However, it was indeed a bit noisy. The hotel is situated right on a commercial street with plenty of eateries and shops, and we could hear drunk people shouting loudly at night. Overall, despite the noise, it was a positive experience!"

"Hotel jeni is een juweel in es mercadal op menorca. De service is goed, de hygiëne is voortreffelijk en de maaltijd in het restaurant is van goede kwaliteit en niet duur. Ik ben erg tevreden zelfs in een 1-persoon kamer die redelijk groot is voor mij alleen. De lokatie is goed want het is op een loopafstand van het centrum van es mercadal en van een supermarkt. Ik gebruik es mercadal als een tussen station op weg naar de kust in het noorden want de bus van de luchthaven naar de kust gaat via es mercadal en beperkt tot maar 4x per dag. Hotel Jeni ligt strategisch op 2 minuten loopafstand van de busstation.
Het weer medio maart is niet warm, zelden volle zon en winderig. Maar als de zon doorbreekt dan is het erg prettig."

"Beautiful hotel on the edge of San Antoni. Large and bright rooms, modern and stylishly equipped. However, there are no dressing options or boxes. There are no houses for the cold concrete floor. "Pleasantly surprised by the hotel. All the staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. Our room 1201 was very quiet and large. Air-conditioning was excellent and bathroom large, plenty of hot water and toiletries although pressure sometimes dropped slightly when everyone was probably showering. Beds very comfortable. Buffet breakfast was good with selection of cereals, hot and cold, breads, rolls and pastries. Drinks machines for juices and hot drinks. Personally found the coffee a bit bitter but my husband liked it and cups were small so had to have several trips to get our caffeine fix! Pool area clean and in June there were enough loungers. Nice snack bar with good selection of drinks and light snacks. Close enough to main road for an abundance of very good restaurants as there is no evening meal facility at the hotel. All in all a great place to stay and would be happy to return."

"The place was clean and safe. The only thing is, you do your own housekeeping. They did not read my request of a bed below, managed to swap it but the other Staff was very unfriendly saying why do I have to do it. I have a bad back but he seemed uninterested with my medical concern. Anyway it was great. The charging ports are far from my bunk bed, need to stand up all the time and charge it at the other bedside."

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und ordentlich, allerdings ist die Einrichtung etwas in die Jahre gekommen – eine Renovierung oder zumindest der Austausch einzelner Möbelstücke wäre wünschenswert. Die Stromversorgung funktionierte erst nach ein paar Versuchen zuverlässig. Die Abend- und Morgenmahlzeiten konnte ich leider nicht in Anspruch nehmen, aber am Morgen wurden mir freundlicherweise Alternativen angeboten. Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt mit kleinen Verbesserungspotenzial

GGuest UserHonestly, we were very excited before arriving at this hotel, but after checking in, we found that the facilities were not what we had expected.
The entertainment options were very limited. Apart from the children’s water slides and having a drink at the bar in the evening, there was very little else to do. We booked the All Inclusive package, but unfortunately the food quality was quite average. Many dishes lacked flavour and were rather bland.
Although the food looked appealing and well presented at first glance, the actual taste was very disappointing. Most dishes were flavourless and lacked proper seasoning. The cooking quality was poor, and many items seemed badly prepared. For example, the French fries and hash browns were consistently soggy and soft rather than crispy, making them unpleasant to eat. The food may look good on display, but unfortunately it did not match the taste or quality we expected from an All Inclusive hotel.
What disappointed us most was the restaurant service. During a meal of approximately one hour, not a single staff member came to clear our plates. We constantly had to rearrange our table ourselves in order to make space for the next course.
The children’s pool area is also misleading. The pool with the slides is extremely shallow and not suitable for adults who want to swim. To use another swimming pool, guests are required to pay an additional €30. As a result, our family could not really enjoy the pool facilities together, as only the children could use the slides while the adults had nowhere suitable to swim.
The reception service was also disappointing. In particular, one staff member named Andrew (or a similar name) never once smiled or appeared welcoming during our three-day stay. We passed through reception many times and asked for information on several occasions, yet he always seemed unfriendly and uninterested. This significantly affected our overall impression of the hotel.
On a positive note, the room cleanliness was acceptable. However, we were surprised that no proper duvet or blanket was provided. Even though we travelled in June, the nights were still quite cool, and it was difficult to sleep comfortably with only a thin bedsheet. A proper blanket should be a basic amenity for guests.
Overall, this hotel did not meet our expectations, especially considering the price paid for an All Inclusive stay. There is certainly room for improvement in the food quality, restaurant service, facilities, and customer service.

