The front desk helped me compare three or four express logistics companies, and finally helped me pick the cheapest one. Then when the courier was collected, in order to help me save the cost of packaging cartons, I ran back and forth several times, and finally helped me find two very large cartons to mail the courier smoothly. It’s my second time to stay at the Orange Hotel. The environment is very beautiful and my children like it very much. There is one thing that is very inappropriate. My child peed the bed. I’m very sorry. I heard that I didn’t complain at all and didn’t mention it when I checked out. Avoid it. Saved me the embarrassment, thank you very much. And there is no extra charge. The service is really great. The children are very happy and so are the adults. The parking lot in front of the door is very convenient for parking. I like it very much.

This hotel can be very hit & miss. I have stayed here 3 times and had 3 different experiences. First things first, though, it is worth pointing out that location is excellent, especially for its price, and staff are always very friendly, and often have a decent level of English, as well as Mandarin & Mongolian (almost every guest I ever see here speaks Mongolian). My first stay here, I had no complaints. The room was clean, comfortable, & spacious. An excellent room at its price, if just slightly dated. My next stay was totally different. I was told upon checking in that my room didn't have a shower but I could move the next day. Not ideal after a day of travelling but I was tired so accepted it and went to bed. The next evening, I returned to the hotel & was told I still couldn't move, & had to wait another day (the day I was checking out). I managed to convince staff to let me move eventually as I really needed a shower, & there was a room available - so why couldn't I just be there in the first place? My third and final stay was also disappointing, though not as bad as the second. Upon checking in, there was a huge group who had checked in just before me - not ideal, but little you can do. But only one elevator was working, and would only hold around 3 or 4 people at a time. So it genuinely took almost half an hour to get to my room. Then, for some reason, the elevator call button on my floor didn't work. Fortunately I found a staff elevator that took me out the back exit and had to use this for the rest of my stay - but that somewhat reduced the convenience of the location. All in all, while I appreciate the price and location here, I have started using other hotels when I visit Hohhot now.
