還是有很大的提升空間，建議領導層好好重視一下，要讓軟件配得上硬件，讓體驗感配得上價位，畢竟這個價位和麗思都差不多了，不能一味地在旺季抬高價格，卻提高不了服務品質。這次要不是這些硬件，評價可能就要減半顆星了，總體還是推薦的，希望大家能有不同的體驗感。"
