The room was clean, and being able to scan a QR code to order food was convenient – a plate of fried noodles for 12 yuan is definitely a good deal. The only minor issues were a slightly clogged sink and the disposable towels. Also, the smart assistant 'Xiao Du' wasn't fully set up. Overall, I was satisfied.

Stayed at Xiansu Hotel and honestly had such a lovely experience. What made it extra special was that we even had our own butler who was very attentive and helpful throughout our stay. Every day, fresh fruits were prepared in our room, which made us feel so welcomed and cared for. They also provided tea leaves for brewing, perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring. Another thing we really appreciated was their 24-hour shuttle bus service, which was very convenient and made travelling around much easier. The breakfast buffet also had a wide variety of choices, and everything we tried was delicious. Most importantly, all the staff were genuinely kind, friendly, and accommodating. Their hospitality truly made our stay comfortable and memorable. Highly recommended if you want a cozy and thoughtful stay experience.

I stayed in the Yangxian Bright Moon Twin Bed room (5337) and had a wonderful experience! The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Even without knowing Chinese, my stay was completely peaceful and comfortable. All communication went smoothly through WeChat, and my manager Xiaolin was always online and ready to help. The room is very spacious, and the bedding was perfectly clean, large, and well-ironed. It is fully equipped with a smart home system and even has an air dehumidifier, keeping the room at a comfortable 55% humidity. A huge plus is the second exit a glass door leading straight into a beautiful courtyard with a watermill. I was also provided with fresh fruits replenished daily, black and green tea, 3-in-1 coffee, and a wonderful, high-quality shaving and personal care kit.

We stayed in a 1.5 twin-bed room. The beds were large and quite comfortable. The key highlight was the hotel's public areas, which were exceptionally striking. The entire environment was beautifully designed, creating a very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere that made you want to linger. The hotel breakfast was also delicious, and the all-Chinese options were very kind to the stomach.

The front desk service was excellent; they handled issues promptly. A staff member was very enthusiastic and even carried my luggage to the room. The room itself was nice and very clean. It's a bit of a shame I missed the night view since I checked in later, but the sunrise in the morning was beautiful. Now for the highlight: the breakfast was incredibly diverse! It featured local Nanchang specialties, porridge, noodles, various pastries, bread, drinks, coffee, and fruit. They even had a salad option for those watching their diet. Breakfast was definitely a satisfying experience. Plus, I could store my luggage for free at the front desk after checking out, which was very convenient for travel. I could enjoy my day and pick up my bags later to head to my next destination. Keep up the great work and continue to improve your service!

It was my first time visiting, and I was a bit lost in the long, narrow alleyways full of guesthouses. I couldn't find the place at all. After a phone call, the cheerful owner came to pick us up on her scooter, with her little black dog in tow. They host a lot of foreign tourists, and the guesthouse is clean and refreshing. Even the toothbrushes are the non-shedding kind, showing real thought in the basic amenities. The mountain spring water for the shower was also lovely, and the water pressure was great! They offer shuttle service to Wangxian Valley, and in the mornings, the owner thoughtfully cooks some porridge and eggs, and steams some buns. Overall, I'm very satisfied and will definitely be back!

The deluxe river-view twin room I stayed in on the 2nd/3rd night had even worse facilities than the executive king room on the first night. 2. The housekeeping department lacks basic amenities like a step stool for children (they said it's only provided for family rooms). 3. Soundproofing isn't great. If your room is a bit close to the elevator lobby, it can get quite noisy. 4. Adjusting the air conditioning temperature didn't seem to have any effect, though the overall comfort was still acceptable. Now for the highlights: 1. The river-facing rooms offer an unbeatable view. The scenery is even more beautiful than in the photos. 2. From a tourist perspective, the location is excellent. Tengwang Pavilion and Dashiyuan are very close, and Wanshou Palace is also within walking distance. 3. The breakfast quality is decent, with a wide variety of options, including many local Nanchang specialties. The view from the restaurant windows during breakfast is also fantastic. 4. Although the hotel is tall, the elevators are fast and the water pressure is good, effectively avoiding common high-rise living issues. 5. The staff at the concierge, front desk, customer service, and restaurant are all very enthusiastic and have a great attitude. Other notes: The afternoon tea provided with the executive room on the first day was quite good. However, the welcome fruit platter was only delivered on the third day and wasn't of great quality.

The sunset glow casts a beautiful light over the mountains, making it incredibly photogenic. The room was cozy and comfortable, fully equipped with amenities, making for a perfect stay. Our butler, Huanhuan, was warm and reliable, providing clear guidance for entering the park, helping arrange shuttle service, and even preparing thoughtful snacks. Her service was meticulous throughout, and the value for money is outstanding. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Wangxian Valley. Thank you, Huanhuan!
