Everything is great! Staffs are very helpful, they even sent an informative email before my arrival, regarding how to locate the place and to facilitate check in. Room is amazing, clean, big and comfy beds. Quiet at night and great location. The free breakfast is also nice, the breakfast place just 1 mins away.

It's right across from the train station, making it incredibly convenient! The location is absolutely fantastic. The room itself is quite spacious, and the bathroom is also very roomy. They even have a charmingly retro, old-fashioned elevator. However, the amenities are very basic; you'll need to bring your own toothbrush, tissues, and slippers. It's perfectly fine for a short stay, like a couple of nights, if you're just passing through. The staff service is pretty good. I frequently asked them for water refills, which saved me a fair bit on buying bottled water, haha.

The hotel is very clean and clean in detail, with comfortable and comfortable rooms. The location is comfortable to move in the city, although not very central to some attractions. The facilities and services are good, although they could be further improved to make the stay even more complete. In general, it was a good experience.

they have 2 establishments. We went to the one in the map and ended up having to walk back to near the train station. The place doesnt have elvator but luckily the room is only one floor up. Good for the price.

This is a fantastic homestay with spacious and tidy rooms, and a great balcony. The mini bar is excellent and the TV is smart and high-quality. The service is exceptional, with an early check-in option and patient explanations of sightseeing tips for the Cinque Terre area. The multiple door locks provide a sense of security. 住這裏去碼頭很近，去五漁村比較方便。房間乾淨衞生，房東也非常熱情，比較遺憾的是被子用不習慣。不是像國內那樣被套裝着被芯，而是一張床單上面放一張毯子，隔着床單蓋毯子，而毯子不可能經常清洗，所以感覺不太舒服。電梯非常小，其他都還挺好的。

I really liked the stay- it was close to the train station, room was perfectly clean and nice . The owners are very friendly and helpful !

The location is a plus, close to Portofino and Paraggi. Has its own paid parking. breakfasts for 4+ rating. The view from the window to the sea is beautiful. Minuses: the staff on the beach is very unpleasant, hotel guests who came only to swim for half an hour without buying a sunbed are asked to leave things almost on the road and are forbidden to sit on a towel by the sea for 5 minutes. I'm sorry, but visiting mostly 5 star hotels - this is the first time I've met with such an attitude.

I really like the hotel, its so comfy however in the description it says Luggage storage, we are expecting to leave our suitcases since we have the plane in the afternoon. You should put that the Luggage storage comes with charges. You need to book from an app to  leave your suitcases.
