The hotel provided a pickup service from the train station. Since it is located within the ancient town, a staff member met us at the entrance gate and escorted us to the hotel. Visitors are required to purchase entrance tickets to access the ancient town. The room assigned to us had a charming old-world character and featured a balcony overlooking the waterfront, offering beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with any requests or questions. Their warm hospitality contributed greatly to our experience. We had a wonderful stay and thoroughly enjoyed the unique setting and atmosphere of the hotel. We would gladly stay here again when visiting the area.

She booked all our park tickets with discounts (72 Wonder Towers, Tianmen Mountain and 4 days Zhangjiajie National Park. She even offered to help plan our itinerary for the National Park based on the weather conditions after we moved to a different accommodation.  She checked on us constantly to make sure we were okay, treating us truly like family. Very friendly staff. Location is right on the riverside, slightly away from the main bridge area. Good view. We had three queen bedroom which was very comfortable. Received one complimentary traditional dress for 2 hours which was a bonus. No breakfast at the property though. No in-room refrigerator if that matters.

The Hampton by Hilton truly exceeded my expectations. My stay was fantastic. First off, I was immediately offered welcome tea upon entering. Then, the room itself was incredibly clean and completely smoke-free. What really impressed me was the small basket on the vanity for disposing of packaging – no need to hunt for a trash can or clutter up the counter. That thoughtful touch alone earned it an extra 100 points in my book! Secondly, the food: the breakfast buffet had three different stations and a noodle bar, which is an exceptionally rich spread for a hotel in the 300-400 price range! Both Chinese and Western options were abundant and delicious. Finally, the location: just 30 meters to the left from the entrance, you can grab a Luckin Coffee (or some steamed buns to take up the mountain), cross the road, and you're right at the entrance to the Tianmen Mountain A-line cable car or B-line scenic shuttle. It couldn't be easier!

This hotel is worth every cent, the rooms are clean and tidy with beautiful decor. It is nicely located close to the entrance of the town and provides an amazing view to the waterfalls. I would totally recommend a visit to this place; The best part was how helpful and attentive the staff is providing ease to schedule transport to and fro the station, notes about the town and helping carry all the luggage

The hotel left a very pleasant impression. The location is convenient — you can walk to the train station, and from there there’s a direct bus to the south gates with no queues, which saves a lot of time. We especially appreciated the owners: they were very attentive and friendly, gave detailed directions, helped us navigate around the city, were always available, and even provided umbrellas during the rain — a small detail, but it really shows care. The rooms are clean and cozy, with a beautiful view. Housekeeping was done daily and to a high standard. The staff is attentive but unobtrusive. Overall, it’s a comfortable place you genuinely want to return to.

The room had two large beds, perfect for a family of four. It was spacious with high ceilings and a balcony. The air conditioning worked great, making it very comfortable. The service was warm and welcoming, and the breakfast was good. There were also plenty of dining options right outside the hotel. Plus, they offer airport shuttle service, which is a huge bonus! Just a heads-up for anyone visiting the scenic area: make sure to book your entry time in advance. The hotel is super convenient, just a three-minute walk to the middle gate.

I don’t really have much pictures, but the hotel was very clean, the air con and everything else was working perfectly fine. The best thing about this hotel was how kind and extremely helpful the staff were, held my luggage, came back to tell them I’ll take a little longer and eating nearby. They gave me a portable charger. And they planned a full itinerary to enable me to complete Grand Canyon Park, Tienmanshan, and the National Forest park in 2 days. Only thing to note, is that the rooms usually have 2 beds minimum so it’s perfect for groups.

Excellent hotel with great location for all the tourist spots. Thousand hotel is a 10min walk to Tianmen mountain. The rooms are great with modern technology and great sizes, especially for families. Good range of breakfast to start your day. The staff were very considerate and welcoming although we don’t speak Chinese Thanks to the hotel staff

Rooms were super clean and decorated so well, location was great and very convenient (nearby to Tianmen Mountain and the airport/railway station), very friendly hosts! 房间很干净，布置得也很好看，位置很棒，非常方便（靠近天门山和机场/火车站），房东人也特别友好！
