What I found was the basin tap was not cleaned thoroughly when we checked in, and the air con is so noisy that we need to switch it off when we sleep.
A wonderful hotel with a new renovation, excellent service staff (especially the reception girls and all the security guards), everything is top notch! A nice restaurant with a summer terrace. A beautiful view from the window of the mountains) We will definitely come back, but this time for a vacation, not for work:) Thank you for the warm welcome!

The SPA environment is poor, the SPA service attitude is not good, and the quality of the massage oil is not good. Because of the poor service attitude and the poor massage oil, I didn't expect it and didn't want to spend money to suffer. The Japanese dining environment is good, mainly because we booked a tatami seat, and the rigid consumption is about 450 US dollars. The three of us ate for one night and only ate about 300 US dollars. No matter what, we couldn't afford 450 US dollars. As a result, when paying the bill, we had to pay 450 US dollars, and then we were allowed to take it away. This is the first time I have encountered such a ”hard” management method of an international five-star hotel. It's just one seat, and the business is average. There are not many people. We didn't sit in that seat, so it was probably empty.

Check in time was 3pm so we went out for lunch and got back at 3.20pm only to be told that one of the two rooms was not available. Reception staff, Zania, was rude and unapologetic and didn't even bothered to provide an estimated time. Another receptionist told us it would be about 30 mins and they would send the keys to the room. We went into the room and at 4.15pm we called the reception desk and they told us they will deliver the key in 5 mins. 10 mins have passed before the key was delivered. 5-star hotel with poor time management and bad service - no follow up on room key. Other areas were good though EXCEPT front desk staff. Staff at massage/pool were polite, so were the restaurant staff. Please educate your front desk staff especially Ms Zania, as they are the first line of service.
the stay was great in this hotel. Very clean, quiet and pleasant room. The food was very good. In addition, the incredibly nice and helpful Mrs. Aidana at the reception, whom I greet very warmly and thanks for all!
This newly opened Chinese hotel is clean and hygienic, with excellent service. The front desk has Chinese speakers and an interpreter, and the breakfast is generous. When you need a taxi, you can call the front desk. When you need a taxi back home, you can call the hotel. It's very convenient.
This hotel is absolutely amazing in the local area. The food at their hotel is also very delicious. The privacy and safety of the hotel are very good. The room is very clean. There is a parking space at the door. There is also a pavilion where you can have dinner at the hotel or rest in the pavilion. If you are traveling through this city, I recommend staying here.
I assume the hotel is still new. Interior is nice and they have a small common area outside for bbqs or small gatherings. Everything from the reception was great, we even got to check in early. Extra points for the bedding, they were super soft i had the best sleep 😍

Номера чистые, полотенца, халаты, тапочки все необходимое в номере есть. Термальные источники, хамам, сауна, русская парная на дровах, холодная купель и большой бассейн все необходимое для отличного отдыха присутствует. Оборудовали сил зону с баром теперь можно заказывать еду и напитки не отходя от бассейна. Вообщем есть все для комфортного отдыха.

GGuest UserLovely quiet hotel/hostel with clean rooms. I stayed in a dorm with 4 beds. The bed have lights and curtains and inside the room are lockers, a fridge, microwave, electric kettle and a table. Opposite the room was a bathroom and toilet and throughout the building are filtered water tap points and even on the kitchen there's a tap with filtered water so you can wash your fruit and vegetables with filtered water if you want.
The only thing I missed was hooks in the room to hang the towel and a small shelf next to the bed for my phone and such.
You have to take off your shoes to enter the hotel and you can use these singel use hotel slippers which are thrown away when you leave. This creates loads of unnecessary rubbish which is a shame.

GGuest UserI'd heard good things about this hostel and it surpassed my expectations! The staff are so friendly and kind, the room was huge and the overall vibe in the hostel is fantastic - whenever I went into the communal area there were people to chat to and make plans with. I went on two tours organised by the hostel and both were absolutely magical, I wish I'd stayed longer to experience more. The hostel is very close to the west bus station, which is now unfortunately closed (there are buses to the new bus station(s)). There's a 24h supermarket at the end of the road and you can easily walk to Osh Bazaar or to restaurants nearby. I'll definitely be back!

AAnonymous UserThis hotel is located near the center of Biscay. It is quite convenient to travel. You need a car to travel easily. But surprisingly, there is no parking. Breakfast is okay. The room size is okay. But the room I got smelled a bit of cigarette smoke. Overall, it is good. But I think the price is high compared to what you get. So-so.

HHidekiWe stayed at the hotel for 9 nights. The room was clean and cozy, equipped with all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. The water pressure in the shower was so strong it felt like a great massage. The hotel staff are young, friendly and very attractive, always ready to help. Special thanks to the lady working as the head chef in the kitchen for the delicious breakfasts. She always smiled, which created a wonderful atmosphere in the dining room. We can definitely recommend this hotel. And if we ever find ourselves in Bishkek again, we'll stay at this hotel once more.
