I had to take a taxi because it was far from the bus stop. The hotel is located in the mountains and I was able to eat rice on the terrace while watching the very beautiful scenery.

Very friendly reception as if you stay with your family. Clean and modern rooms all on and on. Our room had even a massage chassis. You can also have breakfast and/or dinner at the cost of paying. 5-10 min drive from the national park. In the surrounding area there is also a supermarket and enough food facilities. Surely a recommender.

Bathroom is clean and new. The senior staff at breakfast was helpful. However one of the bed is not made properly. The bed sheet cover for that bed was old and not long enough to cover the duvet. Felt very odd. Hotel itself is a 10-15mins walk to promenade/ seaside.

Peaceful Stay Near Plitvice! We had a very nice and peaceful stay at Rustic Inn River. The room we stayed in was beautiful — clean, cozy, and very comfortable. The surroundings were quiet and relaxing, perfect after a long day at Plitvice Lakes. The staff was kind and welcoming, and parking was convenient. One of the best parts is that Plitvice Lakes National Park is only a 10-minute drive away. We would happily come back again. Thank you for the hospitality!

After traveling for many years, I have never seen a hotel that does not provide hot water bottles and only provides hot water for a limited time. Hot water is only available during meal times. Frozen water in the restaurant cannot be filled. The staff will warn you that this frozen water can only be consumed in the restaurant. Love to go in a bottle. I was scared to death by hotel staff when checking in I was told that I had booked eight rooms. He picked up a stack of papers and counted them one by one in front of me and said that I had booked eight rooms. I told the clerk I didn't order this way How can I have eight rooms when I only have four adults? I also showed my email confirmation of occupancy. But he ignored it and told me that my computer displays like this. I don’t care what you do. I have never encountered a hotel with such a bad attitude and poor service and the staff is amazing After that, I went to Trip.com myself, and Trip.com staff helped me deal with it. It took me an hour to check in normally, but they did something wrong. An apology without any remorse makes people angry. In addition, regarding the Guo 16 Lakes National Park, tickets to the hotel should be available for Extent, but they responded that no, they also told Trip.com staff that there is no such service, which is really annoying. I have never encountered such unreasonable and poor service attitude from hotel staff.

The hotel is a four-star level. Near the second gate of 16th Lake, a beautiful three-story villa with a beautiful environment. The landlord is an old couple! The rooms are clean and tidy, a one-bedroom suite with a double bed and a large sofa bed. No kitchen, toiletries, no slippers! There is free private parking in the yard! The water heater is also very good, no longer have to wait long for a bath! Including breakfast, the buffet has many varieties, not bad! Dinner is 16 euros per person, and drinks are paid separately. The price/performance ratio is average. If you have other options, you can go to a small town outside to eat! Read the comment that the boss can pick up and drop off to the scenic area. When we went there, we said that the boss was not there and we had to wait two hours before returning. We still drove there by ourselves! The parking fee is 10 kuna an hour. I went twice and the parking fee is 120. In fact, it is not as good as staying in a hotel in the scenic area. It is convenient and not expensive! Free parking and discounts when you buy tickets! In addition, Ctrip's service is too poor, communication is not timely, and there is a serious problem with understanding! Never book a hotel on Ctrip again when you go abroad!
