"Ended up staying here after the rest of the city was shut down for the Nomad Games and SCO. Lucked into one of the nicer hotels I've ever stayed at. The price is fantastic. Rooms were a decent size well-equipped, comfortable, and spotless. It might have been the best hotel bed I've ever slept on. Even better was the breakfast, which was well-rounded and absolutely delicious. It's not as close to the center as others, but I couldn't recommend Aqua Hotel any more highly."

"Disappointing stay, Poor service, unhygienic buffet, and hidden charges! This hotel is just okay for 2 nights max, the location is good. However, the overall experience was very frustrating. The breakfast was poor the buffet area had an unpleasant smell. Even worse, the food was unhygienic; I literally found a hair among the nuts! Personally, I couldn’t find any options that suited me.The service was extremely poor and unprofessional. The lights in my room were broken, I informed the staff, but they never fixed them. They are completely uncooperative and lack any polite manner of communication. To make matters worse, at checkout, they blindsided me with an extra charge just because there was some lipstick stain on the blanket! What is the purpose of housekeeping if guests are penalized for accidental stains? Isn't cleaning exactly what they are paid to do?They should be transparent about their policies instead of exploiting customers with sudden, hidden fees. This hotel is incredibly greedy and values making money over customer satisfaction. I absolutely don’t recommend this place."

"After completing the 3 day horse trek around Song Kul- this was a real treat, especially with the hot tub! The dome is a great concept but is incredibly warm. The location is impressive and has amazing views of the city and mountains. The downside was the lack of communication about the kitchen closing. However, the staff were helpful by ordering food for us from a local restaurant. But- the man on the evening shift was very pushy for the money by saying that we needed to hurry and pay as the money ”was from his own pocket”."

"I chose a room on the 6th floor with a mountain view, and it was an excellent choice! The reception staff were very responsive. I used the laundry service for 300 som, and my clothes came back clean and ironed. The fridge was fully stocked with all sorts of drinks and snacks. The breakfast, which was included, had a huge variety of dishes. There's also a shop nearby. I highly recommend it."
