"Hotel is a bit far out, but there is a bus that goes to Delft city centre. Best to take a taxi or Uber if having luggages. Room is of a good size, mattress is on the soft side for me and pillow is too high, need to self make my own pillow. Service is superb, staffs are very friendly and super helpful. They all carry genuine smile and always offer help. Breakfast is simple, but still good enough to start a day. Room making can be improved, sometimes used towel is left on the desk, tissue paper not refilled and etc. In general I would still recommend this hotel if you are going for business or need to stay around that area."
