AdalbertThe hotel is not quite new, that is obvious. The mirror on the room was missing, broken out by force.
There is no WiFi except in the reception area. The photo of the building shows balconies at all rooms on the photo side. But my room had none.
There was no daily room service.
For the rest it was okay. Well maintained, clean, quiet inside and mountain view from the windows. Small fridge, AC, full working bathroom. (Long waiting for warm water)
The breakfast buffet was great.
The swimming pool in front of the entrance was good. The seating area around poor. I really missed a bigger and nicer area, perhaps garden like around. Especially for I had no balcony.
I would go there again for sleeping and having breakfast. But for holidays I want to have a decent place outdoors as well.

littlehappniessThe breakfast and the rice paddies are the biggest highlights here.
The hotel's main feature is a beautiful rice paddy field, offering expansive views where you can enjoy a delightful meal. It's a shame we didn't see any hot air balloons, and the sky was always hazy during the burning season 😶🌫️.
There were four breakfast options, all delicious and generously portioned. The jam and butter 🧈 were wrapped in leaves, which I only discovered at the very end, thinking they were desserts to save for later.
The service was attentive and friendly ☺️.

Don121Good location, near everything, nice swimming pool. Friendly staff and tasty coffee. Only the breakfast is a let down as it is very small and narrow choice. All together it is worth it.

IsaacsimLocation is quiet, away from the Main Street.
Next to a slow flowing stream so beware of mosquitoes.
View of the karst mountain can be obstructed if you are in the wrong unit like mine #035.
If blank off all the negatives, it’s quite a good place to relax and prowl your activities around vangvieng. Get a scooter and immediately everything is within reach easily. The roads around are ok. Ride carefully.

Incredible hotel! The room was beautiful and very clean, with a stunning view of the mountains and the city.
There's a superb rooftop terrace where you can watch the sunset and see hot air balloons and paramotors flying by.
The breakfast was very varied, offering Asian dishes as well as bread, pancakes, muffins, lots of fruit, and more.
The owners are lovely and very attentive. We rented a scooter from the hotel at a very reasonable price, and they also offer to book activities and transportation for you.
And the hotel has a beautiful, clean swimming pool!
I highly recommend it.

The room was huge and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel is beautiful with excellent customer service. They even prepared Muslim-friendly breakfast for us — the chef kindly cooked porridge especially for us. We could easily book tours to Nam Xay Viewpoint and Blue Lagoon from the reception. The location is great too — near Elephant Crossing Hotel to watch the hot air balloons and close to Viengtara Vang Vieng Resort.

Very nice and clean. The bed is comfortable and the wifi is strong. There's more than enough deck chairs around the pool and on the rooftop to lounge at, and to watch the countdown fireworks that the staff launch from the entrance.
The staff is very friendly and welcoming every time I walk past the lobby. The location is very convenient and the breakfast is very worth the price. Other than the buffet on offer (which rotates daily), you can still choose an item off the ala carte menu. They also allow refilling of water bottles at breakfast, which is great for both the wallet and the environment.
Activities and laundry service that they offer are also priced pretty conveniently. I'll definitely stay here again should I come back to Vang Vieng.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Vang Vieng and had a really pleasant experience overall. The location was perfect—close to the river and within walking distance of restaurants, cafes, and tour offices. The views of the surrounding limestone mountains were absolutely stunning, especially at sunrise.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with booking activities or offering local recommendations. Breakfast was of Chinese cuisine and simple but fresh
Overall, it was a great place to stay and good value for money. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Vang Vieng.

Good location as it is away from the night market which is very noisy and loud at night. Can get peaceful sleep here. Can also access YouTube from TV otherwise local TV has nothing to view. Proprietress is helpful to carry your luggage up staircase to room. Other than that, she is not helpful to give information which you can get from Laos visitor centre. Very easy to walk around but do not expect much to see.
