Everting is good ,1st time I came into China as a Muslim business man, I found this hotel have HALAL food options in a breakfast as well, location near to all my required factories.
One thing management need to focus on:
1- smoking is everywhere almost although they have displayed the sign ,”no smoking “ but no one care even hotel staff as well especially breakfast time staff also does smoking which gives me anxiety and sickness as a non smoker . In rooms people are smoking as well. It’s very good hotel but no following the rules non smoking . Next to the hotel is halal restaurant is available as well for lunch and dinner. Important thing they have prayer room as well.

A very comfortable hotel to stay in! Whether it is the beauties in the front hall or the handsome guys at the gate, the service is very warm, thoughtful and considerate~ I live in 216. There is a threshold at the door, and the robot can't get up. It was the handsome guy in the front hall who ran up to send me~ When checking out, Ms. Wang in the front hall was patient and considerate~
The room was clean and hygienic, of moderate size, and I was given an upgrade. The mattress was a mousse one~ (professional habit... I even looked through other people's mattresses...), the breakfast was rich, with everything you need, but I went a little late... some dishes were out 😂
Because I have been working in the hotel industry and I travel frequently on business, I am quite picky about hotels within the reimbursement range. This is one of the hotels I particularly liked that I stayed in recently. The only thing is that it is a little far from the city center, but it is only 1 km away from Zhangjiakou Station... Anyway, I will definitely stay here again next time I come!

**Hotel Review: Aesthetic Excellence Overshadowed by Comfort Failures**
Our recent stay at this supposedly 5-star hotel left us with mixed feelings. While the hotel clearly invested heavily in aesthetics, creating a visually stunning environment that looks fantastic in photos, the design seemed to prioritize form over function, ultimately compromising our comfort. Sadly, this became a deal-breaker for us.
The most glaring issue was the room's ventilation and temperature control—or lack thereof. We visited in early March, and the entire building was excessively heated. Despite being from a tropical country and accustomed to warm weather, I found myself sweating in shorts and a singlet. The staff, though polite and eager to help, seemed powerless to address the issue. They provided us with a small portable AC unit, which was better than nothing, but it was clear from their demeanor that this was a recurring problem for guests.
Sleeping was a nightmare. The only way to cool the room slightly was to keep the windows open, but this meant having the blinds and curtains up, allowing outside noise and light to flood in. The choice was between sleeping in a sauna-like environment or enduring the disturbances from outside. Needless to say, we had a terrible night's sleep and were relieved to check out after just one night.
On a positive note, the service was impeccable. The staff truly deserve recognition for their efforts to assist guests despite the limitations they faced. The breakfast spread was also a highlight—delicious, varied, and reasonably priced, especially if you inform them in advance about adding breakfast to your stay. The room amenities were top-notch, and the spaciousness of the room added to the overall sense of luxury. We got a family suite which was plenty spacious and came with 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 bathtubs and a living area.
However, these positives couldn’t outweigh the discomfort caused by the poor temperature regulation. During our trip, we stayed in four different cities across China, and this was the only hotel that lacked proper air conditioning and heating controls. For a 5-star establishment, this is a significant oversight.
In conclusion, while the hotel excels in aesthetics, service, and amenities, the lack of a well-thought-out solution for room temperature is a major drawback. Management needs to address this issue with a long-term fix. After all, no matter how beautiful a hotel looks, it’s hard to appreciate it when you can’t get a good night’s rest.
Hotel lobby is located on floor 31. There are hotel staff on the ground floor directing you to the lobby upon arrival.
Studio room was spacious and suitable for a small family, a baby cot was available and provided upon request.

