Hotels With Parking in Northwestern Region, Iceland

The instructions on how to access the room were easy to follow. Modern new facility, ample free parking next to the building. good size bathroom & bedroom, very good lighting, wifi, plenty of electrical outlets, comfortable bed, cold refrigerator, black out blinds for summer, beautiful view of the fjord and easy walking distance to the thermo bath that was quite economical. Would highly recommend it again for an overnight while traveling the Ring Road.

If you need a place to stay one night on the round trip of Iceland, from Akureyri back to Reykjavik, Laugarbakki is the choice. Hotel choices are limited. This one is probably a reasonable choice. Compared with other hotels of similar quality in other towns, this one is relatively expensive. The breakfast lacks choices, too. But the staff is good, as I lost a remote control of my selfie and found by the staff, lovely.

It is the best apartment hotel we have stayed in for more than ten days. The rooms are fully equipped, very comfortable and cost-effective.

Respecific is separate. The gestahous itself is a separate standing house of 5 rooms. There is a living room with the necessary set of cooking dishes. For settlement in the respiratory venue give the code from the box where the keys from the room are located. Breakfast - it is necessary to take from the refrigerator - a cut of sausage, cheese, bread, juice, yoghurt, flakes.

Very nice quiet and comfortable cottage in the midst of nature. It was quite hot when we were there as there was no air-con. But overall stay was pleasant and nice, with a small kitchen that enables one to cook a full meal. But the toilet gets completely wet when showering as there is no floor partition from shower and sink.

Structure is a large container with a common dining and cooking room and the possibility of relaxing on sofas, but small for the number of average guests. The room is small but comfortable beds, many bathrooms but common. The kitchen has furnaces, ovens and other small household appliances.

This guesthouse seems to be run by the farmers themselves. The hostess was very welcoming, and the surroundings are lovely, with a large lake visible right from our room window. Outside the room, there's a big kitchen and dining area, fully equipped with a fridge and cooking utensils, which is great for preparing your own meals. There's no hairdryer in the room, and the shower drain in our bathroom was a bit clogged, draining very slowly. Another common issue with many hotels in Iceland, the room curtains are terrible at blocking out light, so we were woken up early by the sun.

Booked last minute and check in was easy once we got in touch with the host. Room was a bit small but we were only there for a night so not an issue. The kitchen has a fridge, Microwave, kettle, plates and mugs etc, which was handy. There’s a shop across the road and it was pretty well stocked.

The appearance of the hotel from the outset is a bit battered. The room and service therein are very good and the food served in dinner is gorgeous. The scenery outside when looking from the window of the room is spectacular. It is a good stay at such hotel

Pretty house with whole amenities. The darkest room we can achieve during our whole trip in Iceland— god knows how important it is during the summer!!! Love to be here again in winter to see the aurora maybe.
