This is a fantastic hotel for those who want to visit Tianmen Mountain, 72 Qilou, Fox Fairy Show and Tujia Folk Village. Can also take Didi to Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. Jessie at the front desk was really helpful and assisted us with late checkout and also explained to us patiently how to explore the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. Breakfast is plentiful and yummy. Lots of restaurants nearby. 2 thumbs up to the amazing team

Nice and clean hotel. The room was very comfortable. Stayed for 3 nights and had a great experience. The heating system is good, so staying during winter with no worries! It is located right in front of the Tianmen Mountain Downtown Cable Car Station and within walking distance to Zhangjiajie Bus Station, which made travelling to Tianmen Mountain and taking a day trip bus to Wulingyuan East Gate for National Park very convenient. Although this guesthouse complex is in a car-free zone, the hotel is quite close to the main road, so you don’t have to walk far with heavy luggage. The young lady owner was very helpful, she assisted with planning my itinerary, purchasing entrance tickets at a discounted price, and guiding me on the routes, especially inside the National Park, which can be very confusing, also taught how to take the bus to Wulingyuan A well-deserved 5/5 rating. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ae

My welcome was very warm. There was complimentary pick up from the train station, and oranges and candies waiting when I arrived. The old house/hotel was charming, with amazing views over the old town. It was inside the scenic area, which means it was an 8 minute walk to everywhere. The proprietress was very helpful with suggestions on where to go and what to do. My room was coziness itself! Breakfast was adequate enough to keep me fueled until lunch time. I would definitely stay again!

I would like to extend a special thank you to our butler, who was incredibly kind and attentive throughout our stay. From the very beginning, he made us feel welcome and well taken care of. He also recommended several places to eat, all of which turned out to be excellent—we truly enjoyed every meal. He went above and beyond to assist us with anything we needed, including helping us wash our clothes by offering a complimentary and efficient laundry service. The view from the hotel was absolutely incredible, adding even more to the overall experience. We were also provided with a surf kit, which we had the chance to use on our last morning before departure. It was such a fun and memorable way to end our stay. Overall, everything was perfect, and this experience will definitely stay with us.

Bathroom shower handle broken. Despite asking form non smoking room, still got smoking room. Morning breakfast is not ready on time. Not expecting this from Sheraton.

Wow, I really loved the room's decor! It was warm and cozy, and as a solo traveler, I felt completely in control. Both the furnishings and fixtures were great. The front desk service was also very thoughtful; they even offered warm congee in the evenings. Plus, you can do laundry for free! The location is fantastic, right next to the subway station, about 50m away. Having a Cha Yan Yue Se downstairs is definitely a bonus for tourists!

It was my first time in Zhangjiajie and stayed here 1 night! The price was so good for the location but unfortunately Tianmen Mountain cable car line B was closed due to weather so I had to go to line C via shuttle bus. I guess when its good weather location is very good. Unfortunately there was construction going on at front so it was little noisy and dusty but when we checked in it was super tidy. Also it was super cold & heather wasn’t working but staff provided extra blanket if asked. Would stay here again and recommend to others👍

The hotel was very clean and the room was spacious. We could open two suitcases with plenty of room left. They offer free laundry service and complimentary congee in the evening. The location is superb, right next to Wuyi Square and very close to the subway, essentially in the heart of the bustling city center. As such, there was a bit of noise, which I personally found acceptable. However, the air conditioning needs improvement. The room temperature went up to around 27 degrees Celsius at night, which was a bit much for this little durian from Malaysia 🇲🇾. We woke up sweating 💦 in the middle of the night. We even had to open the room door to cool down in the hallway. I called the front desk, and thankfully, the staff there were diligent in trying to help, at least they didn't brush me off, even though the effect wasn't ideal (it was still hot). Due to the AC issue, I can't give it five stars.

The hotel service was excellent. They offered coffee and ginger tea in the lobby. The room was also very spacious and comfortable. It's definitely better to stay at a hotel with kids. The breakfast spread was fantastic, and my children absolutely loved it. Getting to the cable car was very convenient, and there were plenty of restaurants right outside the hotel.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! 💛 From the very moment we arrived, we were met at the airport — everything was perfectly organized, comfortable, and done with great care. The staff were incredibly attentive to all our requests — they even prepared vegetarian meals for us, and we’re especially grateful to the chefs for that 🙏 If it weren’t for the hotel staff, we would have definitely gotten lost in the park — they thoughtfully planned out the entire route through all the attractions for us, making everything clear and convenient. The room itself was just amazing! 😍 It turned out to be even better than in the photos — warm floors, heated mattress pads, perfectly clean, bright, and very quiet. Everything we needed was provided, and you can really feel the genuine care for the guests. A huge thank you to the entire hotel team for your attention, kindness, and hospitality. ✨ We’ll definitely be back! ❤️