Geographical location: Two intersections away from Tiger Stone, the children go to the beach every morning and evening. There are many places to eat nearby, and all kinds of seafood buffets. However, the hotel needs to walk downhill from the main road for about 400 meters to enter. There is no shelter on both sides of the road on a hot day, and the road is bumpy, which gives people a bad feeling. Even if you take a taxi, you can't get off at the door of the hotel, which is not convenient.
Facilities: It is relatively old, the TV is not smart, and the aluminum alloy floor-to-ceiling windows have visible cracks. It can be imagined that there must be ventilation and whistling wind in winter.
Hygiene: It is relatively dirty, the customer service is not clean, and the bedding also gives people a dirty feeling. There is no breakfast in the hotel. The downstairs is outsourced to a restaurant, which also looks dirty.
Environment: To be honest, it feels not very hygienic, and the surroundings are also relatively dirty.
Service: The attitude is very good. There is no phone in the room. The front desk will let you add WeChat. Contact at any time when you need it, and basically reply in seconds. Although the lobby is not big, you can get bottled water and various small items such as hair bands, bandaids, iodine cotton swabs, nail clippers, etc. at any time. There are also shared sunscreen and umbrellas. I also gave an adult Dove Nest ticket.

Great location -opposite a shopping mall and CVS stores also close, Congtai Park 5 minutes walk away. Extremely friendly and efficient check in - they even gave us a little welcome snack! Staff were.super friendly and helpful throughout. Rooms very modern, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good with a wide range of choices. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant, which was very nice. All in all, this hotel has excellent service and will be our first choice next time we return to Handan.

The hotel is located in a quiet location in the middle of the hustle and bustle, and the service is first-class, proactive and meticulous. I won't go into details inside the hotel. After checking out in the morning, I went to the parking lot and the security guard had cleaned the vehicle that had been traveling for a long time. I was very touched. The hotel has complete facilities. The swimming pool, gym and dining are all very comfortable. The rooms are clean and tidy. The welcome fruits, turn-down milk, etc. make you feel at home. They even offered commemorative gifts before leaving the hotel. It is cost-effective and I am very satisfied!

Zhili Cultural Hotel: Encountering Ancient Charm and Comfort
I recently visited Baoding and stayed at the Zhili Cultural Hotel. The experience was truly exceptional, and I had to share it with everyone.
Upon arrival, I was immediately captivated by the hotel's grand exterior, blending modernity with elements of Baoding's history and culture. Stepping into the 23rd-floor sky-high hotel lobby, the impressive collection of books and the rich cultural atmosphere made me feel like I was in a palace of art and knowledge. This unique design truly deserves to be the only sky-high hotel lobby in Hebei Province. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient, quickly checking me in and providing a detailed introduction to the hotel's facilities and nearby attractions.
I booked a superior king room. The room was spacious and bright, decorated in an elegant yet warm neo-Chinese style. Warm yellow lighting and natural wood accents made for a relaxing experience. The King Koil mattress was just the right firmness, and the Carnation bedding was soft and comfortable. The hotel also thoughtfully provided both velvet and down pillows, ensuring a comfortable sleep for both soft and firm sleepers. The desk, made of natural marble and solid wood, is incredibly textured and perfect for both work and reading. The bathroom features separate wet and dry areas, with adjustable lighting for the mirror and makeup mirror. The toiletries are custom-made from a renowned fragrance brand, creating a lingering, elegant fragrance that makes daily washing a pleasure.
The dining experience is even more delightful. The first floor boasts a lively performance stage and an indoor snack street, offering a dazzling array of local specialties. I tried the Baoding donkey hot pot and beef pancakes, and every bite was authentic Baoding flavor. Upstairs, private dining rooms offer full meals, featuring signature dishes like the Governor's Tofu, made with fresh ingredients and perfectly prepared, making them truly delicious. Breakfast is equally rich, offering a full selection of Chinese and Western delicacies, perfect for a vibrant start to the day.
The hotel's leisure facilities are also comprehensive. The 24-hour gym is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, ensuring fitness enthusiasts have no worries about their workouts.
From the ambiance and amenities to the delicious dining and attentive care, every detail was meticulously considered during my stay at the Zhili Cultural Hotel. I highly recommend it to everyone!
The room was clean and tidy, with complete facilities, and welcome fruit and sugar-free pear juice were given as gifts. The customer service called in advance to understand the accommodation needs and reserved a parking space. The hotel has its own parking lot, and the staff arranged every car entering in a timely manner, which was very orderly.
Following the previous comment, family outing.
Because the child felt uncomfortable after checking in, he vomited just after taking the medicine. Jin Li, the night shift supervisor of the housekeeping department, happened to be checking the room next door. He quickly came to help deal with the vomit and brought a thermometer to the child. When he learned that the child had not eaten yet, he sent white porridge and egg custard to the child. Thank you very much for the timely help of Jin Li, and thank Master Feng Baoqiang, the master who is responsible for cleaning the carpet.
There are many types of breakfast. Due to the large flow of customers during the festival, the breakfast staff of the cafe are very busy, hard-working and enthusiastic in providing services to the guests, but they are still overwhelmed, which can easily cause unnecessary customer complaints.
In summary, as a four-star hotel, the services of the three front-line departments of the International Building lobby, guest rooms, and catering, as well as the parking lot security personnel, are still worthy of recognition. It is worth recommending to friends and worth staying again. Once again, special thanks to Jin Li, the supervisor of the housekeeping department, for his thoughtful and enthusiastic service.

