Located in the central commercial district, within a short walk to MixC shopping mall. Nice entrance and lobby befitting of a 5-star Shangrila property, with a free Mongolian photo corner with costumes. However, the check-in staff didn't seem too familiar with her work - I booked 2 suites of inter-connecting rooms (total of 4 rooms) for my party of 10, but she almost completed the check-in process and gave us just 2 connecting rooms (1 king bed & 2 single beds in total). How is that logically possible, and why would the hotel have allowed that kind of booking? Rectified her mistake, after she took quite awhile to process her thoughts and come to realisation, of course without any form of acknowledgement for her oversight or apology. Rooms are pretty dated with just a small 32 or 37inch TV, and probably not worth the price for this stay.

The hotel is perfectly situated right on Zhongsu Golden Street, offering an excellent location that's incredibly convenient for shopping and exploring. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was just adequate. We booked a special offer room, so both the room and the bed were quite small. I honestly couldn't understand the design choice of a transparent glass door for the bathroom! A friendly tip: be sure to buy any chocolates, Russian souvenirs, and other similar items in Manzhouli, as they only get pricier the further you travel.

This hotel is super nice! The room is really spacious, so no worries about it being too small. It's also very clean. Plus, you can use the washing machine, which is a huge bonus. It's incredibly close to Wanda Plaza and the nearby snack street, and right behind it, you'll find bus stops and a subway station. Super convenient!

My stay at Shangri-La Baotou far exceeded my expectations! Even before checking in, I received a call from the hotel arranging the room according to my preferences. Upon arrival, the concierge proactively helped with luggage, and the front desk staff were warm and meticulous, introducing the hotel's restaurants and fitness center. The room was clean and hygienic! I've had their shaomai before and it was good, but this time I was particularly impressed by the new mutton buns at breakfast – absolutely amazing! My family really enjoyed the freshly fried dough sticks. Overall, the entire check-in process was excellent, and the hotel's location is superb! It's only about a 15-minute drive from the highway exit! Finally, a special shout-out to Avila Wang.

Great location, convenient transportation, and lots of food options nearby. They upgraded my room and gave me two days of complimentary breakfast. The hallway smells lovely. However, the cleanliness needs improvement – there were hairs on the nightstand, cobwebs under the lamp, and the bathroom drain cover wasn't cleaned during daily housekeeping.

This hotel is located on a commercial street, making shopping and dining very convenient. It has a smart parking lot, which is great for those traveling by car. The lake view rooms offer a view of the park lake, but since the windows face east, they're perfect for enjoying the view and having tea in the afternoon.

I've stayed here a few times now, and each visit has been consistently great 🏨. The environment is really quiet, and the decor is quite elegant, which always puts me in a good mood 🌿. All the facilities are comprehensive and feel quite new, making them very convenient to use 🛠️. What I'm most satisfied with is the cleanliness; it's meticulously maintained, making for a very comfortable stay 🧼. The location is also easy to find, with convenient transport links nearby, making it super easy to get around and explore 🚗.

The hotel has been renovated to 4.0 standards, the location is great, and the service is exceptional. Highly recommended.

Grand Hyatt Hotel is located in the downtown area, and it is very convenient for shopping and eating around. There are plenty of parking spaces in the underground parking lot, which is a good place for self-driving people to stay. The room facilities are complete, the bedding is clean and hygienic, and the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas. If you are hungry at night, the hotel can also provide free chopped green onion noodles, which tastes good.

I never expected to find a family room in Hailar that was better than any family-friendly hotel in East China. It wasn't some flimsy tent bunk beds, but rather a whole room custom-made with super heavy timber, and there were even Mongolian-themed picture books. It was full of surprises! The entire hotel was excellent. In the evening, I met up with a friend for a drink at the rooftop bar and even saw the sunset over the Yimin River. Although I didn't get to see the green grasslands, this hotel is definitely the top spot in Hailar, and the location is superb. For breakfast, the Buryat dumplings were handmade by an auntie, and there was also lamb leg – absolutely delicious. Breakfast alone could easily pass for lunch. I will definitely come back in the summer!
