A luxurious hotel. Walking around it, you get the feeling you're staying in a 5-star Turkish hotel. The building's spacious areas—the lobby, hallways, and lounges—are large and airy. The spa center enhances this feeling. There's a large green area with plenty of sun loungers. The room is very large, practically a gym))) well-equipped and very comfortable. There's a large loggia with furniture for relaxing. The rooms are very well-cleaned, with frequent bed linen changes and daily towel changes. Staying in the room is truly a pleasant experience. The restaurant deserves special mention. The breakfast is excellent with a huge selection, even offering cheese and sausage. I also had dinner there for an additional fee, and the price was very reasonable. Plenty of fruit and desserts. A wide selection of meat and fish. I dropped off my laundry, and they returned it well-washed and ironed for next to nothing!!!))) Overall, the hotel would have left a completely positive impression, BUT there were a few things that were a bit disappointing: - The sea and the entrance to the sea. Even though the hotel is on the beachfront, the entry into the sea right on the shore is terrible. There's no entry!!! It's all riffles and small corals. If you want to swim, you have to go left along the shore. That's where the public beach begins, and it's packed with locals. Especially in the evening, it feels like they all come there to wash. I have nothing against locals, but there are just too many of them!!! You have to walk even further from the hotel, where the hotel grounds begin again. - Pool. The poor entry into the sea forces guests to swim in the pool. The pool is small and shallow. After using it the first time, I didn't feel like swimming there again. - Crows. There are plenty of them on all the beaches on the island, but here there were too many. (( Excellent, beautiful, spacious, and modern hotel right on the beach, but NO swimming. Excellent staff, simply wonderful))) So, decide for yourself.

Lovely hotel on a beautiful beach. Rooms were big and very clean There was not too much around the area, but that was not an issue. Staff were very friendly and helpful and would recommend staying here.

Beautifully located right by the sea. If you don't like sandy feet, this isn't the place for you, as the entire courtyard and pool area are covered in fine white sand. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are functional and clean. The bathroom is very spacious, with a large shower, double vanity, and a bathtub. The breakfast and lunch buffets are delicious, with everything your heart could desire. Would definitely come back anytime!

Like Trincomalee, this homestay is a bit difficult to find, there are few rooms, and it is still under construction, but the room is large, facing the sea, very quiet, very suitable for a daze. I am very diligent and change different venues every day to set up meals. I like this fish steak and pasta

Good hotel!!! We spent 7 nights in it The owners are very hospitality and responsive, prepared for us big shrimps and carried on the Marble Beach, of course for a separate fee. Breakfasts were not very diverse but big and saturated) The hired worker, a tall young man very much helped us with the kid, played with him while we ate) the child himself asked for him on the handles)) The girls who cooked us breakfast were also very nice and kind. Our room was on the third floor and we had a whole veranda - it was very convenient - to play with the child, to hang wet clothes, to look at stars or to drink morning coffee, the husband smoked. The location is also good - the third house from the beach) The beach is quite clean, much cleaner than in the tourist area of Uppuvelli. There are many shops with fruit and cafes, where locals eat - not as insabious as in tourist restaurants, but also delicious and 3 times cheaper From the downsides -in the room there was no place to lay or hang clothes-no closet, no hooks, nothing to hang shoulders-we had a mountain in the suitcase and around. Many clothes were hanging on the veranda 'the fence has always had a flock of local homeless dogs, they are harmless but noisy - No hot water. While it was cloudy was not comfortable to wash, then it became normal) -WiFi works badly, on the veranda caught better -TV isn 't available, he certainly wasn 't declared, but it turned out to be boring to wait for the sunset without it We are unlikely to return here again because of the great variety of hotels , but for not very attractive tourists the place will be very even suitable )