MManbumuweierThe house is quite big, the environment is quite good, and it is quite clean.
Service is not good: parking is difficult, we are not allowed to park at the door, so we are asked to park in the underground garage. We circled the hotel twice, and it was a dead end to enter the underground. Who would have thought that it was an underground far away from the hotel, and we had to walk back to the hotel with luggage, **not**?
There is no guide or manual in the room, no introduction or relevant information, the most bizarre, I called the customer service number, but no one answered it seven or eight times, and it is the only one among all the hotels I have stayed in.
I clearly booked a deluxe double room, and the front desk told me that I would upgrade it to a deluxe double room for free. I took out the voucher and didn't say anything. I wanted a higher floor, but they said it was full, and there was only the bottom floor of this type of room. You are really good, so cruel! ! ! !
GGuest UserStayed over for one night at the Hilton Garden Inn hotel at Chengde. The entrance to the hotel was congested with cars. The parking attendance in front of the hotel wasn't really helpful when my driver dropped us off to check in to the hotel. What he cares was just faster unload and removed the car form that area. He offered no help at all. I was not sure if the parking attendance was employed by the Hilton hotel. If yes then the service was really not up par with the Hilton standard for customer service standard. We carried one large luggages and few smaller bags. We have to carry it over few flights of stairs to get in to the hotel entrance. The sliding path to get into the hotel entrance was not located in front of the hotel entrance but was hidden at the side that was obscured or partially blocked by the parking car at the front. The reception lady was very friendly though. We were given high floor and she scanned my WeChat to easy contact with the hotel later. The hotel room was very spacious and beautiful but the room was stuffy. Only one tiny small window was able to open a little bit to let the outside air go in. The afternoon temperature was as high as 25 degrees Celcius and rather HOT inside the room. We cannot adjust the aircon in the room as it is central setting! Called to the reception to ask why the room air con can't be adjusted and it seems not working but was told it is central setting. Well, you paid a lots to stay at the hotel without proper ventilation but to rely on the outside air to go in the tiny window. Despite the hotel facility was complete but we still cannot really enjoy and sleep comfortably as we felt HOT. The hotel separates the bathroom from toilet. The washing basin was outside of the bathroom. The breakfast was good with lots of variety. After checking out, I realised I might have left my traveller adaptor in the room. Immediately Isent a text to the hotel via WeChat but to my disappointment, it took two days for them to reply my message asking me to self contact the front desk counter to ask yourself?! What kind of service of that??? Asking hotel guest to add them on WeChat but still asking us to self call the front desk? Not all tourists will have local Sim card to make phone call. That is really a disappointment. They should have offered a better service by checking with the front desk counter and then get back to us via WeChat. This Hilton is definitely still a long way to go to achieve better rating. The hotel is closed to q night market that offers lots of street foods. There was one food stall that offer very palatable Chu Cheong fun. The experience was not pleasant for my one night stay.

