Highly recommend this hotel to international or domestic people who came to ZhuHai for vacation and touring the bordering cities (Hong Kong, Macau, Zhuhai). It is very inexpensive and yet the service and facility is all 5 star level quality. We had a great time staying 3 nights at this hotel. The bed is so comfortable (they allow change of pillow too). The breakfast buffet is delicious and has a great variety of food to choose from. The staff are all very friendly. We loved everything about this hotel. =)

Best hotel in the area.Customer services and experience here is beyond expectations.It isclean, stylish, roomy and room itself was well equipped and comfortable. We had a wonderful weekend with the hotel. The breakfast is not bad though not much choices and cleanliness is little bit disappointing. And they have a Meituan** takeaway cabinet which is very convenient. I would recommend you to stay here if you are expecting a cozy night with friends/family.

***ALWAYS MY FIRST CHOICE*** This is my second visit and the service still the best even in busy summer. As we are travelling with young kid and elderly, check in staff arrange room on the same floor and close to each other. Ben is very helpful, he helped me to arrange all transportation and recommend good place to go. Also arranged a cake and decorated the room for my husband’s birthday!!!The hotel located in a big shopping mall with many great activities, my families has a great time! This hotel was available of the three or four within the park area. There is a shuttle bus which takes you to the Chimelong spaceship and the amusement park. I bought a ticket for the spaceship and thought it was also for the amusement park, so that might have been a translation confusion. I think the area in general is a bit overpriced, but I also think the value of the amenities at this hotel were better than the rest of the hotels. I still walked around the other hotels. It reminded me of back home and Vegas going to Circus Circus. There are really nice pathways to walk around as well as a boat ride. The views and nature spots are found everywhere. I only gave a four on the cleanliness because I feel that some of the furniture is older, and I don’t understand what’s going on with the empty parking lot space outside of the window. One thing I did notice was a water bottle which was not sealed. Easy to miss from housekeeping because the cap was on tight. Also, even though I got the twin room, I didn’t have any children with me. There should probably be some rooms that are geared towards adults only. I referred the hotel to some friends with children where I live, but I don’t think it was necessary to have children slippers and bath robes and bathroom supplies. The whole area is designed for families, but occasionally there will be a solo traveler. I chose this hotel because there was a full bar inside of it with entertainment, and that was great. The lounge staff were amazing and attentive, aling with the buffet staff. I am suggesting more Buffet items without pork/meat. I think all hotels in this area should go down in price by about 200 RMB. There are so many people working there that it’s surprising things like check-in lines, water facility, furniture wear and tear, or updated QR codes on room service cards can be updated. Adding some basic beverages in the refrigerator, or sugar sweetener with the kettle are things that a hotel room priced over 1000 should have. Aside, all staff were on alert, and so were the characters and toy sale people. The shops were good with neccessities/souviniers. Beautiful place, but i did not swim in the water world. I took the ferry into the port specifically to see the spaceship area, and that was a pretty neat place with the food street despite an over the top ICBC stage. The Chill House on the water is also 2.6km away, so i had three good meals and drink sessions in the area. Personally, I would do some special marketing advertisement towards school employees in neighboring cities so they can see the area for weekends and field trip purposes.

Single afternoon tea for two: the quantity is very satisfying, and the taste is not bad Service: After placing the order, I have been in contact with Guo Xuemei in the customer service center, she is very enthusiastic. All questions are basically answered one by one. After check-in, Liu Debao at the front desk was very active and friendly. For details, please refer to my review of another room. 3 days and 2 nights is a worthwhile trip. When Marriott and Alila open, I have the opportunity to bring my parents to experience it. In addition, apart from the suites, the high-floor rooms in Building 2 should have the best sea view experience.

We enjoyed our stays there as the location is so near the train and bus station. We are all seniors and need to walk to the hotel with luggage is not easy. Love Sheraton's friendly who upgraded us to a room with balcony that has a great view of the sea fronting the hotel. The indoor pool was great for my kids and they enjoyed it to the fullest. A big surprise was that there is a seafood wet market that are lined with restaurants that you can pick and choose to cook your basket of seafood purchase. The bill cost a couple of hundreds of rmb that would have more than a thousand dollars. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to zhuhai.

We booked the Snowhouse Family Room. There's an igloo toyhouse in the room which my son really loved. There are also a lot of other activities for children inside this hotel besides going to The Ocean Kingdom. The buffet dinner was a surprise to us because there were so many kinds of food and different seafood. I hope they could have Snowhouse Family Room with View (for seeing the firework) in the future coz we would love to see firework in the room after a long day.

The location is very good, 3 mins walk to Gongbei Port, lots of eating places near the restaurant. The room itself is very nice, spacious, clean, and modern. Staff are friendly in general, but I have to say the hospitality is something that can be worked on a bit for this hotel. Compared to other five-star hotels in the area, I was indeed a bit taken aback by the less-than-warming hospitality here. Breakfast buffet is certainly satisfying with its variety and taste.

