GGuest UserMy recent business trip to Xining led me to this hotel, and I must say the overall experience was outstanding. The front desk staff were incredibly attentive and efficient; check-in was quick, and they even helped carry my luggage to the room. The room's facilities were new and complete, with a fresh and elegant ambiance. The decor was simple yet cozy. Complimentary disposable toiletries, bottled water, and tea were provided. The hotel maintained strict hygiene standards; the bedding was changed after each guest, and the entire room was meticulously cleaned, with no dust in even the trickiest corners. Overall, everything was excellent. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Xining.

GGuest UserThe room was spotless, and having the toilet, shower, and sink separated was very convenient. The lobby isn't large but it's very cozy, and the facilities are well-equipped and user-friendly, which I really appreciate. I'll definitely stay at Qinghang Hotel again next time I'm in town.

The room was clean and tidy, the bed was soft and comfortable, the environment was beautiful, the facilities were complete, and the soundproofing was excellent. The location is convenient, with easy access to transportation and dining options nearby. The front desk staff were warm, attentive, responsive, and professional, showing attention to detail. The breakfast was plentiful and fresh, offering excellent value for money. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I travel. Highly recommended!

KKarina_kkThe location is near the train station. If you drive a car, you can park it downstairs, but it’s really hard to find the parking entrance. We did not manage to find it. The hotel service was nice, and they took us to the parking lot later to show us where it is. Otherwise, it’s easy to locate the hotel from outside. The room was clean and spacious. The wifi was not working, and the person who could fix it was not there since it was late. Therefore, we connected to the other room’s WiFi but the connection was not good. The bed was a bit short for a tall person.

BBiyaluojiayanghuFrom the moment I walked in, I felt the genuine service. There's underground and above-ground parking, and you just need to swipe your card at the front desk before driving out. The room was clean and tidy, though the bathroom felt a bit cramped. The housekeeping team thoughtfully left a handwritten card and complimentary Qinghai specialty yogurt. Breakfast was plentiful. It's very close to the Dongguan Grand Mosque, which has incredibly unique architecture. The Xi'nanguan Night Market is also nearby, perfect for a stroll.

BBaomeiThe decoration is very big, the facilities are complete, the front desk girl service is very good, we arrived early in the morning, the little girl took us to the garage to park, see that we drove hard, the thin little must give us luggage, the bathroom in the room paper, napkins, disposable towels, Shampoo, etc. are not the kind of inferior products, all good ones, the room has no smell, the front desk and the corridor are in Nongfu Spring, just drink, don’t want to have a hotel, in addition to the room two bottles of water to have a bottle, that difficulty, in short, good

The front desk staff, especially the lady at the city view desk, was very enthusiastic and upgraded our room, and even upgraded breakfast for our child.

GGuest UserThe room was clean and tidy, and it was quiet and comfortable at night. The airport transfer service was punctual, and the driver was extremely nice, thoughtful, and attentive. The front desk staff were very responsive to all our requests. It's really close to the airport, only a 10-minute drive.

GGuest UserThe room was quite spacious, and the service was good. They even provided free breakfast. The two beds were easy to push together, which was convenient. Breakfast was a little lacking, but a highlight was the unlimited yogurt. There's also a game machine and billiards table in the lobby on the first floor, which I unfortunately only noticed when checking out because I didn't expect the lobby to be so large. Overall, it was pretty good.

GGuest UserOn this business trip to Xining, I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Xining Chengdong the entire time, and my overall experience was fantastic. I have to especially commend Julie at the front desk; her meticulous service made me feel incredibly welcome.
The hotel is located on Bayi East Road in Chengdong District, right next to Wuyue Plaza, making dining and shopping very convenient. It's also not far from the highway entrance and Xining Station, which is great for both driving and public transport. As a newly opened hotel, the lobby design is elegant, and the room amenities are brand new and complete. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a wide view, and the room was spotlessly clean. The 24-hour gym and self-service laundry facilities are well-equipped, and the breakfast buffet offers a rich variety, including local Qinghai specialties like yak yogurt and甜醅 (sweet fermented oats).
I arrived feeling exhausted in the evening after a long journey. Julie greeted me with a constant smile and efficiently handled the check-in process. Seeing my heavy luggage, she proactively offered to help carry it and patiently explained the room facilities, Wi-Fi password, laundry room, and breakfast times. When I casually asked about self-driving routes to Qinghai Lake and local food spots, she patiently outlined an itinerary, even recommending niche attractions and reminding me about precautions for high-altitude travel. When my room card stopped working, I contacted the front desk and Julie came to resolve the issue within minutes, without any pretense. Her service was professional yet down-to-earth throughout, without any rigid formalities; she genuinely thought about the guests. While good hardware is a hotel's foundation, warm service is what truly adds value. Thanks to Julie's thoughtful service, my travel fatigue disappeared. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Xining, and I highly recommend it to everyone!
