The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the service was outstanding! Especially the lady who came by with the cart every evening – she was incredibly warm. She'd explain the sightseeing routes in detail, thoughtfully bring us hot porridge, and even give snack packs to the kids. The best part was when we came back from hiking, she actually brought us foot-soaking tubs and herbal medicine packs, recommending we soak our feet to relieve fatigue. She was truly exceptional!

Nice and clean hotel. The room was very comfortable. Stayed for 3 nights and had a great experience. The heating system is good, so staying during winter with no worries! It is located right in front of the Tianmen Mountain Downtown Cable Car Station and within walking distance to Zhangjiajie Bus Station, which made travelling to Tianmen Mountain and taking a day trip bus to Wulingyuan East Gate for National Park very convenient. Although this guesthouse complex is in a car-free zone, the hotel is quite close to the main road, so you don’t have to walk far with heavy luggage. The young lady owner was very helpful, she assisted with planning my itinerary, purchasing entrance tickets at a discounted price, and guiding me on the routes, especially inside the National Park, which can be very confusing, also taught how to take the bus to Wulingyuan A well-deserved 5/5 rating. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ae

My welcome was very warm. There was complimentary pick up from the train station, and oranges and candies waiting when I arrived. The old house/hotel was charming, with amazing views over the old town. It was inside the scenic area, which means it was an 8 minute walk to everywhere. The proprietress was very helpful with suggestions on where to go and what to do. My room was coziness itself! Breakfast was adequate enough to keep me fueled until lunch time. I would definitely stay again!

We are a couple to travel to Fenghuang Ancient Town, and we booked at this home stay for our 2-day trip. The location is about 7’ walk to the main attraction, which is convenient and reasonable walk. During our stay, the hospitality from the Homestay is exceptional to us. Especially, Ms Xiao Teng, who had been making sure our stay was a pleasant one. Thank you, thank you. In conclusion, with a very affordable rate, we have a good location and a great services that is very worth it. We will let friends and family know your place.

Bathroom shower handle broken. Despite asking form non smoking room, still got smoking room. Morning breakfast is not ready on time. Not expecting this from Sheraton.

Pros: The location is super convenient, right outside Wuyi Square Exit 1. They offer a luggage delivery service to the airport, where you can pick it up directly. However, this is best for late-night flights as luggage arrives at the airport around 5 PM. So, we opted to use the city check-in counter at Wuyi Square Subway Exit 2 ourselves, paying 29.9, to check our bags and get our boarding passes, with our luggage going straight to the plane. There are tons of restaurants near Wuyi Square, packed closely together, so you can definitely hear the lively street noise from the hotel room. It generally quietens down after 11 PM. If you prefer silence, it's best not to use the air conditioning. The room itself is very spacious, with a huge projector screen, a balcony, and a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom. They even deliver porridge at night. Cons: The elevator isn't exclusive to the hotel; it's shared by several guesthouses. It's best to keep your door locked at night.

Amazing personal, very friendly and giving a great advices about the place! Room is clean nice and warm. Beautiful bath as on the picture. Great location! Only one thing: there is no Mountain View (probably it was before), now there is a huge construction building in the front. Would be fare to add this in description and remove view from the booking option (we selected room with the view). Overall was a great experience, recommending this place!

The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a very peaceful night's sleep. The service was warm and attentive; the front desk staff were efficient and thoughtful, responding promptly to all requests. Every detail was meticulously handled and incredibly heartwarming. The hygiene was spotless, making for an excellent stay. This will be my top choice for accommodation when traveling, and I will definitely be back!

It was my first day here and I hadn't planned anything, so I was a bit stressed. Luckily, I met Lily, who patiently explained everything to me, including travel tips and even helped me sort out attraction tickets. She saved me a lot of worry! The service was so excellent that I extended my stay by three more days on the spot. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in town. A big bonus is the washing machine and dryer – I could wash my clothes and wear them again the very next day. Highly recommend!

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! 💛 From the very moment we arrived, we were met at the airport — everything was perfectly organized, comfortable, and done with great care. The staff were incredibly attentive to all our requests — they even prepared vegetarian meals for us, and we’re especially grateful to the chefs for that 🙏 If it weren’t for the hotel staff, we would have definitely gotten lost in the park — they thoughtfully planned out the entire route through all the attractions for us, making everything clear and convenient. The room itself was just amazing! 😍 It turned out to be even better than in the photos — warm floors, heated mattress pads, perfectly clean, bright, and very quiet. Everything we needed was provided, and you can really feel the genuine care for the guests. A huge thank you to the entire hotel team for your attention, kindness, and hospitality. ✨ We’ll definitely be back! ❤️