Our family recently enjoyed a wonderful 4-night stay at this 5-star hotel in Ibiza as part of a week-long holiday. Overall, we were extremely pleased with our experience and would highly recommend this hotel to other families visiting the island.
What We Loved:
Convenient Location: The hotel's proximity to the airport was a significant plus, making our arrival and departure smooth and hassle-free, especially when traveling with family.
Impeccable Cleanliness: We were consistently impressed with the high standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel, from our room to the common areas. This attention to detail truly enhanced our stay.
High-Quality Food: The quality of the ingredients used in the hotel's restaurants was evident in every meal. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious and fresh food on offer.
Exceptional Staff Service: The staff members we encountered were all incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. Their dedication to providing excellent service made us feel very welcome and well taken care of.
Areas for Improvement:
Restaurant Staffing: During peak meal times, we noticed that the main restaurants seemed understaffed, which unfortunately led to queues. Addressing this issue would significantly improve the dining experience for all guests.
Limited Daytime Activities: While this may have been due to our visit being in the off-season, we felt that there could have been more activities offered during the day to keep guests entertained.
Spa Inclusivity: We were a little disappointed that access to the spa was not included in the main room price, nor was there an option to add it as part of our package. Offering this as an inclusion or an add-on option would be a great enhancement.
Negative Aspects to Report:
We genuinely did not encounter any negative aspects during our stay.
Overall:
Despite the minor areas for improvement mentioned above, our family was extremely satisfied with our stay at this hotel. We believe that if these points are addressed, future guests will undoubtedly have an even more exceptional experience. We would certainly consider staying here again on our next visit to Ibiza.

WWu，We had already paid £480 online through Trip.com for a double room for 3 nights. However, upon arrival, the hotel demanded an additional €400 simply because a second guest would be staying in the room.
What made this even more unreasonable was that I checked the exact same room type on multiple other dates, and the price was identical whether selecting 1 adult or 2 adults. The listing itself also clearly indicated that the room rate included accommodation for 2 adults.
Despite this, the hotel still charged an extra €400 at check-in. This additional amount only included breakfast and city tax for the second guest — there was absolutely no room upgrade, no extra bed, and no additional service provided. In fact, the amount charged was so excessive that it was close to the price of booking an entirely separate room.
At check-in, the hotel stated that if we refused to pay, the second guest would not be allowed to stay. We tried multiple times to communicate with the hotel in a polite and constructive way, but there was no flexibility or reasonable attempt to resolve the issue.
I completely understand paying reasonable extra charges for breakfast or local taxes, but the way this situation was handled felt extremely unfair and poorly communicated in advance.
Trip.com customer service was actually very helpful throughout the process and even provided compensation themselves, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the hotel remained unwilling to address the situation fairly.
The property itself may be nice, but this experience left us feeling disappointed, uncomfortable, and taken advantage of. Transparency and fairness in pricing are essential, especially for international travelers.

Breakfast 10 points delicious and the staff was helpful to provide clear and clear instructions to us where to park, when we had a leak in the room told them, thanked them immediately as helped us change to another room. GGuest UserIt's 10 minutes from the airport and close to Palma City, so the location is very good. Because it's the sea in front, you can also watch the sea for breakfast I did yoga every morning while watching the sun rise on the terrace, and I was so happy that I could drink wine while listening to the sound of the waves on the terrace in the evening. The swimming pool is very small and the surrounding beach is so beautiful that I didn't use it. It was like an old building, but it was clean and the food was delicious. The bed and bedding were great, and above all, it was spacious and had two closets, so it was enough to use with friends. I was able to lie on the bed and see the sea right away. But the next room and the terrace are really close and you have to be careful because they look like they're all together.
There is no parking lot, but the front desk staff kindly guided me so I could park well in the free parking area.
If you go to Google navigation, you will be informed of the wrong road (the seaside road that cannot be driven by car), so you must enter the road outside one block from the seaside. Free parking area is easy to find around the hotel.
It was a hotel I found in a hurry just before my trip, but it was a very satisfying stay.
