We stayed for 3 nights and the place was very clean. They cleaned our room everyday, which was nice. The location is great, just a short walk to Faiza Restaurant and Globus Supermarket. The staff were friendly, always smiling, and very accommodating. They even let us rest in the lobby and stored our luggage when we arrived early before check-in time. Amenities are a bit limited though there’s a small café but no gym or sauna. Breakfast is basic and almost the same every day, but it’s fine for a quick start to the day. Overall, it’s a nice and comfortable hotel. Good location, clean rooms, and helpful staff. Would definitely stay again.

The second time I came to Bishkek, I stayed at the Sofia Chinese Hotel. I stayed here when I came last summer. It was good in all aspects. 👉The hotel is quite new, the single bed is quite spacious, and the bedding is comfortable, so I slept very well. The service is very good. It doesn’t matter if you don’t know Russian. The hotel has Chinese staff who know Mandarin. Of course, you can also use the translation to communicate with the local waiters. 👉There is free mineral water, tea and coffee. There is a restaurant downstairs. It is not far from the city center and it is very convenient to go everywhere.

Pros: - Good location close to the city center. - Quite modern architecture and interior. - Not bad breakfast. Cons: - Our rooms were not ready when we arrived around 18:00. At our request, we received welcome drinks as compensation. - Although we asked for two rooms on the side of the hotel opposite the road, one of our rooms still faced the road. - Even with the windows closed, the road could be heard at night (7th floor). This worsened our sleep. - Two types of pillows. One of the pillows was really uncomfortable. - The air conditioners in both rooms did not work, the remote displays showed an error. - Quite weak water pressure in the showers. - The girl at the reception could not give us any documents when we checked out. As a result, the hotel, in our opinion, does not correspond to the level of 5 stars. Its level is 4 stars.

This newly opened Chinese hotel is clean and hygienic, with excellent service. The front desk has Chinese speakers and an interpreter, and the breakfast is generous. When you need a taxi, you can call the front desk. When you need a taxi back home, you can call the hotel. It's very convenient.

For this business trip and vacation in Kyrgyzstan, I chose the Kyrgyz Star Hotel, and I must say it was an absolutely wise decision; the entire stay was perfect. **Excellent Location:** The hotel's location is incredibly convenient. Whether going to Ala-Too Square in the city center or to major business districts, transportation is very easy. There are also good restaurants and supermarkets nearby, making shopping and daily life very convenient. **Comfortable and Clean Rooms:** We stayed in a twin room, which was more spacious and bright than I expected. The bedding was very comfortable, and I slept soundly all night. Most importantly, the room was spotless, the bathroom facilities were clean and modern, and the hot water supply was stable and plentiful—crucial for a weary traveler. **Impeccable Service:** This is the hotel's most commendable aspect! From the front desk to the restaurant to room service, every staff member was smiling and incredibly attentive. The front desk staff are fluent in Chinese, Russian, and English, making communication seamless. They responded quickly and resolved any minor issues we encountered, making us feel very reassured.

Not a bad hotel, comfortable and spacious rooms, the room has everything you need. Some rooms have been cosmetically renovated. The number of rooms is small. We didn't take breakfast, so I can't say anything. There are a lot of places near the hotel where you can eat tasty and varied food. WiFi is very weak... Value for money👌

The place is very comfortable, and easily accessible to the major city sites, stores and restaurants! Breakfast has many options, and their is even a ****** inside!

Hotel was clean, service was great. It was good that there was a 24hr cafe, unfortunately the pilaf that we had ordered wasnt cooked well, the rice was not well cooked.

My stay at Sheraton Bishkek in the Deluxe King Room with City View was fantastic. The room was spacious, elegant, and offered a stunning panoramic view of the city, making it a delight to wake up to each morning. The king-sized bed was incredibly comfortable, and the modern amenities in the room added a luxurious touch to the experience. The hotel staff were attentive and professional, always going out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. I also enjoyed the hotel's facilities, especially the rooftop bar and the well-equipped fitness center. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality dishes. Overall, it was a superb stay, and I would highly recommend Sheraton Bishkek for anyone visiting the city.

It's around the 400-500 range in China. The breakfast was good, though. The refrigerator in the room kept turning on every 20 minutes, which was annoying. In short, these 13 hotels in China were horrible compared to the one in China.
