I stayed in the 'Xiao Man' room, which was newly renovated and really nice, plus it had smart home features throughout. The cleanliness was spotless, making my stay incredibly reassuring. The air conditioning was cool, and I slept soundly all night. The next day when we were leaving, we forgot something, and the auntie actually reminded us herself. I'll definitely choose this guesthouse again next time!!! This area is also a lot of fun, I highly recommend everyone to come and visit!!

The environment was decent, and breakfast offered a good variety. Overall, the service was okay. However, the main drawback, likely due to management issues, was the poor elevator experience. Not only were there cigarette butts, but the long bench inside was covered in thick dust, as were other parts of the elevator. Upon entering the restroom, a strong smell of urine hit me. Since the room's door closer was faulty, and it was late, I decided to just deal with it and go to sleep. Around 5 AM, I was woken up by the noisy street outside. The room phone was useless, so I eventually had to call the front desk to get engineering to come fix it, which took over ten minutes. At breakfast, I had to look through more than ten cups, all of which were chipped. It was truly a very disappointing experience.

It's also very close to the bus stop for the high-speed train station. If you're sick and need medication, the hotel provides a complimentary car service to a nearby clinic, which is about a 5-6 minute drive.

I didn't notice the invoice problem when I booked it, but the front desk manager Shi was very professional and patient to help us solve it when I checked out. They even offered to help me carry my many bags to the room, which was incredibly thoughtful service. We each received a small gift upon check-in, and they offer a shuttle service to the scenic area, which is very convenient. They also helped me find a parking spot, which was a really nice touch. Breakfast was provided via vouchers for a nearby breakfast shop, and it was a good, affordable meal. I would definitely choose this B&B again if I come back to Wangxian Valley.

We were very welcomed by the boss here in this place! The hotel is very clean and the breakfast is delicious. They provide free shuttle to the valley and also serve dinner and lunch for a very good price. We had dinner there when we arrived and the food was very tasty. The boss and her family are very nice and friendly. They also help us get a shared car back to the train station. I highly recommend this place!

My stay at this homestay was absolutely perfect! The hotel is beautiful, the location is amazing, and the service was excellent from start to finish. All the staff were extremely kind, welcoming, professional, and helpful. They made me feel very comfortable throughout my stay and were always willing to help whenever I needed anything. The whole experience was wonderful, and I truly enjoyed my time here. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Wangxian Valley. I would definitely stay here again! ❤️
