"The stay was generally satisfactory. Check in and check out processes were smooth, and the staff were polite and professional. The room was clean and reasonably comfortable, though some furnishings showed minor signs of wear. Noise levels were acceptable, and basic amenities were provided as expected. WiFi connection was stable for most of the stay. Breakfast offered a limited but adequate selection. Overall, the hotel met standard expectations for its price range and would be suitable for short business or leisure stays."

"Facilities: This is a serious deduction. The sound of the air conditioner fan can be heard continuously in the room. For light sleepers, it is a bad review. But the good thing is that their shuttle bus runs frequently, a total of three, and basically no need to wait. Environment: The swimming pool downstairs is open until 9 o'clock. The children downstairs have a lot of fun, but for those who just want to have a good rest, they have to wait until after 9 o'clock. The corridor design of this hotel is very good, but if you encounter this situation, it will be very bad. Service: Breakfast is also average. There are not many varieties, and the bread is hard. Hahahaha, I thought it was a baguette"

"This was a convenient location to visit my mother in a nursing home. Felt very secure and comfortable. There are many hotels nearby and this was the first I tried, but I'll be going back again and again. I liked the public areas and found them very welcoming. I didn't need them much this visit but I do feel like I could just sit out there if I didn't want to be alone. I also really liked the pool. It was very clean though I wish there was a bit more seating and space around the outside."

We did not go in the pool or hot tub because I did have to work for a couple hours on Saturday and we got in late on Friday. We relaxed in our hotel room after a gym and sauna session. After 4 PM on Friday and Saturday, it is hard to find parking that is close to the door. We had to park in the back far away from the entrance. My boyfriend was very annoyed by this and rated the hotel a two star because of it lol. I hope to try the pool and hot tub next time we go to this hotel. I also would like to try a pool view room maybe those are nicer. We will have to try the restaurant/bar next time too. Maybe if we come a weekday the parking situation will be better. Overall it was a pretty nice stay. I hope they update their thermostats to something nicer sooner than later."

"To take the free bus shuttle to the hotel, after the luggage is extracted on the first floor, the elevator goes up to the second floor and turns left across the bridge, and then goes downstairs on the left hand side, which is the bus waiting point. Each hotel bus is different, with white, red, yellow and green colors, and several shared buses. This must be confirmed by phone with the hotel in advance. Make an appointment for the bus to the airport tomorrow or later after arriving at the hotel."

The parking lot is large and there is no charge for parking. Breakfast is formal Western style, with a wide variety and a lot of money. The surrounding area of the hotel is very lively and shopping is very convenient. And the hotel has convenient transportation. Next time you go to Lansing, you must still live here.

I was really disappointed with the cleanliness and smell of the hotel. The rooms were so small and cramped. The pool area had a moldy smell to it. I usually am very pleased with double tree but this was disappointing

The hotel was alright but when it comes to checking in and out is another thing it was a hassle paid for the hotel online with my CashApp card and when I had arrived and they asked for a security deposit fee and I had asked them if they accepted CashApp being how they took it the first time they told me no they didn’t accept it and that I would have to either have cash or a bank card that isn’t CashApp, Venmo, Chime, PayPal etc rude as can be and not only to mention they had kicked me out my room until I had paid a security deposit fee for my pet and later that night I had paid the pet fee and the staff was nothing but disrespectful but the day of check out I woke up late and apologized to the housekeepers and they were nothing but rude and told me that I had 5 minutes to get out or else there were going to be police there and I had a lot of stuff in my room being how I stayed a few days there but and 5 minutes wasn’t going to be good enough for me so I had asked if I can get a little bit more time and after I had got everything out they were nothing but nice as can be asking if help was needed and I told them that I didn’t need any help from them got everything into my car and walked back in so I can get my security deposit fee back and I was denied my security deposit fee and I want and I am going to be calling the head honcho and reporting that and everything else. This is not the first time either that this has happened to me

Service: The hotel deducted two items for unknown reasons. The fees reached 600-700 yuan. Ctrip helped to contact them, but they only gave a reason for one of the deductions. The other two items were inexplicably said to be customer privacy. So why can one of them be given a reason, but not the other two? I had to call the hotel manager myself. They said they would reply within 48 hours, but I have waited for a week and still haven't replied. It's speechless. They deduct money randomly, so be careful.