GGuest UserThe stay experience was very good!!! The housekeeper of Anaya Lanye Hotel 1V1 did the service to the extreme. I would like to thank the housekeeper Miss Yuxuan! The whole hotel is in Japanese style, and the lobby and room decoration are very Japanese, fresh and elegant.
Two tickets to the main temple of Jianshan will be given upon check-in, free public soup for two people, breakfast is one of three choices (Japanese set meal of Xiaoye, Chinese breakfast of the first canteen and wild vegetable steamed dumplings and grains of Shangu Shiwei), coupons for spa discount of 100 per person, and two coffee coupons. Then because of my husband's birthday, an extra bottle of sake was given. When I left, I also gave hawthorn fruit and hand cream as souvenirs.
The facilities in the room are also very complete, and the hot spring clothes provided are very comfortable to wear. I wear them as pajamas! Although there is no TV, you can borrow a projector. A lot of drinks and snacks are provided for free, which can be refilled unlimitedly, and an extra one was given when I left. The room also provides a full set of tools for homemade desserts (water Shingen cakes and matcha), so that you can experience the fun of hands-on.
The hotel campus is not large, but it arranges a lot of rich activities, such as hiking, various handicraft classes, night lantern tours and stargazing, etc. There is also a shuttle bus to take you to the second phase at any time. The weekend stay is not boring. I will go there again during the summer vacation!

YYuyesanbuzhongFacilities: basic standard. This price is already cost-effective. I paid 590 for three nights. Check-in on September 8, 2024.
Hygiene: We are also satisfied
Environment: It is very close to the ancient town. It is convenient to go to the surrounding area for dinner and breakfast. There are fried rice, noodles, spicy hot pot, night market, KFC, and bakery.
Take a taxi (choose a ride) to Jiaoshan Great Wall, which is about 11 yuan for about 5 kilometers. It is difficult to take a taxi without adding a fare on the return trip, so we walked back.
Going to Lao Ma Tou is in the opposite direction of Jiaoshan Great Wall, so this hotel is probably between these two attractions.
Service: very good.
JJerry.123I recently stayed at Modern Crystal Hotel and it was an exceptional experience. The contemporary design and elegant decor create a luxurious atmosphere, while the spacious, impeccably clean rooms provide all modern amenities, including high-speed Wi-Fi. The staff are friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile. The on-site restaurant offers a diverse menu with expertly prepared dishes, and the hotel's central location makes it convenient for exploring the city. I highly recommend Modern Crystal Hotel for a luxurious and hassle-free stay.

TTryasThe hotel location is very good, inside the Thaiwoo Ski resort. Room is clean, and big.
Staff are very helpful except the chef during breakfast. We ask politely for omelette for our kid, but chef was refuse & respond it with improper manner. However, the other chef during lunch on our first day was nice.
Overall Hyatt Chongli is a great place to stay for ski trip in Thaiwoo!
IIlaha BalakishiyevaOur stay at this beachfront hotel was wonderful. The clean room and stunning ocean views made for a relaxing retreat. Watching the sunrise and strolling along the beach added to the charm. The hot springs in our room were a unique and enjoyable feature. The staff was friendly and helpful, enhancing our experience. The dinner buffet, priced at 169 RMB, offered a fantastic variety of seafood and other dishes, making it a must-try. Overall, we were highly satisfied with our stay and recommend this hotel for its excellent location and amenities.
GGuest UserFree tickets for 2 adults and 1 child at Fucheng Joy Hot Spring Huishui Park are pretty good. You can spend half a day at the hotel and a day at the hot spring.
Facilities: It is quite complete, with a gym and a swimming pool. The swimming pool is not big, the water is not cold, but it is not very clean. It is understandable that it is not warm if it is clean. The dressing room is quite large, with a super large locker. You can change clothes in the dressing room or in the room before going swimming.
Environment: The bedding is quite comfortable, the lights in the room are not bright, and the table lamp is OK. The room next to it is super large, with a separate cloakroom and desk partition. There is also a 180-degree super large floor-to-ceiling window.
