Location is good. But not as premium as it mentioned. Not even a telephone in the room. Even if they provide cable for charging phone, it requires you to pay via qr code in order to use it. Cleanliness has quite a big room for improvement.

設施：住到一間超級垃圾的房間，以為所有房間都差不多就懶得換，空調臟成這樣直接睡一晚嗓子疼
服務:前台就算了，大概是收入太低全程沒有服務行業的笑臉和語氣
客房主管大姐人很好，維修人員大哥人也很好，

酒店離火車站有點距離，步行的話很遠 但是打車很方便，十塊錢左右，酒店衞生不太乾淨！衞生間也很窄小不方便，馬桶裝在洗水池下面，門口有公交站台，所以出行如果不打車的話坐公交應該也挺方便！

非常糟糕的體驗，環境非常一般，那個沙發我直接不想説什麼了，太臟了，然後入住的時候發現衞生間沒有紙，吃晚飯出門叫前台送一點紙，等我12點回來還是沒有，不知道什麼效率。

房間一般，住了幾天，走前台進出，招呼都不打一個，第二天出門回來，開不了門，房卡要重新激活，也沒個提醒，跑上跑下的，那個氣人，除了離拱北口岸較近，其他點都遠，公交也不方便，

隔音其差…帶了耳塞都一晚上睡不了
我們這個房的插卡感應很有問題，明明插了卡還一直提示插卡，而且它還是個語音系統！冷不防的突然飆出一句話來…還在大晚上的……直接被嚇醒很多次
隔壁房的門鎖好像也有問題，關門了也一直提示，吵得不行最後打電話我給前台打電話才派人上來查看
甚至能聽到隔壁房間在吹頭髮，講話的聲音，關門聲也很大，走廊人來人往的聲音……
但去得比較晚，給我們辦理入住的小姐姐人很好，第一間房間是內窗不太喜歡，説如果不喜歡可以給我們換，還説對着馬路的窗户有點吵，直接給我們換到了窗户對着後面小區的房間，很不錯