The hotel room is fairly big for the price we pay. It is clean and the fixtures inside are in good condition. The hotel front desk staff are happy and helpful. Breakfast is good for the price charged. There are many different food (vegetable, dim sum, noodle, fried rice etc) to select from. Its location is good. It is close to the control point with Macau. It is also very close to the HK, Zhu Hai & Macau Bridge control point. Overall, we have a very happy stay at the hotel.

Like: The hotel is very well maintained. The 812 room we stayed in was very clean and well-organized. There was no smell of smoke. The sister Le who was responsible for the floor was very diligent and courteous, which made us spend a pleasant Spring Festival. Thank you. The front desk and the car security are also very helpful, helping to solve various problems and needs, thank you. Need to improve: The card machine failed to use the Master/Visa card directly, but fortunately I have WeChat, and finally solved it. Summary: All aspects are definitely comparable to foreign-funded hotel chains of the same level, and the price is better. We will choose Xiyuan Hotel when we go to Zhuhai in the future.

This hotel is very modern and the lobby is on the 11F. It is very convenient to Zhuhai Railway Station and not far to the sea. Very close to a lot of restaurants as well. The staff was friendly, the room was spacious and comfortable. The washer/dryer on the 10F was very convenient and it was free with laundry detergent. Would be nice to have another washer/dryer so people don't need to wait for just the one, but can't complain. Would highly recommend staying here and will stay here next time I'm in Zhuhai.

1/ 1st impression: During check-check and asked for late checkout but was told not possible but later given late checkout but the front desk staff told me for exchange to give her good commend for her service which I neither agree nor disagree because I don't trade for service. 2/ The Breakfast was horrible and all utensils were no display or available; forks/spoons/chop-sticks on table. Nothing else. Asking for coffee spoons but given soup spoon and after some times then get it, then was told they actually provide sticks but only 3rd day then I found out they kept in the drawer. A lot pf tour groups and you hardly can get the food, all are empty. Fighting for food with tourists and the food quality is bad and salty like eating salty........ 3/ couldn't get good wifi and was given another small touter after midnight after a lot of checking and debate; though the IT manager is kind enough serve late night, but I think the hotel need to enhance the wifi service for business guests. 4/ Room cleaning was good though they missed our to top-up one of the day, but overall good. 5/ Disappointed there is no in room service manus for the food..... 6/ The hotel staff used my person data to contact me for rating their service after I checked out this is very bad indeed.

This time I stayed at the Dehan Hotel as the last stop in Zhuhai. I read the past reviews before booking, and my expectations were not high. After checking in, I felt okay. After communicating with the front desk, they upgraded the family room for free when they saw us taking care of the children. A handsome guy took us to the room and prepared enough drinking water, slippers and other supplies. I feel that they are working hard. Try to make the guests comfortable and satisfied, I think it is very good👍, the location of the hotel is very good, downstairs is the seaside bathing beach, there is a love post office, etc., it is very convenient for children to watch the sea and dig sand. There is a food street to the south on the right side of the hotel. It is convenient to eat anything. There is a Chaoshan snack bar opposite the hotel, which is also quite distinctive. The most commendable thing is that there is a heated swimming pool on the basement floor of the hotel, the water is very clean, and there are not many people these days, which is good. The disadvantage is that the hotel's hardware facilities are relatively old, but the price and location are very worthwhile!

The staff at Charming are generally friendly and attentive throughout our stay. My husband was looking for hot Americano at 10pm last night but there wasn’t a single cafe around the area after walking round. When we approached the front desk for help, Mr Howard Zheng and his staff Diana/Dana (new foreigner staff whom I didn’t quite get her name) were ready to help. They personally took the initiative to lead my husband and I through the streets to an alley where there was still a cafe opened till 11pm and we enjoyed our cup of Americano. Mr Howard even gave us his contact before leaving and offered to come and guide us back to the hotel if we needed help. That’s what I called Superb service !

It was the birthday of the child when I was staying in the hotel, so thank you very much for the cake that Sister Lele gave to the child. Yes, the attitude of the front desk clerk is very good👌🏻, but the environment of the hotel room is not very good. This hotel is in a building. In addition to Aifei Hotel, there is also Xinyi Hotel, 7 Days Premium Hotel, Home Inn, and some shops. The only advantage of this hotel is that it is close to the port. But this is not the only hotel that is close to the port. If possible, it is recommended to spend an extra 100 yuan to stay in a hotel in a building next to it. The room in this hotel is very small, and the hotel's shower gel and shampoo are in a large bottle. And the fragrance smell is very strong. I found two small cockroaches in the picture below 🙂 The soundproofing of the hotel is very, very poor.
