Adonis Grand Hotel de La Sarte Lourdes

Strong points: lift, sympathy of some staff. Weak points: Small, old, floor still in a flat, bad for those who have allergies, horrible bed (on the second night I sleeped on the floor and only there I could sleep, after 3 hours to roll in bed trying to find a position. The rooms are innocent. I heard the guests from above discussing and even their TV and on the second day a person sounds very high. Room with only one phone card ... Medium bathroom, with a polyvan with a curtain of 1.20x1.20m (+/-), not allowing a bad. the hair dryer is only a tube (a rare thing) The last meal of the stay was sad: a cheese leaf, 3 grilled sauces and half a pre-frite potato plate, a kidney with mousse cream ?! (I reported receipt at check-out and the answer was only regrettable.) Wi-Fi limited, not reaching all rooms. I don't advise. Some 3-star hotels in Lourdes should rethink what it means having 3 stars ...

Very welcoming, cozy, and beautiful with a view of a river from my room. Staff were exceptional, very friendly and helpful, I asked for a sellotape around midnight to use for my packing, staff went beyond just to accommodate me. Also good to mention, I was surprised when two lovely staff told me upon checking in that my booking comes with a breakfast, I thought they just made a mistake and so I clarified that I didn’t include breakfast as I will be spending most of my time outside and I had an early flight to Paris, but they insisted and went over the top by saying ‘they can make a sandwich or pack a light breakfast with fruits for me’, amazing and superb service, indeed. Great location, near the Cathedral, shops, and restaurants. Everything was perfect, I would definitely come back and recommend.

Visited as part of a group pilgrimage. It’s an ok Hotel. Rooms are clean, Food sometimes poor sometimes ok, never good. Lots of pastry and egg dishes. Eggs served for 2 courses in the same meal. The vegetarian in our group was served mainly egg and tomatoes at every meal. The soup starters were nice. Only one Lift, which was a problem with lots, of wheelchair users in the group. Limited communal space to sit so on our last day Our cases took up the whole bar area. Disappointed to be made to leave our rooms at 9.00 am to make way for new clients. Customer care wasn’t great apart from the bar man Phillips who went above and beyond to provide great service. The waiter in the restaurant shouted at people for sitting in the wrong place. Very rule based. He did calm down as the week went on.
Hotel Padoue

Just returned from a two-day stay in Lourdes with friends and staying in this good hotel Positive sides Cushions and mattresses very comfortable Staff - really available and nice Location excellent.. We are very close to the sanctuary cleaning good negative sides Breakfast so good.. brioches good as well as cheese .. discrete sauces drinks decisively to improve.. Cappuccino, unfortunately undrained coffee and juices offered by the dispensers without fame and no praise.. too watered.. I found both plates and flats that you put not very clean Unfortunately it is not easy to be behind a lot of pilgrims and so I understand the difficulties but I as a individual pilgrim may have expected something more wrong. Even though I would return because the position is excellent

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! I visit Tampa on business at least 20 times in any given year and have stayed at countless hotels in the area as a diamond member. I wish you could hear the giant nightclub happening in the hotel right now at 7pm on a Sunday night when most people are winding down to prepare for their work trips. The music is so loud it's shaking the entire building. I've called and complained only after being put on hold 20 times before I could even speak to someone and having to call from my cell phone only to be told ”deal with it, it doesn't happen every night, and to remember that i'm not paying as much for my room,” that's seriously how your employees talk to your customers?!! I was actually going to stay in this hotel this week after our leisure trip ended, but called my company and asked them to cancel after this horrid experience and will be staying with Marriott all next week with my company. But let's start from the top, despite being 5 miles from the airport there's no airport shuttle or any transportation, so enjoy paying $40 for an uber or lyft! I booked a queen room, was given a double room at check-in and when asked if I could at least be transferred into a queen room as the double beds are far too small for my husband was told ”maybe on Sunday, but probably not because we could still sell those for more money than you paid,” by the front desk associate. He offered me one morning of breakfast in exchange despite me having to stay 4 nights in a double room at almost $1000 (apparently my rate was ”discounted” because I used a link provided by a friend to check all rates and selected a friends and family rate which I find hilarious if that's supposed to be some kind of discount as it was more expensive than any other hotel in town and if I had known I was using a friend's special rate would never have utilized it.) Breakfast wasn't actually comped by the way. I went to get a couple of diet cokes and was told by the night associate that I had to pay for them as I was over my provided diamond credit of $30. So either diet cokes are now $16 each or the front desk associate didn't bother to tell the night associate which created another disagreement and me just walking away. All I want now is to check out early, go somewhere that's actually nice for the money I paid, and get a decent night sleep. Oh and on that note good luck with sleeping the walls are so paper thin you'll hear EVERYTHING your neighbor does, and I do mean EVERYTHING. Do yourself a favor, save your money and go stay at a Marriott property.
