Hygiene: The room was very clean.
Service: The service was also quite good. They even hand-wrote a welcome letter during check-in, which was a nice touch.
Environment: Convenient stores and restaurants are quite close by.
Facilities: The shower stall was a bit small, and there was no bottled water in the room, but overall it was fine.
Aside the environs outside the hotel which wasn’t neat, our stay at the hotel was so pleasant. Rooms were neat and just perfect. We enjoyed our stay. Proximity to eateries and tourist sites was a plus

Service: I'm about to give the worst service review. On my first stay, your hotel's front desk had a Caucasian female employee who initially gave me half of a family suite. Only after I emphasized the room type I booked did she change it for me. The hotel wasn't so fully booked that she couldn't have assigned me the room I pre-booked. Why would you try to pass off a partitioned room as a full one, treating customers like fools? I was extremely angry about this. And it wasn't just the room assignment; the room card she gave me was just a plain power card. Couldn't she provide a proper, decent room card? It's hard for me not to suspect some malicious intent. I hope you can give me a satisfactory explanation.
Otherwise, my overall review of this hotel is very positive. The accommodation environment is good, the room facilities are sufficient, the location is great, and transportation is convenient. The room design is also beautiful, and I took many photos. I highly recommend staying here. If I come to Brussels again, I would indeed choose Cardo again. However, the subtle malice from your front desk and the unpleasant check-in experience disappointed me so much that it nearly ruined my entire stay, even though everything else was perfect.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and the decor was very new. I liked having a window sill. There's a 24-hour front desk. It's a 5-minute walk from the subway station. There's a Carrefour nearby, but be aware it closes quite early.

This Warwick hotel is approximately 300 meters from the Central Station and about 150 meters from Brussels' Grand Place. It has its own private parking right next to the hotel. There's a rooftop bar with a view, which I peeked at but didn't visit, mainly because it was on the same floor as my room, and from my living room window and even from bed, I had fantastic views of the cathedral and Grand Place, among other sights.
We booked the Executive Warwick Suite, which was comfortably spacious for us. Upon entering, there's a restroom, and housekeeping had already prepared the sofa bed. The bathroom featured a double vanity, a bathtub, and a separate shower. The tissues were conveniently placed, the bath mats were neatly arranged, and the toiletries were from the French brand Nuxe. The hotel's amenities were comprehensive, including bottled water, disposable slippers, a refrigerator, a valet stand, ironing facilities, and a safe for umbrellas. My favorite feature, however, was that the room was soundproof.
From the living room and bedroom windows, the daytime view was actually less appealing than the night view; Brussels looked a bit run-down with not much to see.
Cons:
1. The TV in the bedroom required viewing at an angle, though there was another TV above the refrigerator in the living room.
2. Neither of the two wardrobes had a designated area for hanging wet clothes.
3. The hairdryer required constant pressing to operate and tended to generate static electricity.

My stay at the hotel was excellent. The location is ideal for exploring Brussels comfortably. Everything was very clean and in perfect condition. The reception staff were especially friendly; some spoke Spanish and were very helpful. We arrived before check-in and they stored our luggage without any problem. In short, a very comfortable hotel and highly recommended.
location could be better but after acquaintance of city spots found it good enough when you know the way towards (rainy days didn’t helped either). service (friendly staff) and amenities good even not having breakfast (water and coffee complementary offer and pool room unexpected but appreciated). city tax less than in other previous cities passed by so didn’t matter as much…
Not so close to train station is bit inconvenient, more ideal for those who need to use metro or prefer to shop nearby instead of visiting other cities.
Inside the room is quite basic and not so convenient for charging electronic devices as there is very limited outlet and rather far from bed and table. Poor soundproof as a result you can hear everything from next door and upstair. In addition, hair drier provided and the bathroom is vintage level so do not expect to completely dry the hair all at once unless for those have not much hair left.
The best part of this hotel would be the young man Arthur who worked for the night shift at lobby during our stays. He has delightfully helped us with traveling direction/information and choosing local beers. He friendly attitude genuinely made us feel relaxed and welcomed.
Although it's a bit far from the center of Brussels, it's easily accessible as it's just a few minutes from the nearest tram stop that goes through the city center. The room was very spacious and clean, and amenities like slippers and bathrobes were provided. The cleaning staff were very friendly. The guests in the lobby during my stay seemed calm and well-behaved, allowing for a quiet and restful night's sleep.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very close to FlixBus bus stop! There is a police station and halal supermarket for Muslim community behind the hotel. The hotel should consider having 2 front desk workers at a time instead of just 1 person manning the front desk. When there are group of people talking and running around at the hotel room corridor, I couldn’t find the front desk person to solve the problem as there was no one at the front desk.
GGuest UserI prefered this hotel as it is close to the EU institutions. However, there are better hotels on other parts of the city. In booking, I didn't select the breakfast as I confused. When I arrived the hotel, they told me to include breakfast for 29$ per day, which was expensive. When booking, I read that there would be drinking water as complementary but there was only empty bottles and it should be filled in from a machine next to the elevators. Lastly, the room was noisy because windows are not noise dampening. The furniture was also outdated.
SSheryn ChowWe departed from London to Belgium via Eurostar. It was about 20 minutes walking distance from Eurostar Station to Bedford Hotel. Further, lot of eateries restaurants and cafe, carrefour and Grand Place all within walking distance of 10 minutes. We joined 2 day tours to Ghent & Brugge and Luxembourg. The meeting point is about 18 minutes walks. Overall the hotel is very convenient and staff are very welcome and friendly. Will stay again should we have come to Belgium again as this hotel was higher recommended by my daughter who stayed here with friends before. We stayed here for 4 nights before departing to Amsterdam.
FF@bioMExcellent experience at Hotel Indigo. I spent 4 nights in a room spacious enough for two people. The bed and pillows were great. Our room on the sixth floor overlooked Rogier Square, which was very nice but a bit noisy. Sirens of all kinds passed by frequently. The bathroom was good, and the walk-in shower was good (no bidet, but I certainly didn't expect one). The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of high-quality savory options. The pastries were also great. It had an open kitchen concept. The decor in the hallways and room was very exotic and fun. Good location with a metro stop right under the square. Two stops in 5 minutes to get to the city center. Overall a positive review.

GGuest UserThe staff are all very friendly! The location is close to tourist spots such as manneken pis and Saint-Nicolas, only several minutes of walk.
However, the hangers provided in the room are almost damaged and the window could not be fully closed that it was cold to sleep on the right hand side. Although it is not a very big problem, I still expected the whole environment could have been even better.

RRobert Chang168This hotel is conveniently located near Brussels' South Station, but it's not far from the hotel either, about 500-600 meters away. The airport bus stops right next to it every day. There are many shops nearby, and a Carrefour is even inside the station – very convenient indeed. Overall, I had a very good experience with this hotel.
SSheyingshiguantiedanThe hotel's location is super convenient, just a 10-minute taxi ride away. The environment is very clean and the front desk staff are really welcoming. My only minor complaint is that the pillows are too high, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep.
