It’s good. The rooms seem a little dated but ok. We’d stay here again, nearby there are some great places to eat, close to the East station and it’s a well done hotel. The baggage service and room service was very good. The front desk can smile more; it seemed an effort to give me a second room key. Also the question of “will you keep your room key or give it to us if you go out?” This is just weird. Recommend the hotpot chicken 200m away, very good.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Dry Cleaning/laundry is the best I have experienced in my frequent travel. Breakfast is excellent with a good variety of dishes. Special recognition to Miss Yun. Excellent spoken English and communication. Extremely helpful.

A very comfortable hotel to stay in! Whether it is the beauties in the front hall or the handsome guys at the gate, the service is very warm, thoughtful and considerate~ I live in 216. There is a threshold at the door, and the robot can't get up. It was the handsome guy in the front hall who ran up to send me~ When checking out, Ms. Wang in the front hall was patient and considerate~ The room was clean and hygienic, of moderate size, and I was given an upgrade. The mattress was a mousse one~ (professional habit... I even looked through other people's mattresses...), the breakfast was rich, with everything you need, but I went a little late... some dishes were out 😂 Because I have been working in the hotel industry and I travel frequently on business, I am quite picky about hotels within the reimbursement range. This is one of the hotels I particularly liked that I stayed in recently. The only thing is that it is a little far from the city center, but it is only 1 km away from Zhangjiakou Station... Anyway, I will definitely stay here again next time I come!

The hotel is conveniently located to our relatives. It’s extremely clean and well equipped with the technology! I enjoy to open the curtains with a finger point touch. The services are great everyone is super friendly! The breakfast is fantastic with many different dishes and all are delicious! We really enjoyed the stay and will stay again next time!

Highly recommend. We live in China and have stayed in a few different cities/hotels now and this was by far the best. The building is historic and beautiful and extremely well maintained. The rooms feel brand new and are very thoughtfully laid out. The room comes with all kinds of small conveniences in case you forgot something or need something. The staff were all extremely helpful and welcoming, from the front office staff to the housekeeping to the repair men. We arrived late on a stormy night and they went out of their way to help us figure out dinner. When the weather got worse and spoiled our plans, the staff did everything they could to rescue the weekend, even at the hotels expense. We plan to come back again when the weather is nicer and will 100% stay here. I can't imagine why you would stay anywhere else, especially if you're there to sightsee. The hotel opens directly into the park, it's wonderful.

To be honest the hotel has a good ocean view but it really needs some good maintenance and general cleaning, the bathroom floods with water after showing, not properly maintained

This location can be said to be well connected. It is about 2 to 4 kilometers away from Shuiyue Old Street, Minzu Road, and Nanchuan Building. This location is relatively quiet at night and there is no night market. If you like quietness, you must choose here. ”Hotel parking space” is sufficient, both above and below the ground. The hotel's architectural style is courtyard-style, the floors are not high, and there is a small bridge and water lawn area on the first floor. ”Service” Here I would like to specially praise the hotel staff, Mr. Guo Jiaqi 03-102, for his good service and responsiveness. He also answered some of my consultation questions about the surrounding tours in detail, and the answers were clear and concise. ”Guest room” The guest room is large, with regular hotel standards and good maintenance of facilities. It should be a hotel with top standards in Cangzhou at any time. I saw many people who came with children staying here. I will probably stay here again next time, but I have a few questions for the hotel, and I hope the hotel can pay attention to them. [Smoking🚬 problem] When I just arrived at the hotel, I found that someone was smoking in the lobby. It was obvious that the person was communicating with the staff, and the staff acted as if they didn't see it. Some guests who attended the wedding also smoked in the hotel lobby. There were many staff in the hotel lobby, and no one dissuaded them. I hope the hotel will strengthen training in this area. [Housekeeping department is short of staff] This problem is also very serious. It should be short of staff during holidays. I saw many people who checked in and encountered that the room was not cleaned up. At 5 pm that day, I saw the housekeeping department cleaning the room, and the request to send items to the room that I reported to the front desk was not delivered. In addition, the water in the bathroom of some rooms is not smooth. I didn't experience the hotel meals because I had to eat lamb intestine soup, so I didn't have the opportunity to experience it. The overall location and environment are OK. The facilities are a little old but it's OK. However, there is one negative comment. When I took my child to the restaurant for dinner in the morning, the small spoon for feeding the child was left on the plate. The staff took it away and threw it away. They said they would find it and reply later, but there was no movement. The child is only one year old and has been using a special small spoon for eating. It was very troublesome to eat for the next two days. I am very dissatisfied with the service awareness of the restaurant staff.

When we arrived at the hotel, we found that the bed railings had been installed for help. I liked this very much. 2. The park is very large, and the suite we booked included the Swan Castle. I took my children to play the next day. It felt good. It was enough for smaller babies to play. I would like to make a suggestion: there is a small exposed hole in the trampoline area. It is recommended to fill it; 3. The shuttle bus in the park is very convenient, and the garden landscape Very good, clean environment. I especially recommend the swings and camping area on the big lawn. The children had a great time playing. 4. Because the indoor temperature was too high at night, I contacted the front desk to solve the problem. The housekeeping department and the engineering department responded quickly (although it was not solved in the end) Question); let’s talk about the flaws below. 1. The front desk said that there are only 6 bed rails in the entire hotel. It claims that it is not a family hotel, so it does not have many facilities. I think so. After we went there once, I think the hotel should still care about the family travel experience. Bed rails are not expensive, and hotels of this level are not cheap anymore. It is recommended to equip more bed rails to make it more convenient for families with children (the appropriate charge is acceptable); 2. The biggest problem: the hotel's air conditioner is too hot during the transition season! ! We open the windows during the day and at night but it doesn’t work! I asked for an electric fan later! The engineering department and the housekeeping department said that it was very cold that night in the VIP building or some other building, so the air conditioner was turned on. I don't think this is the reason. Each room has an independent control panel, but the control panel does not work? Is it a design problem or does the staff not know how to operate it? Later, the maintenance department communicated and turned on the chiller for cooling, but it still didn't work at 12 o'clock at night! It took a long time to repair the door. At 12 o'clock at night, the child was very sleepy. In the end, he had to ask for an electric fan and open the window! Oh, by the way, in the suite we booked, the curtains in both rooms could not be lowered and were stuck... The engineering department repaired the curtains ➕ Thinking about the air conditioner... In the end, the child wore a diaper while sleeping and still sweated. It is too exaggerated. I really hope Hotels can solve this big problem! If there is no air conditioning problem, I think this hotel can be rated 100 points, but if the air conditioning problem is not solved, I will not go there again (the engineering department and housekeeping department staff are very competent, thank you to the staff who came to help solve the problem that night!