There were so many things, but overall, all the staff were very hardworking, kind and good people! First of all, it seems that the reservation for 4 nights that I had made on Trip.com was not made at the time of check-in. There are many staff members, but there are only about two staff members who can communicate in English without any problems, and it was difficult to find them every time lol. I was hurriedly guided to my room, but I couldn't find the air conditioner remote control, and a staff member just brought me a towel (probably the room was hastily provided, so it was not fully prepared?) When I asked for the remote control at that time, they brought it to me relatively quickly. The wi-fi password was handwritten on the phone, but it was faded and I couldn't read it, so I looked for a staff member again and asked lol. I thought there would be hot water, but it was room temperature (it was a little cold at first, but if you try hard to take a shower, it feels like it's getting warmer for some reason, but it was exactly the same temperature lol) and the water pressure was quite weak. I asked the staff, but it seems that the temperature probably can't be changed. I asked them for at least the water pressure, and it improved a little. However, the water pressure was weak again the next night, so I asked them to adjust the water pressure every day for four days before taking a shower. When the staff came to check the water pressure, they stood on the bath mat with their shoes on, and the bath mat turned black because the shoes were wet with water... This happened two days in a row, so we told them that the water pressure had improved and it was okay to check it. It may be a cultural difference, but I guess they don't care about guests' bath mats turning black. The laundry service, free bicycle rental, and currency exchange that were listed on Trip.com (same as ***********) were not available lol The location is nice, right in front of the sea. It's a 10-20 minute walk to the town, but I was so scared of the stray dogs at night (they sleep and relax during the day, but are super active at night...) that I had to use a tuk-tuk every time. The hotel itself is not bad, but the shower was the only thing that bothered me. There were also frequent power outages every day. (It wasn't particularly difficult, but it sometimes took several hours lol) The staff were all really trying to solve the problem and listen to our requests. They were very calm and friendly, and always had a shy smile lol However, their English was quite weak, so it was necessary to be patient and communicate.

MMr Adam PorterThe rooms are incredible and the beach is lovely but this is NOT a 4* hotel. The rest of the place seems run down and not looked after, the gardens are a mess, volleyball court isn’t usable and I’ve not seen a children’s play area. Staff are scarce, there is no pool bar and you have to go in search of beach towels or drinks. The restaurant is extremely poor, long wait for service and we were the only ones in the restaurant. Food options weren’t available and beer was only put in the fridge when I asked for it, so I then had to wait for it to cool down before it was served, when food arrived it wasn’t great, felt like a quick microwave meal. Room initially had no hot water, which we had to wait to be fixed, there is nothing in the mini bar as advertised, you just get an empty fridge, hairdryer had to be requested and room was missing towels and robes etc on arrival. Rooms took a long time to be made up each day and again some towels and robes were not replenished and had to be requested again. Parts of the hotel were closed and lots of lights at night flickered. They also advertise that the hotel has a night club and a billiards room, we haven’t seen any sign of a nightclub and the billiards room is two pool tables, one completely out of use with tape over it and the other is extremity rundown, dusty and wonky that you can’t play a game on it properly. No staff ever gave us a briefing on arrival or told us about the hotel, we have had to explore, guess and ask questions. Staff have been somewhat helpful, they speak English but don’t seem to understand it when they’re asked questions. Hotel has a what’s app service but responses are very slow and even then not fully understood. It’s like it used to be a 4* hotel but it’s run by pirates 🏴☠️

GGuest UserThe reception was warm and welcoming, and the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring throughout our stay. The room was beautifully spacious and comfortable, creating a very relaxing atmosphere. We stayed in an ocean-view bungalow, which added a wonderful sense of luxury and made the experience feel truly special. The amenities were excellent, with a wide range of thoughtful touches that made everything even more enjoyable. This place is a perfect getaway for anyone looking to relax and unwind. We highly recommend it – without a doubt the best accommodation in the area.

GGuest UserWe enjoyed our stay at the beach bungalows here. We came during off season and they cleaned the pool for us and we had the beachfront bungalow. The breakfast was really good! However, this hotel also operates a liquor store that runs 24/7 right in the middle of the guest rooms so at all hours of the day there were people walking through to buy alcohol (during breakfast time even) and then would sit down on the premises to consume their purchases. As two young travellers it was not a huge deal but if you are a family it might not be the space for you!
