There was some trouble at check-in but it was worked out after some discussion. The room itself was spacious, clean and a relief to be in after a 13 hour flight. Unfortunately there wasn’t enough time to explore the other services of the hotel but would book again if we pass through Amsterdam again.

Great location to stay if you have to be near the airport. Room is complete with all you need in a modern design and a huge bed. Too bad no water is provided or coffee can be made. The airport is 10 min away so you could pick up your grab & go snacks there at the nearby Albert Heijn if you like. Can recommend to stay here and the style of the hotel is very cool I must say.

Great interior Very poor and bad communication regarding to how they deal with complaints. Amateurish room service service and digital set up Waited two hours on a night pizza that did not arrived because it seems they had no “chef” available that could heat up the night snack? Breakfast room service also taken care of in a way like this is being an assignment of grade 1 of the hospitality school.

The room was very clean. At the time of check-in, I will explain the use of this membership card to a membership card before giving the room card. I think the order can be better. It means that the card is also the room card at the same time. I have been telling the counter staff that I don’t understand English. I have been laughing all the time and then asked me where I came from. It’s really... very much, people who don’t really understand English dare to take one child with eight consecutive European countries. He also asked the counter to let him check in first, which is very rude. In addition, the hotel has a free shuttle bus to and from the airport every 40 minutes, and you can take the train from the airport to the city. Not very convenient, but because the city accommodation is much more expensive, so many people stay at the hotel near the airport. At the airport, you can see a bunch of people waiting for the shuttle bus of each hotel. The price/performance ratio is quite good. However, a deposit of EUR 50 must be paid when checking in.
